The paper analyzed the present situation and problems about the solution formulation through analyzing the materials from the National Quality Control Cycle Competitions of Chinese Hospitals(2013-2014,n=357) and questionnaire survey of QCC members(n=300),and discussed the suggestion for process optimization of solution formulation. The mechanism of outside participation is put forward for first time to make the solution formulation of hospital QCC more normative and precise.展开更多
