We upgraded the SEMS smart lighting system from PLC to 6LoWPAN, PLC nodes were replaced by 6LoWPAN nodes and centralized controllers were replaced by border routers. 6LoWPAN system testing was carried out on the street after the implementation. The results show that smart lighting system based on 6LoWPAN is better than PLC in transmission rate, signal coverage range, compatibility and extensibility.展开更多

It allows the explicit definition of requirements and goals and offers a systematic way to evaluate preservation strategies. This paper shows the implementation of the Develop Preservation Strategies and Standards function of the OAIS model through the Planets Preservation Planning approach. With the objective of minimizing the sum transmit energy at the required data rate c,the optimal relay positioning and power allocation problem is firstly investigated and then the sub-optimal solutions for a two-relay channel are proposed,due to no close-form optimal solution. Furthermore,a sub-optimal scheme of relay positioning and power allocation,called equal-distance equal-transmit-power( EDEP) for an arbitrary Nrelay channel,N > 1 is proposed. Datasets are very important in image recognition research based on machine learning methods.In particular,advanced methods such as deep learning and transfer learning are more dependent on datasets used for training m...Datasets are very important in image recognition research based on machine learning methods.In particular,advanced methods such as deep learning and transfer learning are more dependent on datasets used for training models.The quality of datasets directly affects the final effect of these methods.In the research of crop disease image recognition,due to the complication of the agricultural environment and the variety of crops,datasets are scarce at present.Therefore,more and more researches adopt methods based on transfer learning,which can make up for the lack of data in the target domain with the help of other datasets.Among these methods,the selection of auxiliary domain datasets has great impact on the modeling effect of target domain.In order to clarify the impact of datasets on the research of crop disease image recognition,this study used different deep neural network frameworks to study and compare the effects of different datasets in crop disease image recognition based on transfer learning.The selected datasets include PlantVillage and Image Database for Agricultural Diseases and Pests Research(IDADP),which have been widely used in recent studies.And the selected deep neural network frameworks include ResNet50,InceptionV3,and EfficientNet.In the method of this study,the datasets are preprocessed first,such as data enhancement.After dividing the auxiliary domain and the target domain,the selected deep neural network frameworks are used to pre-train the model on the auxiliary domain dataset.Finally,the parameter-based transfer learning method was used to construct the corresponding crop disease recognition model in the target.In the experiments,multiple different datasets and different models were tested and compared.The results show that when the test set samples and training sample scenarios are consistent,the recognition accuracy of different network frameworks on multiple test sets is generally high.When the scenarios of test set samples and training samples are inconsistent,the recognition of various test sets by different network models cannot obtain ideal results.For the recognition of crop disease images that are collected from the actual cultivation environment,the use of IDADP dataset modeling is better,and it has more practical value in the actual application of crop disease image recognition.展开更多
The field of architecture,engineering,and construction(AEC)is continually striving to use resources efficiently and manage complex processes.Now more than ever,there is a strong need for digital transformation in AEC....The field of architecture,engineering,and construction(AEC)is continually striving to use resources efficiently and manage complex processes.Now more than ever,there is a strong need for digital transformation in AEC.The improvement in the accessibility of consumer-based head-mounted displays(HMD)is attracting different entertainment and research fields to immersive virtual reality(VR)applications.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is known as a promising technology in AEC.The full potential of BIM is not yet employed to empower this field,however,and this could be a result of some barriers still to be surmounted by BIM in both technological and management perspectives.One of these barriers is the communication and collaboration between design,construction,operation,and maintenance phases.VR can fill this gap by providing additional capabilities for BIM which either were not available before or were not possible to employ in practical ways.In this paper,we systematically review recent research around the application of VR in BIM and discuss the results using the PRISMA flowchart.We discuss the most commonly used technologies,software,and evaluation methods and the various applications of VR in the reviewed papers.Finally,we extend the discussion by summarizing the potential future work in this area.展开更多

Herein, we proposed a concept of macro-latent monomer to achieve the ...The controlled and efficient synthesis of polymers with tailored topologies is challenging but important for exploring structure/property research. Herein, we proposed a concept of macro-latent monomer to achieve the controlled growth of polymer topologies.The macro-latent monomer was installed by a dynamic furan/maleimide covalent bond at the chain terminal. One-shot reversible additionfragmentation chain transfer(RAFT) polymerization of styrene and the macro-latent monomer created controlled growth of polymer topologies.Low temperature such as 40 ℃ could not activate the macro-latent monomer and thus the polymerization created the homo-polystyrene. By contrast, high temperature of ~110 ℃ activated the macro-latent monomer, and a maleimide-terminated macro-monomer was released via the retro-Diels Alder reaction. This macro-monomer immediately joined the cross polymerization with styrene and thus produced the side chains. By delicately manipulating the polymerization temperature, the predetermined placement of the macro-latent monomer-derived polymeric sidechains created controllably growing topologies, including star-, π-shaped, and density-variable grafting copolymers. This work paved a new way for creating on-demand topologies and would greatly enrich the topology synthesis.展开更多

Formal models can aid in constructing software in a dependable manner. They can describe ser- vices precisely and compose them together consistently. This paper presents a strategy for service realization based on a novel layered formal model. When a service is provided or required via internet, the semantic consistency becomes critical issue, Our architecture tackles the issue by proposing a novel scheme: defining contract of a service to keep semantic information.
