The beneficial effect of these bioactive substances on the gastrointestinal tract and immune system give rise to improvements in broiler health and performance nutrition, thus increasing the productivity of these birds. An innovative method for introducing bioactive substances into chickens is the in ovo injection into eggs intended for hatching. The aim of the study was to evaluate the development of histomorphological parameters of the duodenum and productivity in chickens injected in ovo with the prebiotic DiNovo~?(extract of Laminaria species of seaweed, BioA tlantis Ltd., Ireland) on d 12 of incubation, under large-scale, high density poultry production conditions. Results: There was no significant impact of the injection of DiNovo~? prebiotic on the production parameters of broiler chickens(body weight, FCR, EBI and mortality) obtained on d 42 of rearing. No significant impact of the DiNovo~? injection on the duodenum weight and length was observed, as wel as on the CSA, diameter and muscular layer thickness of the duodenum. The in ovo injection of DiNovo~? significantly increased the width of the duodenal vil i(P < 0.05) and crypt depth(P < 0.01) of chickens on d 21 of rearing. Other histomorphological parameters of duodenal vil i at d 42 of chickens rearing such as: the height, width, and cross section area of vil i were significantly greater in chickens from the control group compared to those from the DiNovo~? group(P < 0.05 and P < 0.01).Conclusions: In conclusion, this study demonstrates that injection of DiNovo~? prebiotic into the air chamber of egg significantly influences the histomorphological parameters on d 21 of rearing without negatively affecting productivity in chickens at the end of rearing.展开更多

The aim of study was to determine influence of the in ovo stimulation, on d12 of incubation, with synbiotics(synbiotic 1-L. salivarius IBB3154 + Bi^2tos, Clasado Ltd. and the synbiotic 2-L. plantarum IBB3036 + lupin RFOs) on the microstructure of duodenum, jejunum and ileum in the 1^(st) and 42^(nd)day of rearing. Results: On the 1^(st) day of chickens life, in the duodenum of both experimental groups(SYN1 and SYN2), a significantly higher and wider intestinal vil i as wel as a significantly larger absorbent surface of these villi were found in comparison with the Control group(P ≤ 0.01). On the 42^(nd)day of rearing the beneficial effect of synbiotic 1 was reflected by the numerical y higher vil i(no statistical differences) with a larger surface(P ≤ 0.01) in the duodenum in the SYN1 group compare to the Control group. In the jejunum on the 1^(st) day of life, in the SYN1 group, significantly higher vil i than in the Control group, with a simultaneous decrease in the depth of crypts(P ≤ 0.01), and also the largest width of vil i and their absorbent area(P ≤ 0.01) in comparison to the other groups were found. On the 42^(nd)day of life, in the jejunum, an increase in the height of the vil i whilst reducing the crypt depth in the SYN2 group was found(P ≤ 0.01). In turn, in the SYN1 group, there were significantly more neutral goblet cel s observed compared with the control group(P ≤ 0.05). In the ileum of 1-day-old chickens, the widest vil i(P ≤ 0.05) and the deepest crypts(P ≤ 0.01) were found in the SYN2 group. In the same group, there was also the least amount of neutral goblet cel s in comparison to the other groups(P ≤ 0.05).Conclusions: We observed that synbiotic 1 and 2 beneficial y affected the examined characteristics on the 1^(st) and 42^(nd) day of life. The obtained results al ow us to conclude that the use of synbiotics significantly affect gut structure which should contribute to improvement in nutrient absorption by the gut.展开更多

We were first to reveal that the subjective states of a human being can be subjected to an objective remote registration. Recently we have established the existence of the so-called “psychogenic field”, which reflects the subjective state of human brain. The subjective state of a human being was shown to affect remotely the physicochemical properties of the blood. The interaction of neurophysiological and subjective processes is described in the context of systemic organization of a goal-directed behavior. An original schematic diagram is presented to describe the formation of a subjective brain state. This approach is based on the feedback influence of a psychogenic field on neuronal molecular processes (self-induction in the brain). We propose a paradigm for the origin of a subjective state and possible existence of physical phenomena and brain fields, which are unique for the active brain.展开更多

Thus, the partial generation algorithm of generalized linear orthomorphism is achieved. The counting formula of the linear orthomorphism in the vector space over the finite field with characteristic 2 is the special case in our results. Furthermore, the generalized linear orthomorphism generated and discussed in this paper can gain the maximum branch number when they are designed as P-permutations.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Optimal physical activity is known to reduce cardiovascular, respiratory and endocrine system diseases and,as a consequence, improve quality of life.An important risk factor for reinjuries during normal exercise is the initial connective tissue pathology. The variety of clinical dysplastic manifestations significantly complicate the timely diagnosis of this comorbidity.AIM To establish pathognomonic sex-specific dysplasia phenotypes that indicate a particular sensitivity to physical exertion.METHODS The study involved 117 participants with recurrent musculoskeletal injuries that occurred during normal exercise. There were 67 women(57.26%)and 50 men(42.74%),which made it possible to compare the presence of the identified signs between sexes.A validated questionnaire was used to screen their connective tissue status.RESULTS Ranking the most commonly revealed dysplasia signs depending on their clinical significance made it possible to establish pathognomonic sex-specific phenotypes that indicated a particular susceptibility to injuries.Individualized programs of optimal physical activity are necessary for men with chest deformities,flat-valgus feet, dolichostenomelia, arachnodactylia, hemorrhoids, abdominal muscle diastasis and recurrent hernias. In women, special sensitivity to physical exertion was associated with a combination of signs such as asthenic body, joint hypermobility, overly soft auricles, thin hyperelastic skin, atrophic striae, telangiectasias and varicose veins.Of particular importance were universal signs such as gothic palate, scoliosis, kyphosis, leg deformities, temporomandibular joint crunching, and moderate to high myopia.CONCLUSION Participants’connective tissue condition should be considered when designing optimal physical activity programs.Identifying the established sex-specific dysplasia phenotypes will allow timely optimization of training loads, thus reducing the risk of injury.
文摘Dear Editor,In morphogenesis, the sequential execution of tissue arrangement depends on a vast array of signaling proteins and cellular response.Several mechanisms of such response have been identified:apoptosis, proliferation, fusion, adhesion, sorting, transition, folding, migration and expansion.Different combinations of these responses lead to the formation of various anatomical structures[1,2].

文摘This paper design the P-permutation with cryptologic properties beyond certain bound based on BCH code and Goppa code, which is the generalization of the design method utilizing the maximum distance separable (MDS) code, and presents the novel algorithms to generate the P-permutations with the branch number no less than a preset low bound. The new generation algorithms provide a theoretical basis for automation design of the cryptosystem.

文摘The conception of orthomorphism has been generalized in this paper, and a counting formula on the generalized linear orthomorphism in the vector space over the Galois field with the arbitrary prime number p as the characteristic is obtained. Thus, the partial generation algorithm of generalized linear orthomorphism is achieved. The counting formula of the linear orthomorphism in the vector space over the finite field with characteristic 2 is the special case in our results. Furthermore, the generalized linear orthomorphism generated and discussed in this paper can gain the maximum branch number when they are designed as P-permutations.
