Research on Application of Low Technology in Landscape Reconstruction of Watercourses and Embankments in Wanjiang Urban Fringe in China

Urban fringe is a dynamic development area and its development in a certain period and region makes greater damage on the environment;hence,it is important to select proper technologies for landscape reconstruction.Based on this theme,the paper has analyzed the development and functional orientation of watercourses and embankments landscapes in Wanjiang urban fringe.On this basis,from the perspective of the selection and application of materials for watercourse and embankment landscape reconstruction,the respect of specific environmental culture of Wanjiang urban fringe,and the adaptation to the integration of watercourse landscape reconstruction technologies of Wanjiang urban fringe,the paper has illustrated the application of low technologies in landscape reconstruction of watercourses and embankments in Wanjiang urban fringe,so as to improve the surrounding environment and even the built-up environment based on the eco-environment of watercourses and embankments.

Modelling Design of Color Graphics Books Using Visual Vocabulary Based on Children’s Color Language Preferences

Color language has important meaning for children’s picture books.Understanding children’s preferences in terms of color language will be helpful when designers model computerized picture books in order to adapt to children’s visual senses and effectively stimulate children’s interest in reading.In this study,we aimed to further explore the general characteristics of children’s preference for colors,color depth and color matching forms in picture books.For the study,256 children between the ages of three and six were selected and divided into four groups.According to the implementation needs of the children’s color preference test,these childrenwere asked to complete a series of tasks so that their choices in the tasks could subsequently be analyzed.The tasks included making the following choices:selecting their preferred colors from nine options(red,orange,yellow,green,cyan,blue,purple,black and white);selecting their preferred color brightness fromthree different color shades;and indicating their preferences in relation to complementary colors,matching colors and pure colors.The experimental results showed that children aged between three and six mainly favor red,blue and yellow,and colors with a high degree of brightness.As children grow older,boys tend to prefer blue,and girls tend to prefer pink,with red remaining the favorite color of both genders.As for complementary colors,matching colors and solid colors,three-to six-year-old children prefer solid colors.In conclusion,it seems that color language preferences in children between the ages of three and six are very similar,which could be of use when designing children’s picture books to match their visual vocabulary and psychological cognition.

Construction of Chaoshan Folk Botanic Garden and Its Tourism Planning

Functions of botanic garden such as cultural transmission, science popularization, public leisure, environment beautification, protection of species were analyzed, and those species characterized by unique regional features and widely applied in folk activities in Chaoshan area were introduced. From the perspective of cultural tourism, we discussed the possibility of constructing a folk botanic garden in Chaoshan area, and explored the planning concepts, functional division, species selection and tourism development of the garden.

Discussion on Color Features of Painting in the Tang Dynasty

In the Tang Dynasty, all economy, politics and culture had a profound influence on painting, and promoted its development, which formed a unique painting charm of Tang Dynasty. For the painting thoughts and aesthetic orientation, the foreign religious art has brought the fresh blood for the painting of the Central Plains of China, the open & diverse culture exchanging between foreign and China broadened people’s horizons, enriched the integration and collocation of color. At the same time, the Tang Dynasty's own social fashion made people purchase the luxury, comfortable life, while the noble & elegant and rich & colorful color style were shown in the painting. Therefore, the changes of painting thoughts and aesthetic orientation in Tang Dynasty enriched the painting color and developed the painting naturally.

The Causes and Enlightenment of Post-Modern Film Culture in the 5G Era

With the increasing influence of 5G technology on film art,the postmodern culture contained therein is also gradually becoming obvious.Understanding the context of the 5G era and clarifying the origin of postmodern film culture can help us analyze the cause of the rise of postmodern film culture,especially the important influence of the expansion of film application scenes,the innovation of the whole industry chain and the evolution of film aesthetics on the rise of postmodern film culture.In addition,we should also consider the film culture under the postmodernism of 5G era,and explore the way to stick to the benign development of film creation and film industry in order to enhance our cognition and appreciation of postmodern film culture,to maximize the positive factors of postmodern film culture,and to promote the healthy and prosperous development of Chinese film production,creation and industry.

Computational aesthetics and applications

Computational aesthetics,which bridges science and art,is emerging as a new interdisciplinary field.This paper concentrates on two main aspects of computational aesthetics:aesthetic measurement and quantification,generative art,and then proposes a design generation framework.On aesthetic measurement and quantification,we review different types of features used in measurement,the currently used evaluation methods,and their applications.On generative art,we focus on both fractal art and abstract paintings modeled on well-known artists’styles.In general,computational aesthetics exploits computational methods for aesthetic expressions.In other words,it enables computer to appraise beauty and ugliness and also automatically generate aesthetic images.Computational aesthetics has been widely applied to many areas,such as photography,fine art,Chinese hand-writing,web design,graphic design,and industrial design.We finally propose a design generation methodology,utilizing techniques from both aesthetic measurements and generative art.
