Lesions appear on the mid-trunk and affect mostly young females. We report a 15- year-old girl with typical clinical and histologic features of this rare disorder in whom the lesions rapid ly improved after minocycline therapy. Topical treatment with isotretinoin and e rythromycin was ineffective.展开更多
