This paper describes a mixing structure of complex industrial field control network based on Ethernet frame, then mainly discusses three network management methods of ICBC, such as the interconnection method based on PCI, embedded gateway and em- bedded Web server. At the same time, it also gives the basic hardware framework of implementing interconnection, the type of main components, and the real-time operation system supporting the embedded TCP/IP protocols and Web server.展开更多

The current injection phase-shifting technique is introduced into the research of soft-switching plasma converter successfully. The magnetic bias of transformer and the protection of switching parts are solved. The tests state that the power supply has excellent characteristics and higher efficiency and can meet the demand of large power plasma process well.展开更多

A new substrate,aligned Ag nanowires decorated with silver nanoparticle composite structure(AgNWs@AgNPs),was fabricated to investigate metalenhanced fluorescence(MEF) and its mechanism.The new composite structure was ...A new substrate,aligned Ag nanowires decorated with silver nanoparticle composite structure(AgNWs@AgNPs),was fabricated to investigate metalenhanced fluorescence(MEF) and its mechanism.The new composite structure was fabricated via a three-phase interface assembly method followed by SnCl2 sensitization and AgNO3 reduction process.The size and distribution of the nanoparticles on silver nanowires increased with the sensitization and reduction cycles.The formation of AgNPs on the surfaces of AgNWs was confirmed by multiple characterization methods including scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the fluorescence intensity of the poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) on the composite structure was greatly enhanced compared with that on bare glass substrate,and the intensity increased with the increase in particle sizes and density.The mechanism was basedo n the increase in excitation rate and the radiation decay rate.The new type of substrate could serve as a good and efficient MEF substrate for high-performance fluorescence-based devices.展开更多

The results of scanning electronic microscopy and electrochem...The corrosion behavior of cupronickel alloy immersed in the simulated seawater in or without the presence of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) was studied. The results of scanning electronic microscopy and electrochemical impedance spectra reveal that corrosion of the sample immersed in the simulated seawater with SRB was more serious than that immersed in the simulated seawater without SRB. The atomic force microscopy images show that after immersion for 15 days, the surface roughness of the sample in the simulated seawater with SRB was higher than that of the sample in the simulated seawater without SRB. The analysis of confocal laser scanning microscopy indicates that the average depth of the pits on the surface of the sample in the simulated seawater with SRB was almost twice deeper than that of the sample in the simulated seawater without SRB.展开更多
