The Class-Ⅲ oil reservoirs of Lasaxing oilfield in the Daqing Oil Fields complex have geological oil reserves of 1.86 billion tonnes,an oil recovery of 39%,with remaining reserves accounting for more than 45%of the t...The Class-Ⅲ oil reservoirs of Lasaxing oilfield in the Daqing Oil Fields complex have geological oil reserves of 1.86 billion tonnes,an oil recovery of 39%,with remaining reserves accounting for more than 45%of the total geological reserves of the oilfield.Therefore,they have considerable potential for future oil production.The current layered injection technologies fail to achieve effective control over the low single-layer injection rates since they can only produce low throttle differential pressure under low injection rates(5-20 m^(3)/d).In this study,a symmetrically-structured double-offset-hole injection allocator and a novel throttling component were developed.Their spatial layout was constructed and mechanical parameters were optimized using finite element analysis,which allows for expanding the flow rate range at low injection rates.According to experimental results,the throttle differential pressure increased from 0.2 MPa to 0.8 MPa at an injection rate of 5 m^(3)/d,and the range of the single-layer flow rates expanded from 20-70 m^(3)/d to 5-70 m3/d.The field test results show that the effective production of oil layers with medium and low permeability was achieved and that the ratio of producing oil layer thickness to the total reservoir thickness increased by 9.7%on average.Therefore,this study provides valuable technical support for the effective chemical-flooding-based development of Class-Ⅲ oil reservoirs.展开更多

[Methods] June to July, 2022, standard plot site investigation was carried out to investigate vegetation species, relative height, relative coverage, relative abundance, relative frequency and dominance in the National Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Empirical Experiment Platform in Datong District, Daqing City of Heilongjiang Province, and to analyze plant community structures in the photovoltaic DC field. [Results] The photovoltaic DC field contained 22 species of plants, of which Suaeda salsa was the common species. The dominant species in photovoltaic DC field were Leymus chinensis, Eleocharis intersita, Carex duriuscula and Carex rugurosa. [Conclusions] The dominant vegetation types were Poaceae and Cyperaceae in the natural grassland of the National Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Empirical Experiment Platform(Daqing Base).展开更多
By tracking and analyzing the research and practices of chemical flooding carried out in the Daqing Oilfield, NE China since the 1970 s, the chemical flooding theory, technology adaptability and existing problems were...By tracking and analyzing the research and practices of chemical flooding carried out in the Daqing Oilfield, NE China since the 1970 s, the chemical flooding theory, technology adaptability and existing problems were systematically summarized, and directions and ideas of development in the future were proposed. In enhanced oil recovery by chemical flooding, the Daqing Oilfield developed theories related to compatibility between crude oil and surfactant that may form ultra-low interfacial tensions with low-acidity oil, and a series of surfactant products were developed independently. The key technologies for chemical flooding such as injection parameter optimization and numerical simulation were established. The technologies of separation injection, cleansing and anti-scaling, preparation and injection, and produced liquid processing were developed. The matching technologies of production engineering and surface facilities were formed. Through implementation of chemical flooding, the Daqing Oilfield achieved outstanding performances with enhanced recovery rate of 12% in polymer flooding and with enhanced recovery rate of 18% in ASP flooding. To further enhance the oil recovery of chemical flooding, three aspects need to be studied:(1) fine characterization of reservoirs;(2) smart and efficient recovery enhancement technologies;(3) environment friendly, high-efficiency and smart matching processes.展开更多

Since the diesel products from paraffin-based Daqing crude oil showed low sensitivity to certain commercial diesel pour point depressant (PPDs) that resulted from the high content of paraffin, certain poly-acrylic a...Since the diesel products from paraffin-based Daqing crude oil showed low sensitivity to certain commercial diesel pour point depressant (PPDs) that resulted from the high content of paraffin, certain poly-acrylic acid derivatives (PADE) with-COOR, -COOH,-CONHR, and -COO-NH3^+R groups by molecular design on the mechanics of diesel; PPDs were synthesized and evaluated as cold flow improver for Daqing 0^# diesel in this paper. The pure PADE was superior to the commercial PPDs and displayed a substantial ability of wax crystals dispersion. There was a synergistic effect among the PADE and T1804 and secondary amine. The synergism clearly improved the low temperature performance of Daqing diesel products and could reduce the cold filter plugging point of 0^# diesel by 6-7 ℃.展开更多
A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the molecular coil dimension(D_h) and molecular configuration of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamides(HPAM),surfactant/HPAM system, and a living polymer.Compat...A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the molecular coil dimension(D_h) and molecular configuration of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamides(HPAM),surfactant/HPAM system, and a living polymer.Compatibility between the polymer coils and the porous media was evaluated by instrumental analysis and laboratory simulation methods.Meanwhile,the performance of chemical flooding was investigated.Results indicated that the D_h decreased with an increase in water salinity and increased with an increase in polymer concentration.In aqueous solution,the polymer presented three-dimensional reticular configuration and exhibited a fractal structure characterized by self-similarity. The polymer in the surfactant/HPAM system was mainly in the form of"surfactant-polymer"complex compound and the living polymer had an irregular"flaky-reticular"configuration which resulted in relatively poor compatibility between the molecular coils and the porous media.The type of oil displacing agent and its slug size influenced the incremental oil recovery.For the same oil displacing agent,a larger slug size would lead to a better chemical flooding response.Given the final recovery efficiency and economic benefits,high-concentration polymer flooding was selected as the optimimal enhanced oil recovery(EOR) technique and the incremental recovery efficiency was forecast to be 20%.展开更多

The main results are as follows :(1) The source of organic matter, mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, and key factors affecting shale oil abundance;(2) The types and structural characteristics of the reservoir and their contribution to porosity and permeability;(3) The mineral origin and evolution of minerals and their influence on reservoir availability, sensitivity, and compressibility;(4) The rock mechanical characteristics and fracture propagation law of Gulong shale;(5) The shale oil products, phase change law and main control factors of adsorption and desorption conversion of Gulong shale oil;(6) The mechanism of shale oil-liquid, solid-liquid gas interaction and enhanced oil recovery. Three key research suggestions are proposed to realize the large-scale economic utilization of the Gulong shale oil as follows:(1) Deepen research on the mechanism of oil and gas generation and discharge, storage and transportation, to guide the selection of geological sweet spots of shale oil;(2) Deepen research on the compressibility and fracture initiation mechanism to support the selection of engineering sweet spots and optimization of engineering design;(3) Deepen research on the fluid interaction mechanism under reservoir conditions, os us to guide the optimization of development schemes and the selection of EOR technologies. The results of polymer flooding are related closely to the injection parameters and injection methods. The incremental oil production are 100 to 140 tons of oil per ton of polymer injected. The oil recovery increased 10% to 14%OOIP. ASP flooding is successful. The cost of chemicals per barrel of incremental oil is $4 0 to $6 2.The incremental recovery is 18% to 20% OOIP over water flooding.展开更多
The microbial community structure and functionally distinct groups in three kinds of produced water samples from the shallow,mesothermic and low-salinity Daqing oil reservoir were systematically evaluated using both c...The microbial community structure and functionally distinct groups in three kinds of produced water samples from the shallow,mesothermic and low-salinity Daqing oil reservoir were systematically evaluated using both culture-dependent and culture-independent methods.Sequence analysis of the 16S rRNA genes indicated that the bacterial library was dominated by Acinetobacter and Arcobacter and the archaeal community was dominated by Methanosaeta and Methanolinea.Two isolated methanogens were closely related with Methanothermobacter thermautotrophicus and Methanoculleus receptaculi.The fermentative bacteria were identified as Pseudomonas,Haloanaerobium,Alcalibacter,Arcobacter,and Pannonibacter.The predominant nitrate-reducing bacteria fell within the genus Pseudomonas.The dominant members of the cultured hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria were phylogenetically associated with Micrococcus,Pseudomonas,and Bacillus.Enrichments of biosurfactants and biopolymer producing groups mainly yielded Pseudomonas,Bacillus,and Acenitobacter-related members.The functional groups related to polymer degradation were also affiliated with Pseudomonas and Bacillus.Results from this study provide the fresh insight into the diversity of microbial communities in Daqing petroleum reservoirs.The vast pool of functional strains retrieved in this study was presumed to include the promising strains that could be applied in microbial-enhanced oil recovery in future.展开更多

Results of operation over two months had revealed that this catalyst had good olefin-reducing ability and heavy oil converting ability adapted to paraffinic feedstock. The gasoline olefin yield had been reduced to 36.1 v% from 54.2 v% with gasoline RON rating decreased by 1.4 units. The induction period of gasoline had significantly increased to 952 mm, while the coke yield was increased by 0.05 percentage point with light oil yield dropping by only 0.02 percentage point. The FCC product distribution is favorable.展开更多
Experiments on surface-active polymer flooding for enhanced oil recovery were carried out by detection analysis and modern physical simulation technique based on reservoirs and fluids in Daqing placanticline oilfield....Experiments on surface-active polymer flooding for enhanced oil recovery were carried out by detection analysis and modern physical simulation technique based on reservoirs and fluids in Daqing placanticline oilfield.The experimental results show that the surface-active polymer is different from other common polymers and polymer-surfactant systems in molecular aggregation,viscosity and flow capacity,and it has larger molecular coil size,higher viscosity and viscosifying capacity,and poorer mobility.The surface-active polymer solution has good performance of viscosity-increasing and viscosity retention,and has good performance of viscoelasticity and deformability to exert positive effects of viscosifying and viscoelastic properties.Surface-active polymer can change the chemical property of interface and reduce interfacial tension,making the reservoir rock turn water-wet,also it can emulsify the oil into relatively stable oil-in-water emulsion,and emulsification capacity is an important property to enhance oil washing efficiency under non-ultralow interfacial tension.The surface-active polymer flooding enlarges swept volume in two ways:Microscopically,the surface-active polymer has mobility control effect and can enter oil-bearing pores not swept by water to drive residual oil,and its mobility control effect has more contribution than oil washing capacity in enhancing oil recovery.Macroscopically,it has plugging capacity,and can emulsify and plug the dominant channels in layers with high permeability,forcing the injected fluid to enter the layer with medium or low permeability and low flow resistance,and thus enlarging swept volume.展开更多

The oil recovery increased 10% to 14%OOIP. ASP flooding is successful. The cost of chemicals per barrel of incremental oil is $4 0 to $6 2.The incremental recovery is 18% to 20% OOIP over water flooding.

文摘The microbial community structure and functionally distinct groups in three kinds of produced water samples from the shallow,mesothermic and low-salinity Daqing oil reservoir were systematically evaluated using both culture-dependent and culture-independent methods.Sequence analysis of the 16S rRNA genes indicated that the bacterial library was dominated by Acinetobacter and Arcobacter and the archaeal community was dominated by Methanosaeta and Methanolinea.Two isolated methanogens were closely related with Methanothermobacter thermautotrophicus and Methanoculleus receptaculi.The fermentative bacteria were identified as Pseudomonas,Haloanaerobium,Alcalibacter,Arcobacter,and Pannonibacter.The predominant nitrate-reducing bacteria fell within the genus Pseudomonas.The dominant members of the cultured hydrocarbon-oxidizing bacteria were phylogenetically associated with Micrococcus,Pseudomonas,and Bacillus.Enrichments of biosurfactants and biopolymer producing groups mainly yielded Pseudomonas,Bacillus,and Acenitobacter-related members.The functional groups related to polymer degradation were also affiliated with Pseudomonas and Bacillus.Results from this study provide the fresh insight into the diversity of microbial communities in Daqing petroleum reservoirs.The vast pool of functional strains retrieved in this study was presumed to include the promising strains that could be applied in microbial-enhanced oil recovery in future.
文摘This article refers to the application of DOCO olefin-reducing catalyst developed by RIPP and manufactured by the Catalyst Factory of Changling Refining and Chemical Company in the 1.4 Mt/a RFCCU at Daqing Petrochemical Company. Results of operation over two months had revealed that this catalyst had good olefin-reducing ability and heavy oil converting ability adapted to paraffinic feedstock. The gasoline olefin yield had been reduced to 36.1 v% from 54.2 v% with gasoline RON rating decreased by 1.4 units. The induction period of gasoline had significantly increased to 952 mm, while the coke yield was increased by 0.05 percentage point with light oil yield dropping by only 0.02 percentage point. The FCC product distribution is favorable.

文摘Experiments on surface-active polymer flooding for enhanced oil recovery were carried out by detection analysis and modern physical simulation technique based on reservoirs and fluids in Daqing placanticline oilfield.The experimental results show that the surface-active polymer is different from other common polymers and polymer-surfactant systems in molecular aggregation,viscosity and flow capacity,and it has larger molecular coil size,higher viscosity and viscosifying capacity,and poorer mobility.The surface-active polymer solution has good performance of viscosity-increasing and viscosity retention,and has good performance of viscoelasticity and deformability to exert positive effects of viscosifying and viscoelastic properties.Surface-active polymer can change the chemical property of interface and reduce interfacial tension,making the reservoir rock turn water-wet,also it can emulsify the oil into relatively stable oil-in-water emulsion,and emulsification capacity is an important property to enhance oil washing efficiency under non-ultralow interfacial tension.The surface-active polymer flooding enlarges swept volume in two ways:Microscopically,the surface-active polymer has mobility control effect and can enter oil-bearing pores not swept by water to drive residual oil,and its mobility control effect has more contribution than oil washing capacity in enhancing oil recovery.Macroscopically,it has plugging capacity,and can emulsify and plug the dominant channels in layers with high permeability,forcing the injected fluid to enter the layer with medium or low permeability and low flow resistance,and thus enlarging swept volume.
文摘Exploration for oil and deep gas in northern Songliao Basin,complex rift basin—Hailaer Basin,and Yi-Shu Graben in peripheral basin has technical challenge.Researches on supporting technology including seismic acquisition,processing and interpretation,logging and drilling are performed to establish high resolution 3D seismic technology for lithologic reservoir,deep volcanic rock and complex rift basin,reservoir evaluation and stimulation technology for low permeability reservoir,volcanic reservoir and complex rift reservoir,and drilling technology for deep volcanic rock,providing technical support for reserves increase in northern Songliao Basin,large gas reservoirs discovery in deep volcanic rock and exploration progress in complex rift basin.Next-step development trend of exploration technology is proposed to meet the demand of more technical challenges in the future.
文摘Factors affecting the drilling speed are very complex, such as formation factor (layers lithology, depth, porosity and reservoir pressure), fluid density, drilling parameters (bit pressure and speed), drill types, etc. Although liquid phase underbalanced drilling technology is to increase the penetration rate and shorten the drilling cycle, there is no evaluation model currently, so we cannot evaluate which factors can have a greater impact on speed. Based on the establishment of equivalent density and improvement of ROP (Rate of Penetration) calculation model, this paper is about the application of underbalanced drilling technology to improve drilling speed multiple sizes.
