A novel robust controller is proposed in this study to realize the precise motion control of a cell puncture mechanism(CPM)driven by piezoelectric ceramics(PEAs).The entire dynamic model of CPM is constructed based on...A novel robust controller is proposed in this study to realize the precise motion control of a cell puncture mechanism(CPM)driven by piezoelectric ceramics(PEAs).The entire dynamic model of CPM is constructed based on the Bouc–Wen model,and the nonlinear part of the dynamic model is optimized locally to facilitate the construction of a robust controller.A model-based,nonlinear robust controller is constructed using time-delay estimation(TDE)and fractional-order nonsingular terminal sliding mode(FONTSM).The proposed controller does not require prior knowledge of unknown disturbances due to its real-time online estimation and compensation of unknown terms by using the TDE technology.The controller also has finite-time convergence and high-precision trajectory tracking capabilities due to FONTSM manifold and fast terminal sliding mode-type reaching law.The stability of the closed-loop system is proved by Lyapunov stability theory.Computer simulation and hardware-in-loop simulation experiments of CPM verify that the proposed controller outperforms traditional terminal sliding mode controllers,such as the integer-order or model-free controller.The proposed controller can also continuously output without chattering and has high control accuracy.Zebrafish embryo is used as a verification target to complete the cell puncture experiment.From the engineering application perspective,the proposed control strategy can be effectively applied in a PEA-driven CPM.展开更多
Objective:To determine the specific indicators of nursing students’competency in rehabilitation nursing posts;to form a training mode of competency of nursing students in rehabilitation nursing posts based on a moder...Objective:To determine the specific indicators of nursing students’competency in rehabilitation nursing posts;to form a training mode of competency of nursing students in rehabilitation nursing posts based on a modern apprenticeship system;and to preliminarily explore the effect of this training mode.Methods:The literature review method and the Delphi method were used to determine the specific indicators of nursing students’competency in rehabilitation nursing posts.Based on the competency index results,the training mode of modern apprenticeship in rehabilitation nursing specialty was determined.Taking a university as an example,the modern apprenticeship training model of rehabilitation nursing specialty was put into the operation group,and the students were selected into the experimental group.The nursing students who accepted the traditional training mode were selected as the control group to compare the competency of the two groups of nursing students before graduation.Results:Form a total of 191 indicators of nursing students rehabilitation nursing post competency content.The competency scores of nursing students in the rehabilitation nursing posts of the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in 24 work tasks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Based on the modern apprenticeship system,the training model of nursing students’competency in rehabilitation nursing posts could improve the matching degree of nursing posts of nursing students and may provide a reference for improving the training of rehabilitation nursing talents.展开更多
Nowadays,China stands as the global leader in terms of potato planting area and total potato production.The rapid and nondestructive detection of the potato quality before processing is of great significance in promot...Nowadays,China stands as the global leader in terms of potato planting area and total potato production.The rapid and nondestructive detection of the potato quality before processing is of great significance in promoting rural revitalization and augmenting farmers’income.However,existing potato quality sorting methods are primarily confined to theoretical research,and the market lacks an integrated intelligent detection system.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a post-harvest potato detection method adapted to the actual production needs.The study proposes a potato quality sorting method based on cross-modal technology.First,an industrial camera obtains image information for external quality detection.A model using the YOLOv5s algorithm to detect external green-skinned,germinated,rot and mechanical damage defects.VIS/NIR spectroscopy is used to obtain spectral information for internal quality detection.A convolutional neural network(CNN)algorithm is used to detect internal blackheart disease defects.The mean average precision(mAP)of the external detection model is 0.892 when intersection of union(IoU)=0.5.The accuracy of the internal detection model is 98.2%.The real-time dynamic defect detection rate for the final online detection system is 91.3%,and the average detection time is 350 ms per potato.In contrast to samples collected in an ideal laboratory setting for analysis,the dynamic detection results of this study are more applicable based on a real-time online working environment.It also provides a valuable reference for the subsequent online quality testing of similar agricultural products.展开更多
