The enantioselective synthesis of substituted bicyclic hexanes structure A ring synthons, started from all cis 3,5 dihydroxy 4 ethyl 1 (methoxycarbonyl)cyclohexane via lipase catalyzd asymmetrization, was demonstrated.展开更多
