From the analysis of the number, the object and the content of the researches, expound the significance, the role, the existing problems and the solutions of the college students＇ career idenlity. It is pointed out that there are some problems of college students in China. such as the number of studies are few. the research direction is single, more empirical research and less qualitative research, fewer enforceable schemes etc. Further research can effectively improve the number and qualily ofemploynment of college students, and will also effeciively provide protection for social development.展开更多
