Investigations of the effect of geomagnetic activity influence on the heart rhythm regulation of cosmonauts during the expeditions onboard the Soyuz spacecraft, and the MIR orbital space stations was carried out for various durations of flight in weightlessness and, under control of groups of cosmonauts who were inspected under flight conditions outside the geomagnetic disturbances and in ground preflight conditions, during disturbances and without them. The four series of analytical researches in which the data about changes of characteristics of heart rate variability are demonstrated for the first time the presence of specific effect of geomagnetic disturbances on the system of vegetative regulation of blood circulation of cosmonauts during the flight. The response of cosmonauts’ heart rhythm on the magnetic storm is depending on the initial functional background and, in particular, on the state of mechanisms of vegetative regulation (the duration of flight and adaptation to it). 展开更多

Multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)are actively involved in reparation and inflammation processes, providing damaged tissue reparation and suppressing immune cell responses in vivo. The effects are mostly due to the production of a wide range of paracrine factors, including growth factors and immunomodulatory mediators. To induce immunosuppressive activity,MSCs are primed by inflammatory cytokines, which results in an increased production of immunomodulatory molecules. However, stimulation of reparative properties is also necessary. This viewpoint manuscript highlights the possibilities of inflammatory priming to increase the production of growth factors by MSCs. 展开更多

The article represents the generalizing data for the studying of the effect of hypomagnetic field on physico-chemistry properties of water and bio-objects. It was revealed the changing state of water: increasing of its oxidation-reduction potential and oxidative properties as magnetic induction attenuated pointing to a natural decline, that testifies about the regular decreasing of internal energy of water molecules, which, in our opinion, is caused the inhibition of the germination of seeds of the highest plants, embryonic development of Planorbarius corneus and the changing of energy state of growing mediums for cell culture of mammals. It is supposed that namely the changing state of water is the main component in the effects of weakening of magnetic field on the studying bio-objects. 展开更多
