The electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) is used to investigate the characteristics of the thiolated self-assembled monolayer(SAM) on gold surface.A 5MHz QCM element serves as both the mass-sensitive sen...The electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance (EQCM) is used to investigate the characteristics of the thiolated self-assembled monolayer(SAM) on gold surface.A 5MHz QCM element serves as both the mass-sensitive sensor and the working electrode of the electrochemical system.The 6-mecapto-1-hexanol and and the 16-mer oligonucleotide with a mercaptohexyl group at the 5'-phosphate end are utilized to form the SAM on the gold electrode.The frequency response of the QCM during cyclic voltammetry (CV) scanning and cbronoamperometry are recorded together with the electrochemical current.The experimental results indicates that the frequency response is more sensitive to the surface coverage.Therefore,the response of the EQCM reveals more details of the SAM on gold electrode.It is especially useful for analysing the immobilization quality,such as probe orientation and coverage,of the SAM.展开更多

In recent life science research,identifying and characterizing entire biomolecular interaction networks is prerequisite to understanding cellular processes on a molecular and biophysical level.A surface plasmon resona...In recent life science research,identifying and characterizing entire biomolecular interaction networks is prerequisite to understanding cellular processes on a molecular and biophysical level.A surface plasmon resonance (SPR) imaging interferometer based on spatial phase modulation detection is presented to meet this demand.In this method,the SPR sensing chip surface is illuminated with collimated parallel light beam,and a Wollaston prism is introduced into the reflected light path to produce the interference of polarized light reflected from SPR sensing chip.Information of biomolecular interactions can be obtained by extracting the phase change from the SPR interference patterns.Using our interferometer,we made experiments on a series concentration of NaCl solutions to investigate its detection range,linearity,sensitivity and resolution.The results indicate that the SPR imaging interferometer is mainly sufficient for biomolecular interaction detection.展开更多

The method need calculate many kinematics equations of parallel robot such as position back solution, velocity Jacobin, position forward solution and error Jacobin. New methods presented for solving these questions are simpler and fitter for programming and calculating, because former methods are too complex to use in engineering. These questions may be solved by iterative method of numerical value which has fast velocity of calculating. These new methods may be used in other mechanism of parallel robot too, and so have wider using value. The experimental results demonstrate that the system may satisfy entirely high technical request and fit for engineering in new measures.展开更多
In this paper,a dynamic linear detecting method,that the non-linear coefficient NL% was led and the non-linearity of data were estimated continuously and dynamically and determined when NL% exceeded reference value (...In this paper,a dynamic linear detecting method,that the non-linear coefficient NL% was led and the non-linearity of data were estimated continuously and dynamically and determined when NL% exceeded reference value (5%),was used for data processing and could solve the problem caused by the phenomenon of substrate depleting occurred following the redox reaction in portable blood sugar analyzer.By contrast to the conventional end-point method,the dynamic linear detecting method is based on multipoint data collecting.Experiments of measuring the calibration glucose solution with 8 various concentrations from 50 mg/dl to 400 mg/dl were carried out with the analyzer developed by our group.The linear regression curve,whose correlation for the data was 0.9995 and the residual was 2.8080,were obtained.The obtained correlation,residual, and the computation workload are all fit for the portable blood sugar analyzer.展开更多

It is obvious that the uses of the available modeling and signal processing techniques can make the drill string as a waveguide for transmitting information at high data rates.展开更多
