Spinal cord injury is one of the common neurological diseases in clinical practice.It has the characteristics of high incidence rate,high disability rate and high cost.It brings great pain and mental stress to patient...Spinal cord injury is one of the common neurological diseases in clinical practice.It has the characteristics of high incidence rate,high disability rate and high cost.It brings great pain and mental stress to patients.Spinal cord injury patients with neurological impairment,slow recovery,in the process of disease treatment is easy to produce a series of complications,such as respiratory complications,neurogenic bladder,spasm,deep vein thrombosis,pressure sores and so on.At present,western medicine and auxiliary equipment are mainly used in the treatment of related complications,but traditional Chinese medicine also plays a very important role.Traditional Chinese medicine is not only economical,cheap and has little side effects,but also can promote the functional rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury and reduce the incidence of complications.In this paper,through searching the literature reports on the treatment of spinal cord injury related complications with traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad,we review the treatment of neurogenic bladder,spasm,venous embolism,neuropathic pain,neurogenic intestinal dysfunction,pressure sores,respiratory complications with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of spinal cord injury related complications.展开更多

Objective:To analyze the clinical research literatures of TCM syndromes and treatment of Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy(IgAN)on data-mining technology,and explore the rules of TCM syndromes and Chinese medication.Method...Objective:To analyze the clinical research literatures of TCM syndromes and treatment of Immunoglobulin A Nephropathy(IgAN)on data-mining technology,and explore the rules of TCM syndromes and Chinese medication.Methods:By searching the clinical literatures about TCM syndromes and treatment of IgAN had published in China Biomedical Literature Database,CNKI Database,Wanfang Database,and Chongqing Weipu Database from January 2000 to September 2019.Strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,included documents and established the databases.Applicated of statistical software for frequency analysis of TCM syndromes,Chinese herbal medicines,and analyzed the commonly used Chinese herbal medicines by factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results:292 literatures were finally included,involving 28 syndromes.A total of 479 prescriptions and 254 Chinese herbs were used.The rules of syndromes in IgA nephropathy are as follows:the syndromes are mainly composed of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,followed by the Spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome,Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome,Spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.The blood-stasis syndrome,damp-heat syndrome and wind-heat disturbance syndrome are accompanied by other syndrome.The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicines for IgA nephropathy is mainly composed of tonic deficiency medicines,supplemented by blood-activating and stasis-eliminating medicines,heat-clearing medicines,inducing diuresis and excreting dampness medicines and astringent medicines to combine with formulas.Conclusion:Through Data-mining method systematically summarized the rules of TCM syndromes and Chinese medication in treating IgAN and provided scientific theoretical guidance for the treatment of IgAN.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and underlying mechanisms of LiZhong Tang in the context of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:High-fat feed was used to induce NAFLD in rats,Blood and l...Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and underlying mechanisms of LiZhong Tang in the context of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:High-fat feed was used to induce NAFLD in rats,Blood and liver samples were collected to facilitate a comparative analysis of rat body mass and liver wet weight and calculate the liver index.Liver pathology was observed,while serum transaminase and blood lipid levels were measured.The protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and LC-3II in rat liver were detected using Western Blot analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the NAFLD rats exhibited a significant increase in body weight,liver wet weight,liver index,transaminase levels,and blood lipid levels.The expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and LC3-II protein were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Following intervention with Lizhong Tang,rats in each herbal treatment group displayed a decrease in body weight,liver wet weight,liver index,se-rum transaminase,and blood lipid levels.The expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and LC-3II rebounded(P<0.05),with the high-dose group demonstrating the most pronounced effects(P<0.01).Histopathological examination of liver tissue revealed that rats in the model group displayed disrupted hepatic lobule structure,swollen hepatocytes,disordered arrangement,and a multi-tude of varying-sized lipid vacuoles within the cytoplasm.Conversely,rats treated with different doses of the herbal remedy exhibited improvements in liver tissue pathology,with the high-dose group showing the most notable enhancement.Conclusion:Lizhong Tang can improve NAFLD disease by regulating mitochondrial autophagy.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect and specific mechanism of Jisheng Shenqi Decoction plus Panax notoginseng and Turmeric on carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis in rats.Methods:SPF SD rats ...Objective:To investigate the intervention effect and specific mechanism of Jisheng Shenqi Decoction plus Panax notoginseng and Turmeric on carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis in rats.Methods:SPF SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,and Chinese medicine treatment(low,medium and high dose)groups.The model group and Chinese medicine treatment group were given intraperitoneal injection of 40%CCl4 olive oil solution twice a week.A rat model of liver fibrosis was replicated by the method for 8 weeks.After successful modeling,each drug-administered group was gavaged with corresponding drugs,and the control group and model group were gavaged with equal volume of distilled water,once a day,for 4 weeks.After the last intragastric administration,HE staining and Masson staining were used to observe the pathological morphology of liver tissue,and liver function(ALT,AST)was detected;ELISA method was used to determine transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β),angiotensin II(Ang-Ⅱ),chitinase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content;The expression levels of type I,type III collagen(Col-Ⅰ,Col-Ⅲ)and TGF-βmRNA were determined by RT-PCR.Results:①HE and Masson staining showed that a large number of liver cells in the model group were inflamed and necrotic,the collagen fibers in the liver tissue were extensively proliferated,the fibrous septa were interconnected,and the pseudolobules were formed.Compared with the model group,the levels of ALT,AST,TGF-β,Ang-Ⅱ,CHI3L1,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were decreased,while the levels of Col-Ⅰ,Col-ⅢThe expressions ofⅢand TGF-βmRNA were decreased,and the effect was most obvious in the middle and high dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jisheng Shenqi Decoction combined with Panax notoginseng and Biejia can significantly improve liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 in rats,and its mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)-angiotensin II(Ang-II)-angiotensin II receptor 1(AT1R)signaling pathway related gene expression,reducing the level of related cytokines,promoting the degradation of extracellular matrix and so on.展开更多

Background:This study pioneers a network pharmacology-based approach and in silico molecular docking and visualization approaches to predict the potential molecular mechanisms involved in treatment of lung cancer with...Background:This study pioneers a network pharmacology-based approach and in silico molecular docking and visualization approaches to predict the potential molecular mechanisms involved in treatment of lung cancer with Lingzhi(Ganoderma lucidum).Methods:The active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum were screened in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database,and corresponding potential targets of these active ingredients were queried.Then potential targets for the treatment of lung cancer were separately queried using the GeneCards database.The overlapping targets of the active ingredients and lung cancer treatment were further analyzed in silico by calculating degree values and conducting literature searches.A protein-protein interaction network was constructed for these overlapping targets using the STRING database,and a“drug-ingredient-target”network was created using Cytoscape 3.7.1 software.Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses were performed for key targets using Metascape.Finally,the key molecules were examined using molecular docking in Autodock 3.7 software,and the representative docking results were visualized using PyMol software.Results:A total of 14 active ingredients were identified,including 3 key ingredients(ganolucidic acid E,ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraene-3-one,and beta-sitosterol)and 8 key targets.Gene ontology analysis and KEGG enrichment showed that Ganoderma lucidum may act on 10 key signaling pathways,such as the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway,calcium signaling pathway,and cyclic adenosine monophosphate signaling pathway,to regulate neuroactivity,ion homeostasis,and other processes,thus inhibiting the progression of lung cancer.Molecular docking results predicted that among the 8 key targets,mu-type opioid receptor,transforming growth factor beta-1 proprotein,and apoptosis regulator BAX exhibit better docking with these ligands.Conclusion:The preliminary results of this study identified potential active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum for the treatment of lung cancer,and putative mechanisms of action,which could provide a theoretical basis for further experimental studies on anticancer efficacy.展开更多
Literatures on pain intervention with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)were collected by searching the databases both in Chinese and English,and summarized to understand the research progress of TEA...Literatures on pain intervention with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)were collected by searching the databases both in Chinese and English,and summarized to understand the research progress of TEAS effects on pain mediators in recent years.This will provide a more objective and scientific theoretical basis for clinical practice of TEAS to treat pain syndrome,thus promoting the clinical application of TEAS.Our literature analysis indicated that TEAS effectively regulated the release levels of various pain factors such as prostaglandin,5-hydroxytryptamine,interleukins,substance P and tumor necrosis factor-αto achieve the analgesic effects by affecting the conduction pathways.TEAS is a safe,non-invasive and effective treatment for pain syndrome.However,further research is necessary due to the lack of rigor of the current clinical trial design.展开更多

文摘Sijunzi Decoction,as one of the classic Chinese traditional prescriptions,has been used clinically by major physicians since the Song Dynasty.This article reviewed and sorted out the literature on the effective chemistry of Sijunzi Decoction and the mechanism of its prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases.At present,its effective chemical components are derived from the saponins and flavonoids in ginseng and licorice,and are effective for gastrointestinal mucosal injury diseases and malignant digestive system.Digestive system diseases such as tumors,functional gastrointestinal diseases,non-alcoholic fatty liver,acute liver injury,and liver failure show a multi-path,multi-target effect mechanism.This article reviews the effective chemical components and research of Sijunzi Decoction and the related mechanisms of prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases,and provides valuable clues for the follow-up research of Sijunzi Decoction.

文摘Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and underlying mechanisms of LiZhong Tang in the context of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:High-fat feed was used to induce NAFLD in rats,Blood and liver samples were collected to facilitate a comparative analysis of rat body mass and liver wet weight and calculate the liver index.Liver pathology was observed,while serum transaminase and blood lipid levels were measured.The protein expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and LC-3II in rat liver were detected using Western Blot analysis.Results:Compared with the control group,the NAFLD rats exhibited a significant increase in body weight,liver wet weight,liver index,transaminase levels,and blood lipid levels.The expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and LC3-II protein were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Following intervention with Lizhong Tang,rats in each herbal treatment group displayed a decrease in body weight,liver wet weight,liver index,se-rum transaminase,and blood lipid levels.The expression levels of PINK1,Parkin,and LC-3II rebounded(P<0.05),with the high-dose group demonstrating the most pronounced effects(P<0.01).Histopathological examination of liver tissue revealed that rats in the model group displayed disrupted hepatic lobule structure,swollen hepatocytes,disordered arrangement,and a multi-tude of varying-sized lipid vacuoles within the cytoplasm.Conversely,rats treated with different doses of the herbal remedy exhibited improvements in liver tissue pathology,with the high-dose group showing the most notable enhancement.Conclusion:Lizhong Tang can improve NAFLD disease by regulating mitochondrial autophagy.

文摘Plantar fasciitis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic.It is a kind of local aseptic inflammation caused by chronic strain.In severe cases,pain is unbearable,which affects the quality of life of patients.Extracorporeal shock wave(ESW)is a new non-invasive treatment for bone and muscle diseases.It can significantly relieve the pain and other symptoms of patients with plantar fasciitis,and promote the functional recovery of patients.In order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of plantar fasciitis,this paper reviews the literature of extracorporeal shock wave treatment of plantar fasciitis at home and abroad.

文摘Interstitial cells of Cajal are a different class of cells with unique ultrastructure,molecular phenotype and function,and their main function is to generate slow waves,thereby triggering gastrointestinal pacing and regulating gastrointestinal motility.They play an extremely important physiological role in coordinating the normal activities of the digestive system,and their number,shape and function abnormalities often have a certain impact on gastrointestinal motility.Functional gastrointestinal disease is a type of digestive system disease closely related to gastrointestinal motility.Relevant studies have shown that the pathogenesis of functional gastrointestinal disease is closely related to the abnormal number,morphology and function of Cajal interstitial cells.Regulating the shape and number of interstitial cells of Cajal,maintaining the normal operation of gastrointestinal electrophysiology,inhibiting excessive autophagy and activating related signaling pathways,etc.,can improve gastrointestinal motility,thereby treating functional gastrointestinal diseases.This article will discuss the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases from traditional Chinese medicine compound,traditional Chinese medicine monomer,and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine by regulating Cajal interstitial cells.

文摘Objective:To investigate the intervention effect and specific mechanism of Jisheng Shenqi Decoction plus Panax notoginseng and Turmeric on carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver fibrosis in rats.Methods:SPF SD rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,and Chinese medicine treatment(low,medium and high dose)groups.The model group and Chinese medicine treatment group were given intraperitoneal injection of 40%CCl4 olive oil solution twice a week.A rat model of liver fibrosis was replicated by the method for 8 weeks.After successful modeling,each drug-administered group was gavaged with corresponding drugs,and the control group and model group were gavaged with equal volume of distilled water,once a day,for 4 weeks.After the last intragastric administration,HE staining and Masson staining were used to observe the pathological morphology of liver tissue,and liver function(ALT,AST)was detected;ELISA method was used to determine transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β),angiotensin II(Ang-Ⅱ),chitinase 3-like protein 1(CHI3L1),interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)content;The expression levels of type I,type III collagen(Col-Ⅰ,Col-Ⅲ)and TGF-βmRNA were determined by RT-PCR.Results:①HE and Masson staining showed that a large number of liver cells in the model group were inflamed and necrotic,the collagen fibers in the liver tissue were extensively proliferated,the fibrous septa were interconnected,and the pseudolobules were formed.Compared with the model group,the levels of ALT,AST,TGF-β,Ang-Ⅱ,CHI3L1,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-αin the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were decreased,while the levels of Col-Ⅰ,Col-ⅢThe expressions ofⅢand TGF-βmRNA were decreased,and the effect was most obvious in the middle and high dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jisheng Shenqi Decoction combined with Panax notoginseng and Biejia can significantly improve liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 in rats,and its mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)-angiotensin II(Ang-II)-angiotensin II receptor 1(AT1R)signaling pathway related gene expression,reducing the level of related cytokines,promoting the degradation of extracellular matrix and so on.

文摘Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a digestive system disease characterized by uncomfortable symptoms caused by reflux of gastric contents.It has increased sharply with the development of my country’s society and economy.If there is no reasonable and effective Prevention and treatment measures will inevitably increase the financial burden of patients,and also pose a major threat to the quality of life and health of patients.Cell signal transduction mediated by various receptors participates in the regulation mechanism of the body's various levels of biological functions.By inhibiting or activating its functions,the purpose of curing diseases can be achieved,and cell signal transduction has been used in traditional Chinese medicine.Studying.The theory of"adjusting the central axis"was explored by Professor Xie Sheng through decades of clinical experience.It has been proven in practice to treat GERD.It starts from the model of TCM viscera and expounds that the pathogenesis of GERD involves multiple viscera.Multi-system and multi-factor,explain the correlation of the disease with a variety of zang-fu syndromes,and use this as a basis to guide the clinical use of hidden prescriptions.The back-shu pointer therapy can prevent GERD by correcting the unbalanced state of the viscera and qi machine,and promoting the junction of the two channels of Ren and Du.Based on the theory of"adjusting the hub by the pivot",this article expounds the pathogenesis of GERD from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.By consulting the literature and combining with the previous research,it proposes to analyze the methods and methods of Backshu pointer therapy to prevent and treat GERD from the AMPK/ULK1 mediated autophagy pathway.

文摘Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)is a major medical problem in the 21st century.Although the current treatments are rich and diverse,they have not achieved satisfactory results in prevention and treatment.The treatment of CVDS needs to find a wider and effective treatment target and direction.Autophagy is a metabolic process that degrades macromolecules.It can degrade damaged organelles,specific macromolecules,and invaded viruses and bacteria.Autophagy is widely involved in the body's metabolism and immunity,and is closely related to cardiovascular diseases.mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)is an atypical serine/threonine kinase,a major regulator of autophagy,can regulate the metabolism of cells and proteins in the body,and is widely involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases.This article summarizes the relevant content of Chinese and Western medicine on mTOR regulation of autophagy in CVDS in recent years at home and abroad,in order to provide a reference for follow-up research.

文摘Background:This study pioneers a network pharmacology-based approach and in silico molecular docking and visualization approaches to predict the potential molecular mechanisms involved in treatment of lung cancer with Lingzhi(Ganoderma lucidum).Methods:The active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum were screened in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology database,and corresponding potential targets of these active ingredients were queried.Then potential targets for the treatment of lung cancer were separately queried using the GeneCards database.The overlapping targets of the active ingredients and lung cancer treatment were further analyzed in silico by calculating degree values and conducting literature searches.A protein-protein interaction network was constructed for these overlapping targets using the STRING database,and a“drug-ingredient-target”network was created using Cytoscape 3.7.1 software.Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses were performed for key targets using Metascape.Finally,the key molecules were examined using molecular docking in Autodock 3.7 software,and the representative docking results were visualized using PyMol software.Results:A total of 14 active ingredients were identified,including 3 key ingredients(ganolucidic acid E,ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraene-3-one,and beta-sitosterol)and 8 key targets.Gene ontology analysis and KEGG enrichment showed that Ganoderma lucidum may act on 10 key signaling pathways,such as the neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction pathway,calcium signaling pathway,and cyclic adenosine monophosphate signaling pathway,to regulate neuroactivity,ion homeostasis,and other processes,thus inhibiting the progression of lung cancer.Molecular docking results predicted that among the 8 key targets,mu-type opioid receptor,transforming growth factor beta-1 proprotein,and apoptosis regulator BAX exhibit better docking with these ligands.Conclusion:The preliminary results of this study identified potential active ingredients of Ganoderma lucidum for the treatment of lung cancer,and putative mechanisms of action,which could provide a theoretical basis for further experimental studies on anticancer efficacy.
文摘Literatures on pain intervention with transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)were collected by searching the databases both in Chinese and English,and summarized to understand the research progress of TEAS effects on pain mediators in recent years.This will provide a more objective and scientific theoretical basis for clinical practice of TEAS to treat pain syndrome,thus promoting the clinical application of TEAS.Our literature analysis indicated that TEAS effectively regulated the release levels of various pain factors such as prostaglandin,5-hydroxytryptamine,interleukins,substance P and tumor necrosis factor-αto achieve the analgesic effects by affecting the conduction pathways.TEAS is a safe,non-invasive and effective treatment for pain syndrome.However,further research is necessary due to the lack of rigor of the current clinical trial design.
