Methods The clinical data ofperipheral lung cancer patients with preoperative bronchoscopyand cytology sampling guided by thin-slice CTfrom May 2015 to July 2016 in Cancer Hospital,ChineseAcademy of Medical Sciences were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificityof different cytological sampling methods for peripheralpulmonary lesions guided by thin-slice CT were compared,the factors affected the diagnostic sensitivity wereanalyzed,and the complications induced by these methodswere observed.
