采用循环热暴露及热震试验研究含或不含垂直裂纹的厚热障涂层的热稳定性和失效机制。先采用空气等离子喷涂技术在基体表面制备150μm厚的连接涂层,再在该涂层上采用空气等离子喷涂技术制备2000μm厚的热障涂层。含或不含垂直裂纹的热障... 采用循环热暴露及热震试验研究含或不含垂直裂纹的厚热障涂层的热稳定性和失效机制。先采用空气等离子喷涂技术在基体表面制备150μm厚的连接涂层,再在该涂层上采用空气等离子喷涂技术制备2000μm厚的热障涂层。含或不含垂直裂纹的热障涂层的粘附强度分别为24.7和11.0 MPa,表明含垂直裂纹的热障涂层的界面稳定性更高。循环热暴露及热震试验表明其热稳定性更高。含或不含垂直裂纹的热障涂层的硬度分别为6.6和5.3GPa,经循环热暴露试验后分别升高至9.5和5.5 GPa。实验表明上层涂层中垂直裂纹的存在有利于延长热障涂层高温环境的寿命。 展开更多

Microstructural stability of a nickel base single crystal alloy DD8 has been investigated.Standard heat treated specimen showed good microstructural stability at 950℃.While under the as-cast condition,a kind of rod-like phase precipitated in the interdendritic region of as-cast specimen during thermal exposure.The phase,which has bcc structure,was enriched with Cr.Thermo-calc also predicted precipitation of a bcc phase at around 950℃.The Cr-rich bcc phase was considered asα-Cr and formed due to the segregation of Cr under the as-cast condition. 展开更多

Microstructural evolution during directional solidification (DS) of Ni-base superalloy IN792+Hf has been investigated with an emphasis on theγ′precipitates and MC-type carbides.The quantitative image analyses revealed that the increase in the solidification rate up to 100μm/s at constant thermal gradient of 178 K/cm resulted in a fine and uniform distribution ofγ′precipitates.The relationship between the as-castγ′size and cooling rate was also determined for DS IN792+Hf.In the mean time,the MC carbide size was found to be dependent both on the solidification rate and the S/L interface morphology while the area fraction of MC carbide was significantly influenced by the S/L interface morphology. 展开更多

石墨常作为传统MgO-C耐火材料的碳源。石墨在经酸化剂改性后,可在表面产生负电荷,从而增强铝相的涂覆率。从弥散度和氧化性能方面对改性后的石墨与天然石墨进行了比较。首先,将经过和未经过表面改性的石墨颗粒分别添加至酸化剂Al(NO3)3... 石墨常作为传统MgO-C耐火材料的碳源。石墨在经酸化剂改性后,可在表面产生负电荷,从而增强铝相的涂覆率。从弥散度和氧化性能方面对改性后的石墨与天然石墨进行了比较。首先,将经过和未经过表面改性的石墨颗粒分别添加至酸化剂Al(NO3)3悬浮液中,并在室温下过滤,得到改性后的石墨。试验表明:改性后的石墨较天然石墨具有更好的弥散性,其Al相涂覆率得到了增强。在氧化性能方面,优化后的石墨没有Al涂层时,在900°C热处理时与空气充分氧化;而有Al涂层时,则在900°C时开始氧化,在1000°C时充分氧化,并分别变为灰色和白色。可见,由于Al涂层在石墨表面均匀覆盖,Al相涂覆率的提高增强了石墨的抗氧化性能。 展开更多

The effects of alloying elements(Co,Cr,Mo,W,Al,Ti,and Ta)on the oxidation resistance of Ni-(0-15)Co-(8-15)Cr-(0-5)Mo-(0-10)W-(3-8)Al-(0-5)Ti-(0-10)Ta-0.1 C-0.01 B alloys were studied.The sample compositions were designed by the Box-Behnken method of design of experiments(DOE).The alloying elements show complicated effects on the mass gain due to oxidation,depending on the alloy composition.Al reduces the mass gain largely.The other elements except Al do not appear to exert a strong effect on the oxidation rate on average,but their influences are shown clearly in the alloys with a low Al content.Co,W,and Ta reduce the oxidation rate,while Cr,Mo,and Ti promote oxidation.Ta is the most effective element in reducing the oxidation rate of the alloy with a low Al concentration.It is confirmed that a continuous Al2O3 layer is essentially required for high oxidation resistance.The oxide scale of easily oxidized alloys has various oxides such as NiCr2O4,NiAl2O4,NiO,Cr2O3,CrTaO4,and TiO2. 展开更多
