Tourism Mode of Tea Culture Museum in Guizhou:A Case Study of Meitan Modern Tea Culture Museum Settlement

Since the 14 th Five-Year Plan,tea culture has become very popular.However,due to the lack of brand awareness and overall planning,and the mechanical application of the model outside the province and other tourism products,Guizhou Tea Culture Tourism presents a"strong tea,light culture,weak tourism".In view of this,in order to realize the positioning goal of"building a national demonstration zone for the integration of tea culture and tourism"in the 14 th Five-Year Plan of Guizhou tea industry,and explore the development mode of integration of tea culture and tourism with Guizhou characteristics,this study takes museum tourism as the breakthrough point,Meitan Tea Museum settlement as the research object,and collects Meitan Tea Museum tourism resources.This paper uses SWOT analysis to evaluate the Meitan Tea Culture Museum Tourism model,and provides some recommendations for the development of tea culture museum tourism in Guizhou Province.

In this paper, research dataare collected from social media and online comments, supplemented by targeted interviews, questionnaires,and other methods. It uses grounded theory for data analysis. Through the induction and summary ofopen coding, axial coding, and selective coding based on grounded theory, it summarizes the physical space,cultural space, spiritual cultural space, and communication space of Chaoshan cuisine culture.

Culture fusion and English language teaching

This paper is first to exemplify the problems caused by culture difference. After this, a survey is made on Chinese-western culture difference and its main aspects, followed by the Chinese and western culture difference on the layer of language. In the second part the discussion of the relationship between language and culture reveals the importance of culture education in language teaching. The author is of the opinion that one cannot really master a target language without adequate knowledge of the culture related to that language. The paper concludes with several suggestions about useful ways to get culture fusion in ELT and points out that human beings do not live in the objective world alone, nor alone in the world of social activity as ordinarily understood but are very much at the mercy of the particular language which has become the medium of expression for their society. It is quite an illusion that language is merely an incidental means of solving specific problems of communication or reflection.

Growth and Function of Urban Cultural Space Seen from Guangfu Morning Tea Culture

Morning tea culture taking Guangzhou as the core and the Pearl River Delta as the traffic area is taken as the research object.The evolution of the way of morning tea is analyzed,and internal and external conditions for the formation of urban cultural space are analyzed,and the growth and function of urban cultural space are explored.Through theoretical sampling method and grounded theory method,taking social media views as data source,the dimensions of the cultural space of Guangfu morning tea are explored,and the dimensions involved in the construction of cultural space of Guangfu morning tea are discussed,and the relationship between the cultural space of morning tea and human being is understood,to better explore how to construct the cultural space of morning tea,and find out the growth dimension of urban cultural space.The growth and function of urban cultural space are examined from the perspective of urban cultural space,thereby providing suggestions for the development of urban cultural space.

Studies on the Belt and Road Initiative and the China—Mongolia—Russia Culture Industry Corridor

Culture is the concentrated reflection of national spirit and civilization, and is an important part of foreign exchanges since ancient times. Under the guidance of the Belt and Road Initiative, with the goal of reviving the Prairie Silk Road and Culture Industry Corridor suited to the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, in accordance with the requirements in the China, Mongolia and Russia Tripartite Cooperation Medium-term Road Map approved by the three countries, government organs, enterprises and social organizations should make appropriate plans to develop cultural tourism in advance, highlight its characteristics, build the brand, build investment and financing platforms, new media platforms and carry out large-project-driving strategies, so that the value of cultural resources along the Prairie Silk Road can be fully tapped and resources can be integrated for industrial and economic advantages. The interconnection of China's Belt and Road Initiative, Mongolia's Prairie Road and Russia's Eurasian Economic Union will help establish closer cooperation between the three countries and form an arena of culture competition in Northeast Asia. This is of great practical significance and has promising prospects.

Temperature and light tolerance of representative brown,green and red algae in tumble culture revealed by chlorophyll fluorescence measurements

Laminaria japonica, Undaria pinnatifida, Ulva lactuca, Grateloupia turuturu and Palmaria palmata are suitable species that fit the requirements of a seaweed-animal integrated aquaculture system in terms of their viable biomass, rapid growth and promising nutrient uptake rates. In this investigation, the responses of the optimal chlorophyll fluorescence yield of the five algal species in tumble culture were assessed at a temperature range of 10 - 30℃. The results revealed that Ulva lactuca was the most resistant species to high temperature, withstanding 30℃ for 4 h without apparent decline in the optimal chlorophyll fluorescence yield . While the arctic alga Palmaria palmata was the most vulnerable one, showing significant decline in the optimal chlorophyll fluorescence yield at 25℃ for 2 h. The cold-water species Laminaria japonica, however, demonstrated strong ability to cope with higher temperature （24 -26℃ ） for shorter time （within 24 h） without significant decline in the optimal chlorophyll fluorescence yield . Grateloupia turuturu showed a general decrease in the optimal chlorophyll fluorescence yield with the rising temperature from 23 to 30℃ , similar to the temperate kelp Undaria pinnatifida. Changes of chlorophyll fluorescence yields of these algae were characterized differently indicating the existence of species-unique strategy to cope with high light. Measurements of the optimal chlorophyll fluorescence yield after short exposure to direct solar irradiance revealed how long these exposures could be without significant photoinhibition or with promising recovery in photosynthetic activities. Seasonal pattern of alternation of algal species in tank culture in the Northern Hemisphere at the latitude of 36°N was proposed according to these basic measurements.

Commercial Production of Tiger Puffer(Takifugu rubripes)in Winter Using a Recirculating Aquaculture System

Tiger puffer(Takifugu rubripes) is a promising species for aquaculture production because of its high value and limited supply. However, in the north of China, using sea cages to culture this species in winter is hampered by the fact that the seawater temperature is extremely low. Here, a large scale commercial production of tiger puffer has been successfully realized using a recirculating aquaculture system(RAS) from 3 October 2012 to 31 May 2013. The RAS was comprised of nine culture tanks(total water volume 200 m3) and stocked with approximately a total of 14400 fish(initial mean weight 160 g). The tiger puffer was hand-fed at a rate of 0.7% of total body weight per day, and the feed conversion rate was(1.21 ± 0.3) kg kg-1. The recycle water in RAS was treated by a sieve bend screen, a foam fractionator, a submerged biofilter, an UV sterilizer and a submersible aerator. During the whole culture period, an excellent water quality control was achieved in RAS. At the end of this experiment, the survival rate of tiger puffer was more than 98%. The final tank densities averaged 31.2 kg m-3, and the final individual mean weight was 440 g.

Paleosalinity in the Tianluoshan site and the correlation between the Hemudu culture and its environmental background

Paleosalinity records of the Tianluoshan site are derived from measurations data of clay mineral, boron, strontium, barium, after field sampling in three profiles of the Tianluoshan site. The relative sea level changes are discussed according to the lab results. The record indicates that the region where the Tianluoshan site located has witnessed at least three times of relative sea level high-stand before, during and after the Hemudu period. Based on previous researches, this paper also focuses on discussing several environmental elements, the inter-relationships between environmental condition, human activities and development of the Hemudu culture comprehensively.

Exploitation Countermeasures of Farming Culture Tourism in the Dabie Mountains: Thinking on the Investigation of Hani Terrace Tourism Development in Yunan Province

Farming culture is the main part of Chinese outstanding traditional culture and also the important spiritual and cultural resources to construct the core values of the Chinese nation. In the new era, fully exploring and making full use of farming culture resources has important practical significance for the protection, inheritance and innovation of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The rapid development and successful brand shaping of Hani terrace tourism could provide experience for the exploration and utilization of farming culture tourism resources in other areas of China. Based on the analysis of development process of Hani terrace tourism as well as the successful experience of other regions for reference, ideas of developing farming culture tourism in the Dabie Mountains were proposed.

Medical Culture about Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum and its Maritime Silk Road

Initially,Chen Xiang(沉香Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum)was exotic,but it has been playing an important role in the development of traditional Chinese culture and medicine.This article explores the reason for differences in the quality of ancient and modern Chen Xiang(沉香Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum)by analyzing the essential factors including the prosperity and decline of Maritime Silk Road,the relocation of the producing area,and the process of aroma forming.Based on the development and application of Chen Xiang(沉香Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum)in Chinese literature and art,traditional Chinese medicine,and folk life over the past 2000-odd years,this article puts contends that Chen Xiang(沉香Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum),which is endowed with the connotation of Chinese culture and health,should assume its new role as the traditional Chinese medical and cultural carrier on the New Silk Road.

The Integration Practice of Individual Charm of Red Culture and Ideological and Political Education

Red culture is a rare high-quality ideological and political education resources, which plays an important role in promoting ideological and political work in Colleges and universities and improving the quality of personnel training. Ideological and political education is invisible and invisible, but it plays a decisive role in a person's growth. Red culture is marked by the great achievements made by the Communist Party of China in leading the people in the revolutionary struggle, and is carried by the commemorative landmark formed in the process of building a successful career. In vitro propagation of the endangered medicinal orchid,Dendrobium lasianthera J.J.Sm through mature seed culture

Objective:To study asymbiotic seed germination and mass propagation of Dendrobium lasianthera which is one of the endangered medicinal orchids using seeds.Methods:The 14 weeks old hand pollinated seeds were sown on Vacin and Went(VW)solid medium supplemented with various concentrations of peptone(1,2,3 g/L) and without peptone which was used as control treatment.At the 4,8,and 12 weeks after the seeds were sown,seed germination and shoot formation were investigated.To evaluate the role of organic nutrient additives on subsequent shoot development and root formation,particular shoots with about 1 cm length contains 1–2 leaves obtained from the seeds germination was cultured on VW medium additives with different of organic nutrient:15% coconut water,2 g/L peptone,150 g/L banana homogenate,and without organic nutrient was used as control.After 16 weeks of culture,the plantlet height,number of leaves,number of roots,leaf length and root length were recorded.Results:The supplementation of 2 g/L peptone in VW medium was proven to be suitable concentration for seed germination(100%) and shoot formation with 84.0% the protocorm development to phase 5(shoot).VW medium containing 15% coconut water was effectively improved the shoot development,with well developed roots and leaves compared to the other treatment and 95% of acclimatized plantlets survived.Conclusions:This protocol is an efficient way for the in vitro mass propagation of this Dendrobium lasianthera.

Compared Study of Authentic Culture on Three Guangdong Ancestral Temples

In this article, three Guangdong’s ancestral temples are taken as case studies to explore strategies for cultural heritage conservation. Heritage conservation is very important not only for our missing of past, but in order that our own cultural identity can be formed today. In China, different stakeholders hold various views on heritage protection and conflicts often take place. Particularly, many folk religion’s cultural heritages face a dangerous scenario and could even be damaged or destroyed for a variety of “reason”. This article tries to re-examine fundamental values and assessment criteria for cultural heritage conservation. The authenticity is a core concept involved with those of issues. Based on the views of culture place, the author puts forward the concept of “emic culture authenticity” as a hinge to explore authentic culture ecology of heritage and its model, to facilitate the cultural heritage conservation and reuse by the strategies of classification and adaptation.

Teaching Modes for Manchu Language and Culture

The paper is concerned with the combination of Manchu language teaching with culture teaching in two aspects, from which the basic teaching modes can be concluded.First, on the theoretical level, the author states the combined learning mode of ethnic language and culture learning in connection with the multi-cultural interactive mode, and analyzes its theoretic foundation. Second, on the practical level, the paper introduces some of the effective language and culture teaching methods, such as culture lectures, culture discussions, culture investigations, culture comparisons and culture research.

Ecological Cultures of Traditional Hani Villages

Villages of Hani Nationality are located above the elevation of 1,400-1,800 m, halfway up the Ailao Mountains in south Yunnan, natural landscapes and architectural structure of Hani Nationality show peculiar styles. Folk dwellings of Hani Village were divided into 4 types, namely rammed-clay house(Tuzhangfang), mushroom house, tile-roofed house, and stilted house(Ganlanfang). In terms of the origination, rammed-clay house and mushroom house are originated from the flat-top fort buildings of the Di and the Qiang nationalities. Tile-roofed house is the variation of mushroom house by learning from the courtyard building of the Han Nationality, and stilted house is directly borrowed from the folk dwelling style of Baiyue people. Structures of all these buildings show the adaptability to local environment.

The Developmental Stages of Rice （Bap） Culture in Korea： From Food Insufficiency towards Trade Dependency

The aim of this paper is to examine the developmental stages of rice culture in Korea. It is divided into five sections： （1） first stage （Japanese colonial period-1959）： absolute food insufficiency, （2） second stage （1960s）： encouraging the use of flour ＆ rice with mixed grains for food, （3） third stage （1970s）： rice self-sufficiency, （4） fourth stage （1980s）： change of rice culture, （5） fitch stage （since1990s）： stabilization/stagnation of rice culture in the era of globalization.

Seoul Food Culture Viewed from High-Class Korean-Styled Restaurants and Korean Female Entertainers in the 1930s

Since Korea-Japan annexation in 1910, Japan has promoted the migration and/or tourism into colonial Chosun （old Korea） as an efficient cultural strategy for extending imperialism into Korean peninsula. In many tour guide books, the gisaeng （Korean female entertainers） was not only a symbol of Chosun tradition, but a main icon of Chosun tourism. The high class Korean-styled restaurants （yorijoem） were established as tourist attraction for Japanese inlanders, with singing and dancing gisaengs, ondol （Korean heating floor） house and Korean authentic cuisine, etc. The aim of this paper is firstly to explore the existential change of gisaengs in the yorijoem through its spatial significance in the 1930s, and secondly to explore the identity of Seoul local food culture and its metamorphosis under the colonial modernity.
