Therefore, it brings difficulties to the collection of brain waves is not conducive to converting research into applications. It is a well worth studying work in researching how to find the key brain electrode in the existing brain wave, which will greatly reduce the number of EEG acquisition points during application, making it easier to translate the research into practical application. This paper takes emotional EEG as an example to study how to find the key brain electrode points of emotional EEG with deep learning method. Firstly, using the least square regression algorithm to calculate the characteristic coefficients of each electrode point;secondly, according to the law of the characteristic coefficient value, grouping the key EEG poles for experiment. In the grouping experiment, the Conv1d-GRU model used to train and verify the EEG data of the corresponding electrode points. Finally, from the results of various grouping experiments, it concluded that the selection method of the key EEG level points should be the electrode points with positive characteristic coefficient, and the accuracy of verification is 97.6%. With experiments, it confirmed that there are key electrode points in the detection of emotional EEG by 16-channel OpenBCI. There are only six key electrode points of emotional EEG;that is to say, the EEG data collected by only six key electrode points can identify seven kinds of emotional EEG. .展开更多

The samples with five-pair InGaN/Ga...The performance of an InGaN/GaN multiple quantum well(MQW) based visible-light Schottky photodiode(PD)is improved by optimizing the source flow of TEGa during In Ga N QW growth. The samples with five-pair InGaN/GaN MQWs are grown on sapphire substrates by metal organic chemical vapor deposition. From the fabricated Schottky-barrier PDs, it is found that the smaller the TEGa flow, the lower the reverse-bias leakage is. The photocurrent can also be enhanced by depositing the In GaN QWs with using lower TEGa flow. A high responsivity of 1.94 A/W is obtained at 470 nm and -3-V bias in the PD grown with optimized TEGa flow. Analysis results show that the lower TEGa flow used for depositing In Ga N may lead to superior crystalline quality with improved InGaN/GaN interface, and less structural defects related non-radiative recombination centers formed in the MQWs.展开更多

The quantum key distribution(QKD)network is a promising solution for secure communications.In this paper,we proposed a polarization-independent phase-modulated polarization encoding module,and it can be combined with ...The quantum key distribution(QKD)network is a promising solution for secure communications.In this paper,we proposed a polarization-independent phase-modulated polarization encoding module,and it can be combined with a dense wavelength division multiplexer(DWDM)to achieve multi-user QKD.We experimentally test the encoding module with a repetition rate of 62.5 MHz,and its average quantum bit error rate(QBER)is as low as 0.4%.Finally,we implement a principle verification test for simultaneous QKD for 1 to 2 users in 100 min,and the average QBER of two users under the transmission distance of 1 km and 5 km is kept below 0.8%.Due to the use of polarization encoding,the module can also realize scalable network architecture in free-space QKD systems in the future.展开更多
