A series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole or 1,3,4-thiadiazole-substituted pyrazole derivatives were synthesized from 4-pyrazole formhydrazide; their biological activities were studied. The structures of all the new compounds were confirmed by means of spectroscopic methods and microanalyses. The preliminary bioassay results indicate that some compounds of them have a good fungicidal activity against Phoma asparagi and Physalospora piricola Nose. 展开更多

Four new five-coordinated anionic tin(Ⅳ) complexes with a form of [R_ n NH_ 4- n ][PhSn( μ 2-SCH_2COO)_2] were synthesized via the reaction of mercaptoacetic acid with phenyltin trichloride in the presence of different organic bases and characterized by means of IR, 1H NMR and MS spectroscopies. The crystal structure of [( i -Pr)_2NH_2] [PhSn( μ 2-SCH_2COO)_2] was determined by X-ray diffraction. In the crystal structure,the tin atom is five-coordinated and exists in trigonal bipyramid geometry with cell parameters a =1.1766(11) nm, b =1.3144(14) nm, c =1.3336(15) nm,β =90° and Z =4. 展开更多

The title compound, C16H14N4S, has been synthesized by the reaction of pentane-2,4-dione with 5-amino-3-benzylthio-4-cyano-1-H-pyrazole in ethanol, and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.699(3), b = 23.139(9), c = 7.536(3) ? b = 92.400(8), V = 1515.5(10) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 294037, Dc = 1.290 g/cm3, = 0.71073 ? (MoKa) = 0.212 mm-1 and F(000) = 616. The structure was refined to R = 0.0533 and wR = 0.1141 for 2672 unique reflections with Rint = 0.06. The crystal of the title compound, 5-diazo-4-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methylthio pyrazole, has been prepared and determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 29.174(8), b = 4.7592(12), c = 15.956(4) ? b = 117.632(4), C7H8N4O2S, Mr = 212.23, V = 1962.7(9) ?, Z = 8, Dx = 1.436 g/cm3, S = 1.000, m(MoKa) = 0.31 mm-1, T = 298(2) K, F(000) = 880, R = 0.0658 and wR = 0.1741 for 1091 independent reflections with I ≥ 2s(I). The crystal of the title compound is formed with p-p interactions through electrostatic attractions. Moreover, no HSO4- exists in the crystal structure. Therefore, only diazo pyrazole was obtained rather than either diazonium salt of the corresponding pyrazole or diazoaminopyrazole when 5-amino-4-ethoxycarbonyl-3-methylthio pyrazole was diazotized with sodium nitrite, catalyzed by sulfuric acid at 0 ℃. 展开更多

Five new compounds were tested on the growth and antifeeding activity compared with toosendanin against fifth instar larvae Ostrinia furtuwalis. The activities of two proteases, a weak alkaline trypsine-like enzyme and a chymotrypsin-like enzyme, in the midgut of Ostriniafurnacalis larvae were also measured. Experimental restilts suggest that when incorporated into an artificial diet at the concentration of 500mg/kg, the antifeeding activities of toosendanin, C19 , C23 , C24 , C26 , C28 were 51.16%, 57.61%, 4.28%, 51.08%, 36.73% and 51.67%,respectively, C19, C24, C28 had no significant difference with toosendanin. At 20mg/kg, the larval growth were remarkably suppressed by CI9, C26, C28, the inhibition of C28 was close to toosendanin in 48 h. The two proteases were activated by toosendanin and C28 while they were inhibited in 48 h but activated in 24 h by C19, C24 and C26,In this paper, the related functions and mechanisms were discussed. 展开更多
