Discussion of college English classroom interaction under the multimedia environment

This paper mainly takes the influence that the reform of university English teaching brings to the university English as a moment to study the college English classroom interaction problems under the multimedia environment, this paper mainly discusses types and features of the interaction, analyse the current situation of classroom interaction, so as to make suggestions for the teaching of college English classroom interaction.

Analysis of using network resources to improve the effect of college English reading and writing teaching

The difference between the college English reading and writing class which is supported by network and the traditional courses is that teachers and students use information technology to complete the study task and achieve the teaching objectives in the process of teaching and learning. The role of the teacher is a guider and organizer, the teaching is student-centered teaching. This paper takes the teaching practice in reading and writing class as an example, explain how to use video file, screen demonstration, chat rooms, BBS, E-mail and other different multimedia network technology and approach, how to make full use of multimedia network resources in teaching college English reading and writing, how to improve the teaching effect.

Analysis on the Current Situation of China＇s Ping-pong Referee Team above the National Level and Countermeasure Study

In this paper, the current situation of China＇ s Ping-pong referees team is studied using the methods such as document literatures and investigation, and the basic situation of the team is analyzed, and also the level of law enforcement and the existing main problems are summarized, so as to explore the new ideas for the construction of the Ping-pong referees team and also provide a basis for China to train excellent Ping-pong referees. Through investigation, it is found that the problems such as the aging structure, poor English, insufficient training, and less judgment chances of the Ping-pong referee team should be practically solved, and also the artistic judgment quality should be improved.

Pool Sizes and Turnover of Soil Organic Carbon of Farmland Soil in Karst Area of Guilin

The three-pool and first-order model separates the mineralizable organic carbon into active,slow,and passive carbon pools.This paper used the model and decomposition curves of the soil organic carbon to fit the active pool and its decomposition rate,slow pool and its decomposition rate.The results showed that the size of the active pool from different profiles accounted for 2.09%-3.08% of the total soil organic carbon and the mean residue time was 3.57-17.21 days.And the size of the slow pool accounted for 3.19%-43.55% and the mean residue time was 1.12-4.94 years.Acid hydrolysis（6M HCl） was used to fractionate the passive organic carbon,which accounted for 50.83%-94.44% of the total soil organic carbon.

The analysis of application of data mining technology in the system of intrusion detection

With the economic development and the popularity of application of electronic computer, electronic commerce has rapid development. More and more commerce and key business has been carried on the lnternet because Internet has the features of interaction, openness, sharing and so on. However, during the daily commerce, people worry about the security of the network system. So a new technology which can detect the unusual behavior in time has been invented in order to protect the security of network system. The system of intrusion detection needs a lot of new technology to protect the data of the network system. The application of data mining technology in the system of intrusion detection can provide a better assistant to the users to analyze the data and improve the accuracy of the checking system.

Analysis of the thinking method of English teaching under network environment

How to make a good job of foreign language teaching and improve the quality of teaching is a topic which the general teaching workers are facing, in this paper, the author express ideas from many aspects, multi-angle, multi-level, this brings a valuable theory reference on methods of English teaching which is under network environment. As for the problems of how to solve the bottle neck of English teaching, how to train the talent who are more adaptive to the world economy globalization, how to get rid of the traditional teaching method in teaching and how to improve the teaching level more efficiently, this paper gave some good methods and suggestions.

Antioxidation effect of Carya cathayensis sarg oil

[Objective] The antioxidation effect of Carya cathayensis sarg (CCS) Oil was qualitatively and quantitatively detected. [Method] 50 male mice were divided into 5 groups equally and randomly and among them,the three groups were either negative,or model control,or positive control (ginseng saponins),respectively. Two remaining groups were orally fed with low and high dosages of CCS oil ((9 ml/(kg·d) and (33 ml/(kg·d)),respectively. All groups were injected D-galactose through hypodermic except the negative control ones which were only treated with equals amount of distilled water. The superoxide dismutase (SOD),maleic dialdehyde(MDA) and monoamine oxidase(MAO) were analyzed with blood sample and brain tissue 42 days post treatment. [Result] It was showed that the activity of SOD enzyme was increased in the CCS oil groups,while MDA and MAO content were decreased in the CCS oil groups compared with that of other groups with significance observed in the group fed with high dose of CCS oil. [Conclusion] The result indicated that the CCS oil has the ability of antioxidation and is useful to human health.

Ingestion of Domoic Acid and Its Impact on King Scallop (Pecten maximus, Linnaeus 1758)

A simple method for spiking formulated feed with domoic acid (DA) was developed in this study. DA feed was prepared by mixing 0.15 mL 100 μg mL-1 DA with 0.1 g formulated feed, and drying the mixture at room temperature for 2 h. The prepared DA feed contained 0.19 pg DA per particle. Of the added DA, 46.72% was retained in the feed. Relatively high DA retention (about 50%) was recorded after DA feed was soaked in water for 2 h. Exposure to DA feed for 7 d did not cause the increase of tissue DA level of adult king scallop (Pecten maximus) significantly in 60 d. The increase of their gonad index after DA exposure was not significantly different from the control. No significant change in DA level was found in spermary, ovary or fertilized eggs after DA exposure. These results indicated that DA excretion may be more efficient than DA accumulation under the current experimental conditions, and the mechanism of domoic acid incorporation in P. maximus may involve intracellular biotransformation.

A brief analysis of the phase transitions and the overall correlation behavior in non uniformity computer network

With the developing of the computer, the network is more and more liked by the users. It has become an indispensable part of the living and production. However, with the expanding of network scale, there have been some problems in the operation of the network system. Most of people lack of understanding on these issues, so they couldn＇ t handle them well. Some people use the theory of phase transitions to explain the power law phenomena in computer network. But it only start from the theory, but ignores the correlation of network nodes. The lack of holistic thinking mode, make the development of computer network get into a stray area. This paper started from the phase transition theory, elaborated the connotations of phase transformation and the overall correlation, and described the problems about them.

Extraction of Proteins from Apple Leaves for Two-Dimensional Electrophoresis Analysis

In order to develop an efficient method about protein extraction which is suitable for apple proteomic analysis, four protocols of total protein extraction from apple leaves, which are trichloroacetic acid/acetone precipitation method （TCA）, phenol extraction methanol/ammonium acetate precipitation method, Tris-HCl extraction method and modified Tris-HCl extraction method were compared. The results showed that the modified Tris-HCl extraction method was the most suitable method in protein extraction for two-dimensional electrophoresis （2-DE） from apple leaves based on the highest resolution and more informative spots of 2-DE gels with no apparent vertical or horizontal streaking.

Characterization of Cu(Ⅱ) Ion Adsorption Behavior of the Polyacrylic Acid-Polyvinylidene Fluoride Blended Polymer

A blended polymer adsorbent prepared using acrylic acid and polyvinylidene fluoride was used to remove copper from aqueous solutions. The polymer was prepared using thermally induced polymerization and phase inversion. The blended polymer was characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis （XRD）, environ- mental scanning electron microscopy （ESEM）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, and N2 adsorption/desorption experiments. The sorption data was fit to linearized adsorption isotherms of the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin-Radushkevich （D-R） isotherms models. The batch sorption kinetics was evaluated using pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order, and intraparticle diffusion kinetic reaction models. △H0 is greater than 0, AGo is lower than 0, and △S0 is greater than 0, which shows that the adsorption of Cu （Ⅱ） by the blended polymer is a spontaneous, endothermic process. The adsorption isotherm fits better to the Freundlich isotherm model and the pseudo-second-order kinetics model gives a better fit to the batch sorption kinetics. The adsorption mechanism is assumed to be ion exchange between the cupric ion and the carboxylic acid functional group of the blended polymer.

Photoacoustic spectroscopy for fast and sensitive ammonia detection

A photoacoustic （PA） spectrometer with H-type first longitudinal resonant cells for ammonia detection is developed. A new PA cell structure is designed to accelerate the drift velocity of the sample gas near the cell surface, so that the short response time at the flow rate of 100 seem （standard cubic centimeter per minute） is achieved. The response time of 5 min and detection limit of 0.86 ppbv is reached for ammonia concentration measurement with a Teflon polytetrafluoroethylene （PTFE） cell. Further improvement could be expected when using a brass cell with a high quality Teflon fluorinated ethylene propylene （FEP） coating.

Efficient subtree results computation for XML keyword queries

In this paper, we focus on efficient construction of restricted subtree （RSubtree） results for XML keyword queries on a multicore system. We firstly show that the perfor- mance bottlenecks for existing methods lie in 1） computing the set of relevant keyword nodes （RKNs） for each subtree root node, 2） constructing the corresponding RSubtree, and 3） parallel execution. We then propose a two-step generic top-down subtree construction algorithm, which computes SLCA/ELCA nodes in the first step, and parallelly gets RKNs and generates RSubtree results in the second step, where generic means that 1） our method can be used to compute dif- ferent kinds of subtree results, 2） our method is independent of the query semantics; top-down means that our method con- structs each RSubtree by visiting nodes of the subtree con- structed based on an RKN set level-by-level from left to right, such that to avoid visiting as many useless nodes as possible. The experimental results show that our method is much more efficient than existing ones according to various metrics.
