We studied the immobilization and hybridization of DNA probes onto the resulted plates using the quartz crystal microbalance method. Approximately 3-5 times adsorption enhancement of HS-DNA on the plates was obtained under our experimental conditions. Using this DNA sensor, the sensitivity was promoted by approximately three times to 0.35μg/mL.展开更多
