[ Objective] To better study the functional components of Iongan fruits. [ Method] The content of y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in 23 longan species planted in Guangxi were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer. [ ... [ Method] The content of y-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in 23 longan species planted in Guangxi were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer. [ Result] The content of y-aminobutyric acid was different in different Iongan species, ranging from 780 to 2 400 mg/kg (FW)with an average of was 1 610 mg/kg (FW). Shixia Iongan (Wuxuan) had the highest content, and Dongbao No. 9 was the second. The highest GABA content was 3.1 times that of the lowest in Dawuyuan, and 1.5 times that of the average. [ Conclusion] The study provided guidance for the evaluation of GABA content in Iongan and the exploitation of Iongan resources. 展开更多
