Long-term exposure to high surface ozone(O_(3))concentrations,a complex oxidative atmospheric pollutant,can adversely impact human health.Based on O_(3)monitoring data from 261 cities worldwide in 2020,generalized add...Long-term exposure to high surface ozone(O_(3))concentrations,a complex oxidative atmospheric pollutant,can adversely impact human health.Based on O_(3)monitoring data from 261 cities worldwide in 2020,generalized additive model(GAM)and spatial data analysis(SDA)methods were applied in this study to quantitatively evaluate the spatiotemporal distribution of O_(3)concentration,exposure risk,and dominant meteorological factors.Results indicated that over 40%of the cities worldwide were exposed to harmful O_(3)concentration ranges(40-60μg/m^(3)),with most cities distributed in China and India.Moreover,significant seasonal variations in global O_(3)concentrations were observed,presenting as summer(45.6μg/m^(3))>spring(47.3μg/m^(3))>autumn(38.0μg/m^(3))>winter(33.6μg/m^(3)).Exposure analysis revealed that approximately 12.2%of the population in 261 cities were exposed to an environment with high O_(3)concentrations(80-160μg/m^(3)),with about 36.32 million people in major countries.Thus,the persistent increase in high O_(3)levels worldwide is a critical factor contributing to threats to human health.Furthermore,GAM results indicated temperature,relative humidity,and wind speed as primary determinants of O_(3)variability.The synergy of meteorological factors is critical for understanding O_(3)changes.Our findings are important for enforcing robust air quality policies and mitigating public risk.展开更多

[Methed] On the basis of the improved ecological stress index (ESI) analysis method, the eco-environmental stress trend of Inner Mongolia from 1996 to 2009 was analyzed, as well as the changes of eco-environmental stress in major industrial cities of Inner Mongolia in 2008. [ Result] With the economic development of Inner Mongolia from 1996 to 2009, the U-shape change could be found in the eco-environmental stress, showing an upward trend on the whole, especially since 2003, and there was a sharp raise in the environmental pollution index. In addition, the eco-enviren- mental stress lessened in most major cities of Inner Mongolian in 2008, but it was in a polarization state, that is, Baotou, Wuhai and Hohhot biased resource and energy consumption, while Ordos and Chifeng biased environmental pollution. Geochemical composition characteristics of light oils from the Tertiary in the west of the Chepaizi uplift in the Junggar basin, northwest China, are distinct from those of biodegraded oils derived from the Permian in...Geochemical composition characteristics of light oils from the Tertiary in the west of the Chepaizi uplift in the Junggar basin, northwest China, are distinct from those of biodegraded oils derived from the Permian in the study area and crude oils from some adjacent oil fields such as the Chepaizi and Xiaoguai oilfields. Oil source corre-lation shows that light oils in the study area have similar n-alkane and isoprenoid distribution patterns and carbon isotope compositions with the coal-derived oils from the Jurassic, and display obvious discrepancy on biomarker composition characteristics with the Cretaceous source rock extracts, inferring that they are probably the mixed oils from the Jurassic coal measures and Cretaceous source rocks. In this study, combined with the geochemical data of coal-derived oils from the Jurassic and Cretaceous source rocks or crude oils from the Cretaceous, the source and commingling features of the Tertiary crude oils of Well Pai 2 and Well Pai 8 were investigated. Based on the statistical data of four national agricultural science and technology parks built in Jiangxi Province, this paper constructs an evaluation system consisting of three first-level indicators, eight second-level indicators and 24 three-level indicators. Based on the combined weighting method, the comprehensive scores of the innovation capabilities of the parks are obtained. It is found that the gap in innovation capability of each park is wide, and the radiation-driven function has not yet appeared. It is necessary to promote the improvement of innovation capabilities by promoting the synergy and innovation of agricultural science and technology in the park, encouraging the park to construct agricultural technology business incubators, and building and improving innovation platforms.展开更多

In order to replace the function of government- investment in the state-owned economy, the direct and indirect financing channel of the process of our financial system transition has an obvious preference for its ownership system, and the small and medium-sized financial institutions matching with private business are in a weak state due to the constraints of system supply, these two factors result in the extreme asymmetric between the financial structure and economical structure. The model combines unified set theory, information granule, complex adaptive system and cognitive sc...The computational unified set model (CUSM) as the latest progress of Unified Set theory is introduced in this paper. The model combines unified set theory, information granule, complex adaptive system and cognitive science to present a new approach to simulate the cognition of human beings that can be viewed as the evolutionary process through the automatic learning from data sets. The information granule, which is the unit of cognition in CUSM, can be synthesized and created by the basic operators. It also can form the granule network by linking with other granules. With the learning from database, the system can evolve under the pressure of selection. As the adaptive results, fuzzy sets, vague sets and rough sets, etc can emerge out spontaneously. The CUSM answers the question of the origin of the uncertainties in thinking process described by unified set theory, that is due to the emergent properties of a holistic system of multiple cognitive units. And also the CUSM creates a dynamic model that can adapt to the environment. As a result, the “closed world” limitation in machine learning may be broken. The paper also discusses the applications of CUSM in rules discovery, problem solving, clustering analysis and data mining etc. The main features of the model comparing with the classical approaches toward those problems are its adaptability, flexibility and robustness but not accuracy.展开更多

This paper establishes Stackelberg game models according to two pricing models when the manufacturer enters the third-party e-commerce platform and sells products online. The first is a seller-pricing model in which the manufacturer decides the online price. The second is a platform-pricing model in which the platform decides the online price. We obtain the equilibrium results for these two models and the condition that allows the manufacturer to adopt the dual-channel strategy by comparing the operation decisions and performance of supply-chain members in the two models. Results show that the dual-channel strategy of the manufacturer always decreases the profit of the traditional retailer. In comparison with the sellerpricing model, the platform-pricing model always erodes parts of the manufacturers profit obtained by the dual-channel strategy. The manufacturer will pass on the partial loss to the retailer using relative leadership in the platform-pricing model, which renders the profit of the retailer lower than that in the seller-pricing model. Also, price limits do not always bring the platform more profits;sometimes the platform is forced to set a low price.展开更多
Although nickel-based catalysts display good catalytic capability and excellent corrosion resistance under alkaline electrolytes for water splitting,it is still imperative to enhance their activity for real device app...Although nickel-based catalysts display good catalytic capability and excellent corrosion resistance under alkaline electrolytes for water splitting,it is still imperative to enhance their activity for real device applications.Herein,we decorated Ni0.85Se hollow nanospheres onto reduced graphene oxide(RGO)through a hydrothermal route,then annealed this composite at different temperatures(400℃,NiSe2-400 and 450℃,NiSe2-450)under argon atmosphere,yielding a kind of NiSe2/RGO composite catalysts.Positron annihilation spectra revealed two types of vacancies formed in this composite catalyst.We found that the NiSe2-400 catalyst with dual Ni-Se vacancies is able to catalyze the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)efficiently,needing a mere 241 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm−2.In addition,this catalyst exhibits outstanding stability.Computational studies show favorable energy barrier on NiSe2-400,enabling moderate OH−adsorption and O2 desorption,which leads to the enhanced energetics for OER.展开更多

In order to replace the function of government- investment in the state-owned economy, the direct and indirect financing channel of the process of our financial system transition has an obvious preference for its ownership system, and the small and medium-sized financial institutions matching with private business are in a weak state due to the constraints of system supply, these two factors result in the extreme asymmetric between the financial structure and economical structure. A major part of the financial resources are invested in those inefficient state-owned business, which involve the Private business into a difficult position of financing, and the whole financial system transition moves towards the factual pathway-dependency due to the system defect, accordingly the finance resources allocation enter into a system lock state with rather low efficiency, so it calls for some related system innovation to correct its pathway derivation.
文摘Australian dollar (AUD) maintains a fluctuant increase for long period, but in recent two years, this currency represents an anomalistic change. In order to forecast the trend of AUD, this essay examines the exchange rate of AUD in then years from March of 2000 to March of 2010, and argues the factors which create these trend changes. By means of secondary research and graphs analysis, the relevant evidence and argument was selected into four terms below: relative raw materials prices changes, relative domestic price level and Import-Expert changes, relative interest rate changes, and other factors. The examples based on the theoretics, graphs, statistics and experts' opinions.
文摘The technology innovation cooperation relationship of enterprises has evolved into the representation of complicated network. MATLAB software is used for computer simulation on network evolution process of technology innovation cooperation, and Ucinet characterization analysis software is used to compute characteristic values of simulation network such as power law index of network, average route length and accumulation coefficients. It is compared with the actual network, and the simulation results are analyzed to verify the rationality of the constructed evolution model.

文摘The computational unified set model (CUSM) as the latest progress of Unified Set theory is introduced in this paper. The model combines unified set theory, information granule, complex adaptive system and cognitive science to present a new approach to simulate the cognition of human beings that can be viewed as the evolutionary process through the automatic learning from data sets. The information granule, which is the unit of cognition in CUSM, can be synthesized and created by the basic operators. It also can form the granule network by linking with other granules. With the learning from database, the system can evolve under the pressure of selection. As the adaptive results, fuzzy sets, vague sets and rough sets, etc can emerge out spontaneously. The CUSM answers the question of the origin of the uncertainties in thinking process described by unified set theory, that is due to the emergent properties of a holistic system of multiple cognitive units. And also the CUSM creates a dynamic model that can adapt to the environment. As a result, the “closed world” limitation in machine learning may be broken. The paper also discusses the applications of CUSM in rules discovery, problem solving, clustering analysis and data mining etc. The main features of the model comparing with the classical approaches toward those problems are its adaptability, flexibility and robustness but not accuracy.

文摘Currently,the operational performance assessment system in the power market primarily focuses on power generation and electricity retail companies,lacking a system tailored to the operational characteristics of power generation/selling integrated companies.Therefore,this article proposes an assessment index system for assessing the operational performance of a power generation/selling integrated company,encompassing three dimensions:basic capacity,development potential,and external environment.A dynamic proportional adjustment coefficient is designed,along with a subjective and objective weighting model for assessment indexes based on a combined weightingmethod.Subsequently,the operational performance of an integrated company is assessed using extension theory.The results in the case study demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed dynamic proportional adjustment coefficient.

文摘For the problem of improving the efficiency and optimizing the resource allocation in urban elderly care,by using complex scientific management method and the empirical analysis on the efficiency of the urban elderly care modes,this paper proposes that the key is to balance supply efficiency between the long-term and short-term elderly care modes.The short-term pattern is to enhance urban residents’confidence,and the long-term one promotes the sustainable development of the elderly care to prevent the aged poverty due to oldness and illness.This paper suggests that the building of"government assistance+community leadership+enterprise cultivation"mode can improve the overall efficiency of the urban elderly care to reach the Pareto optima,and fulfil the goals of the urban elderly care by providing a security and enjoyable life.

文摘The ratings in many user-object online rating systems can reflect whether users like or dislike the objects,and in some online rating systems,users can directly choose whether to like an object.So these systems can be represented by signed bipartite networks,but the original unsigned node evaluation algorithm cannot be directly used on the signed networks.This paper proposes the Signed Page Rank algorithm for signed bipartite networks to evaluate the object and user nodes at the same time.Based on the global information,the nodes can be sorted by the Signed Page Rank values in descending order,and the result is SR Ranking.The authors analyze the characteristics of top and bottom nodes of the real networks and find out that for objects,the SR Ranking can provide a more reasonable ranking which combines the degree and rating of node,and the algorithm also can help us to identify users with specific rating patterns.By discussing the location of negative edges and the sensitivity of object SR Ranking to negative edges,the authors also explore that the negative edges play an important role in the algorithm and explain that why the bad reviews are more important in real networks.

文摘Powerful platform operators always set price limits for sellers on the platform. This paper establishes Stackelberg game models according to two pricing models when the manufacturer enters the third-party e-commerce platform and sells products online. The first is a seller-pricing model in which the manufacturer decides the online price. The second is a platform-pricing model in which the platform decides the online price. We obtain the equilibrium results for these two models and the condition that allows the manufacturer to adopt the dual-channel strategy by comparing the operation decisions and performance of supply-chain members in the two models. Results show that the dual-channel strategy of the manufacturer always decreases the profit of the traditional retailer. In comparison with the sellerpricing model, the platform-pricing model always erodes parts of the manufacturers profit obtained by the dual-channel strategy. The manufacturer will pass on the partial loss to the retailer using relative leadership in the platform-pricing model, which renders the profit of the retailer lower than that in the seller-pricing model. Also, price limits do not always bring the platform more profits;sometimes the platform is forced to set a low price.

文摘Although nickel-based catalysts display good catalytic capability and excellent corrosion resistance under alkaline electrolytes for water splitting,it is still imperative to enhance their activity for real device applications.Herein,we decorated Ni0.85Se hollow nanospheres onto reduced graphene oxide(RGO)through a hydrothermal route,then annealed this composite at different temperatures(400℃,NiSe2-400 and 450℃,NiSe2-450)under argon atmosphere,yielding a kind of NiSe2/RGO composite catalysts.Positron annihilation spectra revealed two types of vacancies formed in this composite catalyst.We found that the NiSe2-400 catalyst with dual Ni-Se vacancies is able to catalyze the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)efficiently,needing a mere 241 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm−2.In addition,this catalyst exhibits outstanding stability.Computational studies show favorable energy barrier on NiSe2-400,enabling moderate OH−adsorption and O2 desorption,which leads to the enhanced energetics for OER.
