The study of diplomacy against current situation and theoretical research of international relations,especially the study of traditional diplomatic theories,has been involved in a monotonous repetition and circulation...The study of diplomacy against current situation and theoretical research of international relations,especially the study of traditional diplomatic theories,has been involved in a monotonous repetition and circulation.In the circulation,the diplomatic theories of politics are restricted to the area of inter-country diplomacy,which has prevented public diplomatic relations from further development.Though countries still play major roles in Eurasian continental diplomacy,city diplomacy between the Asian-European countries that just sets off inter-country diplomacy has yielded further advancement of public diplomacy,which will have a great significance for cultural exchange,economic development,social civilization,and political comprehension(the inclusiveness of political ideologies).Therefore,against the era of“The Belt and Road”in today’s China,the study of diplomacy based on cities can exert a positive effect on the ease of sovereignty dispute,adaptation of globalization,the alleviation of conflicts by means of cultural soft power,and even the integration of regions.展开更多

Moreover, the XRD patterns and photoluminescence spect...Zn2Si O4︰Tb^3+, Zn2 Si O4︰Ce^3+, Zn2 Si O4︰Tb^3+, Ce^3+ phosphors were prepared by solidstate reaction at 1 150 ℃ for 2h under a weak reducing atmosphere. Moreover, the XRD patterns and photoluminescence spectra were recorded and the effects of Tb3+ and Ce3+ concentration on the luminescent properties of as-synthesized phosphors were investigated. The emission spectra under ultraviolet light(333 nm) radiation showed a dominant peak at 542 nm attributed to the 5D4→7F5 transition of Tb^3+, which was enhanced significantly(about 45 times) by the co-doping of Ce^3+, indicating that there occurred an efficient energy transfer from Ce^3+ to Tb^3+. According to the Dexter's energy transfer formula of multipolar interaction, it was demonstrated that the energy transfer between Ce3+ and Tb3+ was due to the electric dipolar-dipolar interaction of the resonance transfer.展开更多
Objective:A diagnosis of drowning remains one of the most challenging issues in forensic science,especially for decomposed bodies.Diatom analysis is considered as an encouraging method for diagnosing drowning.In this ...Objective:A diagnosis of drowning remains one of the most challenging issues in forensic science,especially for decomposed bodies.Diatom analysis is considered as an encouraging method for diagnosing drowning.In this study,we developed a drowned rat model using different diatom densities in water.Methods:A total of 120 adult Sprague-Dawley rats were used and divided into six groups,wherein experimental groups 1-5 were drowned rats(group A)and postmortem submersion rats(group B)that were submerged in water with five different Cyclotella sp.diatom densities,while the remaining group was used as a blank control.The combination of microwave digestion and vacuum filtration method was used to accomplish efficient tissue digestion and ascertain higher accuracy of diatom determinations within organs.Results:The abundances of diatoms in the lungs,livers,and kidneys were significantly different.The diatom abundances in the lungs,livers,and kidneys were directly proportional to the water diatom densities,and specific quantitative relationships could be approximated by separate regression equations for each organ type.However,the trends associated with the diatom increases among organs slightly differed.In addition,the diatom abundances in the lungs,livers,and kidneys were all positively correlated.Diatoms were not observed in the postmortem submersion groups nor in the blank control groups.Conclusion:The results of this study provide valuable information for establishing a quantitative diatom framework for informing future forensic medicine efforts.展开更多
The sandwich-type lateral fl ow assays relying on dual aptamers with high sensitivity and specifi city have been broadly explored.However,it is unlikely to match a pair of specifi c aptamers that can bind a small mole...The sandwich-type lateral fl ow assays relying on dual aptamers with high sensitivity and specifi city have been broadly explored.However,it is unlikely to match a pair of specifi c aptamers that can bind a small molecular target(e.g.,cocaine)simultaneously due to the steric hindrance.In response,we herein introduced the strategy of“one divides into two”into the construction of sandwich-type lateral fl ow strip assay(LFSA).Specifi cally,we split a single cocaine-recognizing aptamer into two segments,either of which was conjugated with gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)or labeled with biotin,serving as signal probe and capture probe,respectively.Upon the presence of the target molecule,a ternary sandwich complex comprised of the two halves of the aptamer and the target formed.Such sandwich-type LFSA exhibited an excellent nonlinear logarithmic response in the range from 10μmol/L to 5 mmol/L with R^(2)=0.9994.The sensitive on-site detection of cocaine in artifi cial biological samples including urine and sweat was achieved within 15 min,with the visual limit of detection as low as 50μmol/L for urine and 200μmol/L for sweat,and the recovery rates of 83.6-107.4%.展开更多
The practice of integrating songs into educational research is seen as an emerging phenomenon,focusing on students’existential situation from the perspective of culture.This paper explores the connections between the...The practice of integrating songs into educational research is seen as an emerging phenomenon,focusing on students’existential situation from the perspective of culture.This paper explores the connections between the songs selected and children’s life experiences in different periods between the 1950s and the present.There exist numerous songs involving the theme of schoolbags over the past 70 years.In 14 typical popular songs,the cultural implications of schoolbags roughly fall into four categories,namely political,emotional,playful,and visionary,each respectively reflecting different degrees of weight captured by the song originators.Accompanied by the diversity of musical rhythms and melodies,the musical images of schoolbags may vary in terms of phenomenology and schooling culture.The nature of schoolbags in songs keeps changing,closely related to the micro-political experiences of the singers.Therefore,as a teaching resource outside the classroom,popular songs exert a greater influence on students’spiritual cultivation than formal knowledge.展开更多
Nowadays,the capability of traditional digital forensic tools fails to meet the demand of ever increasing of criminal or civil cases.One of the challenges is that digital devices and applications are multifarious and ...Nowadays,the capability of traditional digital forensic tools fails to meet the demand of ever increasing of criminal or civil cases.One of the challenges is that digital devices and applications are multifarious and changing quickly.Here,we propose a new mode for digital forensic tools utilization via integrating open-source single tools into a platform and setting up into Live DVD/USB.The platform,an Integrated Open Forensic Environment(named IOFE),takes full advantage of these tools and,at the same time,elevates its power and interoperability via standardized input/output data.The IOFE features conducting live and dead investigation and covers three consecutive major phases of digital forensics:acquisition,analysis,and presentation.Our experiments prove that IOFE can carry out manifold acquisition,interpretation,analysis,and presentation task of evidentiary data in an efficient and effective manner.展开更多
