DAUNet: Detail-Aware U-Shaped Network for 2D Human Pose Estimation

Human pose estimation is a critical research area in the field of computer vision,playing a significant role in applications such as human-computer interaction,behavior analysis,and action recognition.In this paper,we propose a U-shaped keypoint detection network(DAUNet)based on an improved ResNet subsampling structure and spatial grouping mechanism.This network addresses key challenges in traditional methods,such as information loss,large network redundancy,and insufficient sensitivity to low-resolution features.DAUNet is composed of three main components.First,we introduce an improved BottleNeck block that employs partial convolution and strip pooling to reduce computational load and mitigate feature loss.Second,after upsampling,the network eliminates redundant features,improving the overall efficiency.Finally,a lightweight spatial grouping attention mechanism is applied to enhance low-resolution semantic features within the feature map,allowing for better restoration of the original image size and higher accuracy.Experimental results demonstrate that DAUNet achieves superior accuracy compared to most existing keypoint detection models,with a mean PCKh@0.5 score of 91.6%on the MPII dataset and an AP of 76.1%on the COCO dataset.Moreover,real-world experiments further validate the robustness and generalizability of DAUNet for detecting human bodies in unknown environments,highlighting its potential for broader applications.

Taking 887 relevant papers in the Web of Science database as the analysis object,and with the help of Citespace III software developed by Chen Chaomei s team,this study makes a visual mapping analysis of the brand community field from the perspective of research hotspots,cooperation between countries(regions)and institutions,and co-citation networks.The study has found that research hotspots in this field focus on brand community,community,consumer,internet,model,loyalty,word-of-mouth,impact and trust.The United States has absolute strength in leading the research frontier of this field,and the degree of cooperation within the country is higher than that of international cooperation.The core papers in this field were published in from authoritative journals in the field of management.Through the analysis of the core papers,readers can further understand the development context of the brand community field.

Molecular dynamics simulation of methane gas flow in nanopores

The transport properties of fluids in nanopores are a fundamental scientific issue in the development of tight reservoirs such as shale gas.The flow of gas in nanosized pores is affected by a size effect,therefore,the conventional fluid mechanics theory cannot be applied.Based on the molecular dynamics theory,the transport process of methane in carbon nanopores was studied,including simulation of the arrangement of the wall atoms,slip and transitional flow of methane in the supercritical state and application of different driving forces.The research of this paper revealed that the configuration of the wall carbon atoms,at the microscale,has a greater influence on the density distribution and velocity distribution of methane molecules in the pores,while the change in the driving force has a greater impact on the slippage of methane at the boundary.Particularly,the theoretical model we proposed can predict the transport properties in carbon nanopores,demonstrating the sensitivity of driving force,pore configuration and the state of flow for methane gas transport,which can provide the characteristic parameters for the establishment of the seepage mathematical model.
