A mathematical hydraulic support self-tracking model for three-machine cooperative mining is proposed to address low efficiency and difficulties in strategy evaluation of a fully mechanized coal face.The proposed mode...A mathematical hydraulic support self-tracking model for three-machine cooperative mining is proposed to address low efficiency and difficulties in strategy evaluation of a fully mechanized coal face.The proposed model uses the coordinates and traction speed of the shearer to calculate the frequency of the circular hydraulic support and realize the coordinated operation of the three-machine mining technology.A unity3d hardware-in-the-loop simulation experimental hearer and hydraulic support platform was used to validate the model of autonomous follow-up.The results indicate that collaborative control of coal mining allowed for an efficiency 3.76%higher than under automatic operation mode and 46.03%higher than under manual control;thus,The mathematical model provided an improved production efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face.The mathematical model also provides a more intelligent and reliable security support,and improves the intelligent level of hydraulic support follow-up control.展开更多
A smart fully mechanized coal mining working face is comprised of various heterogeneous equipment that work together in unknown coal seam environments.The goal is to form a smart operational system with comprehensive ...A smart fully mechanized coal mining working face is comprised of various heterogeneous equipment that work together in unknown coal seam environments.The goal is to form a smart operational system with comprehensive perception,decisionmaking,and control.This involves many work points and complex coupling relationships,indicating it needs to be performed in stages and coordinated to address key problems in all directions and along multiple points.However,there are no existing unifed test or analysis tools.Therefore,this study proposed a virtual test and evaluation method for a fully mechanized mining production system with diferent smart levels.This is based on the concept of“real data processing–virtual scene construction–setting key information points–virtual operation and evaluation.”The actual operational data for a specifc working face geology and equipment were reasonably transformed into a visual virtual scene through a movement relationship model.The virtual operations and mining conditions of the working face were accurately reproduced.Based on the sensor and execution error analyses for diferent smart levels,the input interface for sensing,decision-making,and control was established for each piece of equipment,and an operation evaluation system was constructed.The system comprehensively simulates and tests the key points of sensing decision-making and control with various smart levels.The experimental results showed that the virtual scene constructed based on actual operational data has a high simulation degree.Users can simulate,analyze,and evaluate the overall operations of the smart mining 2.0–4.0 working face by inputting key information.The future direction for the smart development of fully mechanized mining is highlighted.展开更多

The movement of the floating connecting mechanism between a hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is space movement;thus,when the hydraulic support pushes the scraper conveyor,there is an error between the actual dis...The movement of the floating connecting mechanism between a hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is space movement;thus,when the hydraulic support pushes the scraper conveyor,there is an error between the actual distance of the scraper conveyor and the theoretical moving distance.As a result,the scraper conveyor cannot obtain the straightness requirement.Therefore,the movement law of the floating connecting mechanism between the hydraulic support and scraper conveyor is analyzed and programmed into the Unity3D to realize accurate pushing of the scraper conveyor via hydraulic support.The Coal Seam?Equipment Joint Virtual Straightening System is established,and a straightening method based on the motion law of a floating connection is proposed as the default method of the system.In addition,a straightening simulation of the scraper conveyor was performed on a complex coal seam floor,the results demonstrate that the average straightening error of the scraper conveyor is within 2-8 mm,and is in direct proportion to the fluctuation of the coal seam floor in the strike of the seam with high accuracy,the straightness of scraper conveyor is more affected by the subsidence terrain during straightening than by the bulge terrain.And some conclusions are verified by experiment.Based on the verification of the relevant conclusions,a comparison and analysis of Longwall Automation Steering Committee(LASC)straightening technology and default straightening method in the simulation system shows that the straightness accuracy of LASC straightening technology under complex floor conditions is slightly less than that of the default straightening method in the proposed system.展开更多
Mg alloy casting parts commonly suffer from drawbacks of low surface properties,high susceptibility to corrosion,unsatisfactory absolute strength,and poor ductility,which seriously limit their wide application.Here,a ...Mg alloy casting parts commonly suffer from drawbacks of low surface properties,high susceptibility to corrosion,unsatisfactory absolute strength,and poor ductility,which seriously limit their wide application.Here,a surface nanocrystallization technique,i.e.,ultrasonic surface rolling(USR),was applied on an as-cast AZ91 Mg alloy sheet to improve its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.The USR produces double smooth surfaces with Ra 0.036μm and gradient nanostructured surface layers on the sheet.Due to this special microstructure modification,the USR sheet exhibits 55%and 50%improvements in yield strength and ultimate tensile strength without visibly sacrificed ductility comparable to its untreated counterpart,as well as a 24%improvement in surface hardness.The USR sheet also shows good corrosion resistance in 3.5wt%NaCl aqueous solution.The corrosion current density of the USR sheet reduces by 63%after immersion for 1 h,and 25%after immersion for 24 h compared to that of the untreated counterpart.The enhanced strength and hardness are mainly related to the gradient nanostructure.The improved corrosion resistance is mainly ascribed to the decreased surface roughness,nanostructured surface,and residual compressive stress.The present results state that USR is an effective and attractive method to improve the multiple properties of Mg alloy cast-ing parts,and thus can be used as an additional and last working procedure to achieve high-performance Mg alloy casting parts.展开更多
The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque c...The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque characteristics of friction pairs are very complex and change at any time.The characteristics of the frictional and hydrodynamic lubrication states were studied in order to calculate and predict the friction and torque characteristics of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage.The fluid torque was calculated by applying the average shear stress model and the load-carrying capacity of asperity was determined on the basis of the fractal contact theory.In addition,the contact friction coefficient of the friction pairs was taken into consideration and measured by using the MM1000-Ⅲfriction and wear testing machine.The asperity friction torque and total torque in the mixed friction stage were obtained and finally,the test rig for the torque characteristics was set up.The results show that the contribution to the total torque is shared by the oil film and the asperity friction.The friction coefficient decreases sharply at first and then increases with a change in the relative rotational speed,following the Stribeck curve closely,and the contact frictional coefficient slowly decreases with increase in the pressure between the friction pairs.The torque between the friction pairs is provided by the asperity friction,and the torque due to the oil film reduces to zero.When the thickness of the oil film is small,a major contribution to the total torque is due to the asperity friction.The total torque also increases with the decrease in the film thickness ratio.Therefore,by theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the torque of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage can be accurately calculated using the average shear stress model and asperity friction torque model.展开更多

Based on the LS-DYNA explicit module...In order to realize the safety, high efficiency and rapidity of hard rock tunneling, we propose the drilling &hydraulic impact hard-rock tunneling(DHIHT) technology and method. Based on the LS-DYNA explicit module and APDL programming, the key parameters of DHIHT, including drilling spacing and drilling radius, were investigated. The simulation results show that: the drilling spacing should not exceed0.20 m-larger distances weaken the actual breaking effect; the best drilling radius is about 0.035 m, larger or smaller distances would both decrease the effect of drilling-hole free surfaces. The field impact breaking experiments were conducted in Baitaizi township granite quarry, Jinzhou, Liaoning province,China. The experiment results indicate that DHIHT is a feasible method for hard-rock tunneling, but its efficiency still needs to be further optimized and improved.展开更多
A variational technique (VT) is applied to estimate surface sensible and latent heat fluxes based on observations of air temperature, wind speed, and humidity, respectively, at three heights (1 m, 4 m, and 10 m), and ...A variational technique (VT) is applied to estimate surface sensible and latent heat fluxes based on observations of air temperature, wind speed, and humidity, respectively, at three heights (1 m, 4 m, and 10 m), and the surface energy and radiation budgets by the surface energy and radiation system (SERBS). The method fully uses all information provided by the measurements of air temperature, wind, and humidity profiles, the surface energy budget, and the similarity profile formulae as well. Data collected at Feixi experiment station installed by the China Heavy Rain Experiment and Study (HeRES) Program are used to test the method. Results show that the proposed technique can overcome the well-known unstablility problem that occurs when the Bowen method becomes singular; in comparison with the profile method, it reduces both the sensitivities of latent heat fluxes to observational errors in humidity and those of sensible heat fluxes to observational errors in temperature, while the estimated heat fluxes approximately satisfy the surface energy budget. Therefore, the variational technique is more reliable and stable than the two conventional methods in estimating surface sensible and latent heat fluxes.展开更多

The effect of roughness on particle motion in the recirculation zone is weaker than that in the fully developed flow region. One strategy to elicit neutralizing antibodies against the MPER epitope is to design peptide immunogens mimicking neutralization structures. To probe 2F5-like neutralizing antibodies, two yeast-displayed antibody libraries from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from a HIV-1 patient were screened against the 2F5 epitope peptide SP62. Two 2F5-like antibodies were identified that specifically recognized SP62. However,these antibodies only weakly neutralized HIV-1 primary isolates. The epitopes recognized by these two 2F5-like antibodies include not only the 2F5 epitope(amino acids(aa) 662–667 in the MPER)but also several other residues(aa 652–655) locating at the N-terminus in SP62. Experimental results suggest that residues of SP62 adjacent to the 2F5 epitope influence the response of broadly neutralizing 2F5-like antibodies in vaccination. Our findings may aid the design of vaccine immunogens and development of therapeutics against HIV-1 infection.展开更多

The other is of small size (<2′), with brightness temperature of 1.5—7.5×10~6°K. Perhaps, they are related with sunspot clusters. Using Arsenazo Ⅲ as a myoplasmic calcium indicator, we have studied the calcium transients evoked by voltage-clamp depolarizing pulses in frog twitch muscle fibres which had been temporarily depolarized by 80 mmol/LK...Using Arsenazo Ⅲ as a myoplasmic calcium indicator, we have studied the calcium transients evoked by voltage-clamp depolarizing pulses in frog twitch muscle fibres which had been temporarily depolarized by 80 mmol/LK^+ in the absence or presence of myoplasmic Li^+. After the high K^+ exposure, for either a short (15 rain) or long(1 h) time, the post-K^+ calcium transients could gradually be restored to the level of the pre-K^+ ones, if the fibres were not loaded with Li^+.In contrast, the post-K^+ calcium transients of Li^+-loaded fibres could not fully recover,and were depressed in a Li^+ concentration-dependent manner.The mean amplitude of the post-K^+ responses recorded more than 3.5 h after 15 min high K^+ exposure was reduced to 56% of pre-K^+ control in the fibres which had been loaded with Li^+ in 20 mmol/L Li^+ Ringer's solution.This depression could be prevented or partially reversed by exogenous myo-inositol.More depression could be induced by 1 h high K^+ exposure, but the presence of exogenous myo-inositol could not clearly prevent the post-K^+ calcium transients from reduction.Assuming that high K^+ exposure caused a depletion of myo-inositol and probably other changes in the metabolism of inositol phospholipids in Li^+ loaded fibres,we conclude that some metabolites of phosphoinositides may play modulation roles in excitation-contraction coupling in frog twitch muscle fibres.展开更多

文摘Mg alloy casting parts commonly suffer from drawbacks of low surface properties,high susceptibility to corrosion,unsatisfactory absolute strength,and poor ductility,which seriously limit their wide application.Here,a surface nanocrystallization technique,i.e.,ultrasonic surface rolling(USR),was applied on an as-cast AZ91 Mg alloy sheet to improve its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.The USR produces double smooth surfaces with Ra 0.036μm and gradient nanostructured surface layers on the sheet.Due to this special microstructure modification,the USR sheet exhibits 55%and 50%improvements in yield strength and ultimate tensile strength without visibly sacrificed ductility comparable to its untreated counterpart,as well as a 24%improvement in surface hardness.The USR sheet also shows good corrosion resistance in 3.5wt%NaCl aqueous solution.The corrosion current density of the USR sheet reduces by 63%after immersion for 1 h,and 25%after immersion for 24 h compared to that of the untreated counterpart.The enhanced strength and hardness are mainly related to the gradient nanostructure.The improved corrosion resistance is mainly ascribed to the decreased surface roughness,nanostructured surface,and residual compressive stress.The present results state that USR is an effective and attractive method to improve the multiple properties of Mg alloy cast-ing parts,and thus can be used as an additional and last working procedure to achieve high-performance Mg alloy casting parts.

文摘The hydro-viscous drive(HVD)has been widely used in fan transmission in vehicles,fans,and scraper conveyors for step-less speed regulation or soft starting.In the mixed friction stage,the contact,friction,and torque characteristics of friction pairs are very complex and change at any time.The characteristics of the frictional and hydrodynamic lubrication states were studied in order to calculate and predict the friction and torque characteristics of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage.The fluid torque was calculated by applying the average shear stress model and the load-carrying capacity of asperity was determined on the basis of the fractal contact theory.In addition,the contact friction coefficient of the friction pairs was taken into consideration and measured by using the MM1000-Ⅲfriction and wear testing machine.The asperity friction torque and total torque in the mixed friction stage were obtained and finally,the test rig for the torque characteristics was set up.The results show that the contribution to the total torque is shared by the oil film and the asperity friction.The friction coefficient decreases sharply at first and then increases with a change in the relative rotational speed,following the Stribeck curve closely,and the contact frictional coefficient slowly decreases with increase in the pressure between the friction pairs.The torque between the friction pairs is provided by the asperity friction,and the torque due to the oil film reduces to zero.When the thickness of the oil film is small,a major contribution to the total torque is due to the asperity friction.The total torque also increases with the decrease in the film thickness ratio.Therefore,by theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the torque of the friction pairs in the mixed friction stage can be accurately calculated using the average shear stress model and asperity friction torque model.

文摘In order to realize the safety, high efficiency and rapidity of hard rock tunneling, we propose the drilling &hydraulic impact hard-rock tunneling(DHIHT) technology and method. Based on the LS-DYNA explicit module and APDL programming, the key parameters of DHIHT, including drilling spacing and drilling radius, were investigated. The simulation results show that: the drilling spacing should not exceed0.20 m-larger distances weaken the actual breaking effect; the best drilling radius is about 0.035 m, larger or smaller distances would both decrease the effect of drilling-hole free surfaces. The field impact breaking experiments were conducted in Baitaizi township granite quarry, Jinzhou, Liaoning province,China. The experiment results indicate that DHIHT is a feasible method for hard-rock tunneling, but its efficiency still needs to be further optimized and improved.

文摘A variational technique (VT) is applied to estimate surface sensible and latent heat fluxes based on observations of air temperature, wind speed, and humidity, respectively, at three heights (1 m, 4 m, and 10 m), and the surface energy and radiation budgets by the surface energy and radiation system (SERBS). The method fully uses all information provided by the measurements of air temperature, wind, and humidity profiles, the surface energy budget, and the similarity profile formulae as well. Data collected at Feixi experiment station installed by the China Heavy Rain Experiment and Study (HeRES) Program are used to test the method. Results show that the proposed technique can overcome the well-known unstablility problem that occurs when the Bowen method becomes singular; in comparison with the profile method, it reduces both the sensitivities of latent heat fluxes to observational errors in humidity and those of sensible heat fluxes to observational errors in temperature, while the estimated heat fluxes approximately satisfy the surface energy budget. Therefore, the variational technique is more reliable and stable than the two conventional methods in estimating surface sensible and latent heat fluxes.

文摘The effect of wall roughness on particle behavior in two-phase flows in a horizontal backward-facing step is studied using a phase-Doppler particle anemometer. The results show that the wall roughness widens the particle velocity probability density distribution, enhances the redistribution of particle velocity into different directions, reduces the particle longitudinal mean velocity and increases the longitudinal and transverse fluctuation velocities and Reynolds shear stress. The effect of roughness on particle motion in the recirculation zone is weaker than that in the fully developed flow region. The effect of roughness for small particles is restricted only in the near-wall region, while that for large particles diffuses to the whole flow field.

文摘The Human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) gp41 membrane proximal external region(MPER) is targeted by broadly neutralizing antibodies(e.g. 2F5, 4E10, Z13 e and m66.6), which makes this region a promising target for vaccine design. One strategy to elicit neutralizing antibodies against the MPER epitope is to design peptide immunogens mimicking neutralization structures. To probe 2F5-like neutralizing antibodies, two yeast-displayed antibody libraries from peripheral blood mononuclear cells from a HIV-1 patient were screened against the 2F5 epitope peptide SP62. Two 2F5-like antibodies were identified that specifically recognized SP62. However,these antibodies only weakly neutralized HIV-1 primary isolates. The epitopes recognized by these two 2F5-like antibodies include not only the 2F5 epitope(amino acids(aa) 662–667 in the MPER)but also several other residues(aa 652–655) locating at the N-terminus in SP62. Experimental results suggest that residues of SP62 adjacent to the 2F5 epitope influence the response of broadly neutralizing 2F5-like antibodies in vaccination. Our findings may aid the design of vaccine immunogens and development of therapeutics against HIV-1 infection.

Prom the fully quantum point of view, the origin of the interference fringes consists in the mode transformation and the detection of double-slit states.

In this paper, by data of the 325-m meteorological tower, acoustic sounder and common meteorological observations, the trigger process consisting of two strong precipitations in Beijing area from 2 : 30 to 4 : 30, August 27, 1980, was analysed.

A burned patient sustained 98% total body surface area (TBSA) with 95% full thickness burn and severe inhalation injury was admitted to our hospital in 08- 2000. After aggressive treatment, the patient recovered fully. This paper reports the treatment of the patient.

文摘Among various methods for calculation of the plastic strain ratio (γ value) of deep drawing steel sheet, the crystallographic approach is rather preferred because it is founded on the slip action during the crystal plastic deformation, while the crystal deformation mechanisms are fully taken into account. Thus it possesses a more soundly theoretical basis. However, its two assumptions, i.e. the same critical shear stresses for the three different slip systems in BCC and no orientation changes for all crystallites in tensile test samples in elongation up to 15%, are inconsistent with the experimental evidence.
文摘<正> The long decimeter wave from the sun is a solar phenomenon that has not been fully studied. Cole, Mullaly and Watkinson, and Little have separately, observed the sun with high resolving power (3′) at 408 MHz, using the Mills Cross. They discovered two kinds of radio sources. One type is the slowly varying source of large size (about 7′) with low brightness temperature, and usually related to a plage. The other is of small size (<2′), with brightness temperature of 1.5—7.5×10~6°K. Perhaps, they are related with sunspot clusters. Abrami studied Type Ⅰ sources at 408 MHz, using a simple correlated interferometer, and discovered the complex structure of Type Ⅰ sources.

文摘Using Arsenazo Ⅲ as a myoplasmic calcium indicator, we have studied the calcium transients evoked by voltage-clamp depolarizing pulses in frog twitch muscle fibres which had been temporarily depolarized by 80 mmol/LK^+ in the absence or presence of myoplasmic Li^+. After the high K^+ exposure, for either a short (15 rain) or long(1 h) time, the post-K^+ calcium transients could gradually be restored to the level of the pre-K^+ ones, if the fibres were not loaded with Li^+.In contrast, the post-K^+ calcium transients of Li^+-loaded fibres could not fully recover,and were depressed in a Li^+ concentration-dependent manner.The mean amplitude of the post-K^+ responses recorded more than 3.5 h after 15 min high K^+ exposure was reduced to 56% of pre-K^+ control in the fibres which had been loaded with Li^+ in 20 mmol/L Li^+ Ringer's solution.This depression could be prevented or partially reversed by exogenous myo-inositol.More depression could be induced by 1 h high K^+ exposure, but the presence of exogenous myo-inositol could not clearly prevent the post-K^+ calcium transients from reduction.Assuming that high K^+ exposure caused a depletion of myo-inositol and probably other changes in the metabolism of inositol phospholipids in Li^+ loaded fibres,we conclude that some metabolites of phosphoinositides may play modulation roles in excitation-contraction coupling in frog twitch muscle fibres.
