Classification,Protection and Sustainable Utilization of Living Heritage Bridges Based on Value Evaluation:A Case Study of Hangzhou

Living heritage bridge is a part of living heritage,which not only plays a traffic function in today's society,but also has historical,cultural and artistic value of heritage bridge,and has gradually become an important part of world heritage protection.In this paper,the living heritage bridges in Hangzhou are taken as samples,which are divided into four categories:“use value”,“landscape value”,“social and cultural value”and“historical value”.Different protection schemes are put forward for different types of bridges,aiming at classifying and protecting the living heritage bridges in Hangzhou and providing reference for the protection of living heritage bridges in China.

Management Results and Financial Status of Rural Collective Economy under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Based on the analysis of financial statements,the performance and problems of rural collective economic organizations in their business activities were analyzed.It is believed that rural collective economy was developing continuously in a good way,with strong debt paying ability,but the operation ability and management efficiency need to be further improved.The operation was too conservative,and the asset utilization efficiency and profitability were weak.There were many unnecessary liabilities,and they developed mainly relying on their own accumulation.Therefore,it is proposed to crack the"talent dilemma"of rural collective economic operation and management,straighten out and clarify the relationship between rural collective economic organizations and villagers self-governing organizations,correctly handle the relationship between collective accumulation and member distribution,adhere to the financial input of blood replenishment and transfusion,and make liabilities reasonable according to the management development.

Development in p-type Doping of ZnO

Zinc oxide （ZnO） is a wide band-gap material of the Ⅱ-Ⅵ group with excellent optical properties for optoelectronics applications, such as the flat panel displays and solar cells used in sports tournament. Despite its advantages, the application of ZnO is hampered by the lack of stable p-type doping. In this paper, the recent progress in this field was briefly reviewed, and a comprehensive summary of the research was carded out on ZnO fabrication methods and its electrical, optical, and magnetic properties were presented.

Analysis on Landscape Ecological Risk of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateaus:A Case Study on Niyang River Basin

Taking Niyang River Basin as an example, applying with the indices of landscape pattern, the indices of ecological risk of ecosystems are calculated in this paper, which takes the value of ecological loss of main ecosystem as the evaluation standard and takes into account the impacts of probability or the velocity of main hazards and event of the ecosystem. And the grades of ecological risk are assessed. According to the results of assessment, the ecological risk grades of the basin are divided into five classes. From the first grade risk to the fifth grade risk, the values of regional risk indices gradually reduce. The first grade risk areas mainly distribute in Niyang river and its branches downstream and the surrounding areas of main towns. And the basin area of non-valley region and the headstream regions of the branches are the fifth grades risk areas. This evaluation results provide the basis to the regional sustainable development.

A Comparative Study of State and Guojia from A Cross - disciplinary Perspective

Language is a carrier of culture and a comparative study of the source language and the target language in translation will reflect the differences and similarities of two cultures.Due to different socio-cultural backgrounds and distinctive characteristics of Chinese and English,some concepts about culture are accordingly expressed and translated differently,and it is worthwhile to reflect on these concepts from a cross-disciplinary perspective,such as State and Guojia.The paper tries to explore the connotations of Guo,Jia,Guojia and State,and illustrates how different culture origins results in incomplete equivalence in translation,which can be regarded as a blessing in the times of culture diversity.

Difference Comparison and Cause Analysis of Chinese Culture and French Culture from the Perspective of Cultural Dimension

Cultures of different nations vary,so do cultures at different regions,and they have both differences and similarities. In the multi-cultural era,cultural differences,or even cultural gaps are everywhere,so it is important for us to deal with the relation between different cultures properly. As far as C hinese culture and French culture is concerned,there are also similarities and differences,the latter of which reflects the differences existing in the two different ideological systems having formed through thousands of years.In order to bridge cultural gaps,scholars both at home and abroad research different cultures and get different cross-cultural theories,one of which is the cultural dimension theory put forward by the Dutch scholar Hofstede. Based on such a theory,this paper attempts to make clear the root cause of the differences between C hinese culture and French culture so that people of the two cultures can have a better understanding of each other and can communicate fluently with each other and cultural conflicts will thus reduce and there will be more political,economic and cultural communication between the two cultures.

The Preliminary Design of IPv6 Home Gateway and Terminal

This paper briefly analyzes the advantages of IPv6 used at Intelligent home and describes an IPv6 home network frame. It also studies IPv6 transition technical problems facing home gateways and gives the summaries to the main protocol of each node of home network and their mutual relations. The key nodes of the home network based on IPv6, including the hardware design and software design of the home gateway and home network controller, are systematically de-signed in the paper. Finally, it illustrates the actual test environment and test in detail. The paper gives a view of the fact that the intelligent home appliances are becoming the current trend with the accelerating the transition of IPv4 to IPv6 and home network-wide implementation of IPv6 is about to become a reality, holding that the network controllers and home gateway based on ARM processor can support IPv6 and carry on the implementation of remote control and local control based on Web Browser.

Local Polynomial Estimation of Distribution Functions

Under the condition that the total distribution function is continuous and bounded on （ -∞,∞ ）, we constructed estimations for distribution and hazard functions with local polynomial method, and obtained the rate of strong convergence of the estimations.

Global food system assessment and optimization in terms of sustainability and equity

We design a three-level evaluation system for food accessibility capability and composite index food accessibility indicator(FAI)to investigate the equity and sustainability of the global food system.To concrete,based on Entropy Weight Method(EWM),we select fourteen indicators indicating the efficient,profitability,equity and sustainability of food system,and on this basis,construct the threelevel evaluation system.Then,we use fuzzy clustering method to divide the food system into three states:fragile,vulnerable and stable,and gray GM(1,1)model to predict and compare the FAI curve and the perturbed FAI curve to evaluate the effectiveness of the perturber FAI.Thereafter,we create a cost prediction equation,describe the benefits and costs of changes in indicators on the food system.Finally,we conduct the in-depth analysis of FAI model,and investigate the extendibility and adaptability of the model,and propose modification suggestions for small scale food system and large scale food system to improve the accuracy and extendibility of the model.In summary,the proposed models formalize a fairer globally achievable goal and promotion measures for food accessibility capability.What’s more,they can dynamically adapt to,including but not limited to,region size,and national development capacity.

Celebrity and ordinary users: A comparative study of microblog user behaviors on Sina Weibo

Purpose： This study aims to investigate and compare celebrity and ordinary users＇ behaviors on Sina Weibo. Design/methodology/approach： Data was collected from 12,555 ordinary users and 2,467 celebrity users on Sina Weibo. Correlation and regression analysis was performed on users＇ number of followings, number of followers and number of posts. Findings： The results revealed significant difference between famous and ordinary users＇ behaviors on Sina Weibo. We found correlation among ordinary users＇ number of followings, number of followers and number of posts, but for celebrity users, only their number of followings and number of posts are related with each other. For both ordinary and celebrity users, their number of followings significantly affects how many posts they publish. Research limitations： We only carried out our investigation on Sina Weibo and the findings need to be further verified on other microblogging platforms. Practical implications： This research is useful for microblogging service providers to understand different types of users and promote the continuous use of their services. Originality/value： This research delivers valuable insights into understanding of the characteristics of different types of microbloggers and the ways to increase user viscosity.

Brain Functional Network Generation Using Distribution-Regularized Adversarial Graph Autoencoder with Transformer for Dementia Diagnosis

The topological connectivity information derived from the brain functional network can bring new insights for diagnosing and analyzing dementia disorders.The brain functional network is suitable to bridge the correlation between abnormal connectivities and dementia disorders.However,it is challenging to access considerable amounts of brain functional network data,which hinders the widespread application of data-driven models in dementia diagnosis.In this study,a novel distribution-regularized adversarial graph auto-Encoder(DAGAE)with transformer is proposed to generate new fake brain functional networks to augment the brain functional network dataset,improving the dementia diagnosis accuracy of data-driven models.Specifically,the label distribution is estimated to regularize the latent space learned by the graph encoder,which canmake the learning process stable and the learned representation robust.Also,the transformer generator is devised to map the node representations into node-to-node connections by exploring the long-term dependence of highly-correlated distant brain regions.The typical topological properties and discriminative features can be preserved entirely.Furthermore,the generated brain functional networks improve the prediction performance using different classifiers,which can be applied to analyze other cognitive diseases.Attempts on the Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative(ADNI)dataset demonstrate that the proposed model can generate good brain functional networks.The classification results show adding generated data can achieve the best accuracy value of 85.33%,sensitivity value of 84.00%,specificity value of 86.67%.The proposed model also achieves superior performance compared with other related augmentedmodels.Overall,the proposedmodel effectively improves cognitive disease diagnosis by generating diverse brain functional networks.

The SSA-BP-based potential threat prediction for aerial target considering commander emotion

The target's threat prediction is an essential procedure for the situation analysis in an aerial defense system.However,the traditional threat prediction methods mostly ignore the effect of commander's emotion.They only predict a target's present threat from the target's features itself,which leads to their poor ability in a complex situation.To aerial targets,this paper proposes a method for its potential threat prediction considering commander emotion(PTP-CE)that uses the Bi-directional LSTM(BiLSTM)network and the backpropagation neural network(BP)optimized by the sparrow search algorithm(SSA).Furthermore,we use the BiLSTM to predict the target's future state from real-time series data,and then adopt the SSA-BP to combine the target's state with the commander's emotion to establish a threat prediction model.Therefore,the target's potential threat level can be obtained by this threat prediction model from the predicted future state and the recognized emotion.The experimental results show that the PTP-CE is efficient for aerial target's state prediction and threat prediction,regardless of commander's emotional effect.

This paper provides a critical review of energy entropy theory in Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) and proposes an Energy Entropy on Ad Hoc On-demand Distance Vector Multipath (EEAODVM) routing protocol. The essential idea of the protocol is to find every route which can minimize the node residual energy in the process of selecting path. It balances individual node battery energy utilization and hence prolongs the entire network lifetime. The results of simulation show that, with the proposed EEAODVM routing protocol, packet delivery ratio, routing overhead ratio, average end-to-end delay, network's lifetime and minimal residual energy ratio can be improved in most of cases. It is an available approach for multipath routing decision.

WEAK ORLICZ SPACE AND ITS CONVERGENCE THEOREMS

In this article, a class of weak Orlicz function spaces is defined and their basic properties are discused. In particular, for the sequences in weak Orlicz space, we establish several basic convergence theorems including bounded convergence theorem, control convergence theorem and Vitali-type convergence theorem and so on. Moreover, the conditional compactness of its subsets is also discussed.

Existing Problems about Public Health Input in China and Countermeasures

Through the comparative analysis of public health input in foreign countries,China’s urban and rural areas and the central and western regions,this paper pointed out that China’s current public health input is small,the public health investment structure is unreasonable,the way of government investment in public health is imperfect,and government investment in public health is inefficient.The following recommendations are given to address abovementioned problems:establishing a multi-channel financing mechanism to increase public health input;specifying functions of governments at all levels;optimizing investment structure;creating newpublic health investment modes and promoting public health service voucher system;improving the legal system and management system of public health service;increasing the efficiency of public health input.
