Methods: A total of 300 nurses working in community comprehensive care wards and 360 care managers working in B City in A Prefecture were surveyed using an anonymous self-administered questionnaire. Results: The highest percentage of responses regarding necessary collaborative activities with multiple professions in supporting hospital discharge were the same for Ns and CMs. The items regarding practice with the highest percentages were “relationship as a team” for Ns, and “user-centered awareness” for CM. While these professionals were willing to share information about their patients’ lives after discharge, the percentage of those explaining their expertise was low. It is thought that collaborative activities focusing on these aspects would lead to more appropriate discharge support.展开更多

In this experiment, a self-developed CDWL provided four months of observations in the southern Beijing area. After the data acquisition time and height match, the wind profile data obtained based on a Doppler beam swinging(DBS) five-beam inversion algorithm were compared with radiosonde data released from the same location. The standard deviation(SD) of wind speed is 0.8 m s^(–1), and the coefficient of determination R~2 is 0.95. The SD of the wind direction is 17.7° with an R~2 of 0.96. Below the height of the roughness sublayer(about 400 m), the error in wind speed and wind direction is significantly greater than the error above the height of the boundary layer(about 1500 m). For the case of wind speeds less than 4 m s^(–1), the error of wind direction is more significant and is affected by the distribution of surrounding buildings. Averaging at different height levels using suitable time windows can effectively reduce the effects of turbulence and thus reduce the error caused by the different measurement methods of the two devices.展开更多

In this study, the enhanced removal of Cr(VI) by Shewanella oneidensis MR-1(MR-1) in the presence of biochars with different pyrolysis temperatures(300 to 800 ℃) was investigated to understand how biochar interacts with Cr(VI) reducing bacteria under anaerobic condition. The promotion effects of biochar(as high as 1.07~1.47 fold) were discovered in this process, of which the synergistic effect of BMBC700(ball milled biochar) and BMBC800 with MR-1 was noticeable, in contrast, the synergistic effect of BMBCs(300–600 ℃) with MR-1 was not recognized. The more enhanced removal effect was observed with the increase of BMBC dosage for BMBC700 + MR-1 group. The conductivity and conjugated O-containing functional groups of BMBC700 particles themselves has been proposed to become a dominant factor for the synergistic action with this strain. And, the smallest negative Zeta potential of BMBC700 and BMBC800 is thought to favor decreasing the distance from microbe than other BMBCs. The results are expected to provide some technical considerations and scientific insight for the optimization of bioreduction by useful microbes combining with biochar composites to be newly developed.展开更多
