Construction and Practice of Higher Vocational Colleges’ Quality Assurance System Based on Evaluation

Higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the establishment and improvement of the internal quality assurance system. An objective and reasonable evaluation system was established by analyzing the law of the development of higher education and vocational education in the world. Through the integration of the evaluation system and the information platform, it showed the advantages of the efficient flat structure of the information platform and the zero-distance advantages of the participants. And teachers and students were served efficiently. By analyzing all kinds of data in real time, the problems were discovered in each link in time. A normal diagnosis and improvement working mechanism were gradually formed, and internal quality assurance system of sustainable development was constructed for school governance services based on objective data, realizing the continuous improvement of the quality of higher vocational talents training.

The Challenges of Global Climate Change to Green Development and its Legislative Response

Global climate change has swept across every nation,community,business,and individual on the planet. It is essential to find a fundamental solution to address climate change from a broader perspective. Climate change legislation should followthe principle of the sustainable development,polluter pays principle,the principle of the common but differentiated responsibilities as well as the principle of subsidiarity. Under the guidance of the four basic principles of legislation,the international field should build the legal system of the global climate governance,China should formulate special"the act of addressing climate change".

Ethical Leadership and Moral Imagination: A Moderated Mediation Model of Proximity and Organizational Commitment

Moral imagination is the ability that can help individuals overcome constraints of organizational mental models to develop fresh frameworks and to make ethical decisions on the basis of those frameworks.This study aimed to explore the moderated mediator role of organizational commitment between ethical leadership and moral imagination.Data of 281 employees were collected,and results showed that when the victim of a certain ethical issue is their own company,organizational commitment fully mediated the effect of ethical leadership on moral imagination;however,when the victim is other company,ethical leadership and organizational commitment hadn't any effect on moral imagination.Those results showed the process that ethical leadership uses to influence moral imagination is not a social learning process but a social exchange process.

Analysis of the Price of Development Right of Agricultural Land in China

According to the viewpoints of predecessors, we define the signification of development right of agricultural land and connotation of the price of development right of agricultural land as follows: the development right of agricultural land is to change the former use nature of agricultural land, so as to become the right of construction use land; the price of development right of agricultural land refers to the price that is difference between the price of construction use land, and summation of the price of former agricultural land, the expense of developing agricultural land, the expense of management, and profit, after the agricultural land is transformed into non-agricultural construction use land. By using the principle of economics of land, this paper expounds the generation mechanism of the price of development right of agricultural land, namely the diversity of agricultural land use and the change of demand and supply of development right of agricultural land. The influencing factors of the development right of agricultural land are analyzed, and there are mainly the price of agricultural land, the price of construction use land, the contradiction of demand and supply of urban land, land use, and agricultural land.

Chinese Costumes and the Spirit of Chinese Aesthetics

The aesthetics of Chinese costume is the crystallization of traditional Chinese artistry and at the same time is not without dregs, such as the suppression of its subjectivity, restraint of human body and segregation of different social classes. In contemporary China, Chinese costume keeps changing with the aesthetic needs of the time. The road not taken:sexuality education and its associations with sexual knowledge and attitudes among senior high school students in rural areas of Western China

The poor performance and limited availability of sexuality education programs in rural areas of western China increase the danger of younger cohorts being exposed to sexually transmitted diseases(STDs)and engaging in risky sexual behaviors.A traditionally conservative culture,low levels of economic development and the relative lack of faculty resources all contribute to the weakness of sexuality education efforts.This study uses a sample of 164 boys and 195 girls who were senior high school students aged 15-19 in rural western China in 2017.The study aims to explore sexuality education,and sexual and reproductive behaviors,and to identify associations between sexuality education and sexual knowledge and attitudes among adolescents in rural western China.The results reveal a positive association between courses about reproductive health and lectures about STDs,and sexual knowledge;and a positive association between lectures about STDs and sexual attitudes.Our study also found that access to consulting services provided by governmental organization in the field of family planning and reproductive health helped rural adolescents enhance their sexual knowledge.Making such services available appears to offer a feasible method to develop a comprehensive sexuality education system in western China.The study concludes that an improved school-based sexuality education program strictly implemented as a part of the standard school curriculum is an effective way to increase sexual knowledge and promote de-stigmatized sexual attitudes among adolescents in rural western China.

Study on Heredity Rules of Cyclamen persicum Colors

To identify the theoretic foundation for maintaining and improving high quality varieties and breeding new F1 hybrids, flower color segregation occurred in the offspring in both self-pollination and cross- pollination of varieties of different colors were investigated. The main results indicate that the heredity of Cyclamen persicum color follows both quantitative and qualitative hereditary regularity. All genes can be classified as two groups of the throat-gene and coronal-gene occupying different spots on the chromosome. The colored gene is the dominant gene, while the white gene is the recessive one. The gene groups and their quantity determine the color of cyclamen persicum. And sometimes the throat- gene and the coronal-gene take a recombination, forming a new type of flower.
