目的:合成一种同时具有pH和温度敏感性的水凝胶,并研究其载药、释药机理。方法:利用反相悬浮聚合法合成基于温度敏感材料N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、pH敏感材料甲基丙烯酸与N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的共聚物,以双氯芬酸钠为模型药,测定在不同... 目的:合成一种同时具有pH和温度敏感性的水凝胶,并研究其载药、释药机理。方法:利用反相悬浮聚合法合成基于温度敏感材料N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、pH敏感材料甲基丙烯酸与N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的共聚物,以双氯芬酸钠为模型药,测定在不同溶剂中水凝胶的载药能力;并测定了在不同pH环境(pH1,pH4和pH7)、不同温度下(25℃和37℃),双敏感水凝胶的释放性质。结果:实验表明药物在低温、低pH条件下保持收缩状态,药物基本不能从中释放;在高温、高pH状态下药物迅速释放,凝胶微球有较强的温度/pH敏感性质。结论:所得双敏感水凝胶具有显著的pH/温度敏感性质,可应用于药物口服给药。 展开更多

The chemical composition of the essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation from the leaves of Phyllanthus reticulatus Poiret (Euphorbiaceae) growing in Nigeria has been studied. The constituents of the oil were analyzed by means of gas chromatography (GC-FID) and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Monoterpenes (64.9%) were the dominant class of compounds, followed by sesquiterpenes (23.0%). The major constituents were α-pinene (6.0%), sabinene (7.6%), β-pinene (18.1%), linalool (6.9%) and camphor (7.7%), among the monoterpenes, and β-caryophyllene (11.9%) and germacrene D (8.6%) among the sesquiterpenes. This is the first report on the volatile constituents of Phyllanthus reticulatus. 展开更多

Unusual Detection of Lathosterol in Amniotic Fluids Investigated for the Determination of Cholesterol and 7-Dehydrocholesterol for Suspected Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome

The Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome (SLOS), is an autosomal recessive disorder caused by a 7-dehydrocholesterol reductase deficiency, which is characterized by abnormally elevated amniotic fluid 7-DHC (7-dehydrocholesterol) concentrations. A GC/FID (gas-chromatography with a flame ionization detector) and GC/MS (gas-chromatography with a mass detector) method was optimized for the detection of cholesterol and 7-DHC in amniotic fluids. The quantitative determination of cholesterol in 39 control amniotic fluids evidenced that between the fourth and fifth month of pregnancy the levels of this analyte are quite constant, the concentration of total and free cholesterol being respectively 10.3 μg·mL﹣1 (SD = ±3.6) and 1.7 μg·mL﹣1 (SD = ±0.91), while the analysis of 60 amniotic fluids potentially related to SLOS, showed a higher variability of cholesterol levels. Moreover, in 13 samples an analyte which did not correspond either to cholesterol or to 7-DHC was detected. A GC/MS investigation allowed us to identify this compound as lathosterol, a precursor of cholesterol in the biosynthetic pathway. 展开更多

Objective:To examine the nonvolatile components of the date pulp and seeds of two minor Tunisian date palm cultivars Arechti and Korkobbi at besser stage and to investigate their antioxidant activity, their phytochemical compounds and their aromatic volatiles composition. Methods:The physico-chemical properties, the aroma composition, the mineral profile, the phytochemical content and thein vitro antioxidant activity of those two common date palm fruit varieties and those of their seeds were evaluated. All measurements were made at the besser stage, which showed the highest amount of secondary metabolites. Results:New volatiles compounds are detected in both flesh and seeds and the results revealed that those by products are a suitable source of mineral content and have a high potential of natural antioxidants and good antiradical capacities. Conclusions: Thanks to their characteristics, they could potentially be considered as a cheap resource for new functional food ingredient and novel pharmaceutical applications. 展开更多
