Based on the display dynamics and basic theoretical of contact collision analysis, the front crash finite element model of minibus is built by Hypermesh. The model is simulated under the 50 km/h by ANSYS/Ls-Dyna solver. Finally, the deformation of the front rail, B pillar acceleration curve and the steering column intrusion are got.
