Safety evaluation on the clinical application of Tenghuangjiangu tablet for osteoarthritis:a hospital registration study 被引量:2

To evaluate the treatment safety of Tenghuangjiangu tablet on osteoarthritis,3365 osteoarthritis patients whose prescription included Tenghuangjiangu tablet from 15 hospitals were involved in the prospective and multi-center clinical trial.Tenghuangjiangu tablet dosage was decided by instruction or doctors’experience.The course of treatment and observation was 4 weeks.The adverse drug reactions were observed in the treatment process.Results showed male and female patients were 1018(30.25%)and 2347(69.75%),respectively,and 528 patients had allergic history.The patients’average age was 58.30±8.99 years,and the average disease course was 33.29±37.40 months.The average score of WOMAC scale was 95.07±42.42,which indicated the light conditions.2275 patients were treated with combined drug regimen.There were two adverse drug reactions in this research.One reaction was skin rashes with itching and the interventions were stopped original drugs and give antianaphylactic treatment.The other reaction was stomach discomfort with disgusting and the intervention was stopped the original drugs temporarily,then continued to take two drugs after 3 days and the reaction didn’t appear.The accident rate of adverse drug reaction was 0.059%.The safety of Tenghuangjiangu tablet clinical application was good,and the mechanism of adverse drug reaction should be researched in-depth. 展开更多

The year 2017 marks the 15th anniversary of Joumal of Integrative Agriculture (JIA), an official journal of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS). JIA has experi- enced a successful journey during the past 15 years. The 21 st century began with great challenges in global climate change, food safety, resource scarcity, and other key issues which are closely related to the agriculture sciences. Effec- tive solutions for agricultural problems require an internation- al exchange of experience via platforms such as academic journals. To contribute to these forums, the agriculture community in China sought to establish a scholarly journal published in English. In Jan. 2002, an agriculture journal in English was launched by CAAS and the first issue of the journal Agricultural Sciences in China was published. From the start, it has emphasized global concerns in multi-disci- plinary agricultural fields of crop science, horticulture, plant protection, animal science, veterinary medicine, agro-eco- system and environment science, food science and etc. And it is a peer-reviewed international journal published monthly in English. The deformation monitoring of long-span railway bridges is significant to ensure the safety of human life and property.The interferometric synthetic aperture radar(In SAR)technology has the advantage of high accuracy in bridge deformation monitoring.This study monitored the deformation of the Ganjiang Super Bridge based on the small baseline subsets(SBAS)In SAR technology and Sentinel-1A data.We analyzed the deformation results combined with bridge structure,temperature,and riverbed sediment scouring.The results are as follows:(1)The Ganjiang Super Bridge area is stable overall,with deformation rates ranging from-15.6 mm/yr to 10.7 mm/yr(2)The settlement of the Ganjiang Super Bridge deck gradually increases from the bridge tower toward the main span,which conforms to the typical deformation pattern of a cable-stayed bridge.(3)The sediment scouring from the riverbed cause the serious settlement on the bridge’s east side compared with that on the west side.(4)The bridge deformation negatively correlates with temperature,with a faster settlement at a higher temperature and a slow rebound trend at a lower temperature.The study findings can provide scientific data support for the health monitoring of long-span railway bridges. 展开更多

General anesthetic agents can impact brain function through interactions with neurons and their effects on glial cells.Oligodendrocytes perform essential roles in the central nervous system,including myelin sheath formation,axonal metabolism,and neuroplasticity regulation.They are particularly vulnerable to the effects of general anesthetic agents resulting in impaired proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.Neurologists are increasingly interested in the effects of general anesthetic agents on oligodendrocytes.These agents not only act on the surface receptors of oligodendrocytes to elicit neuroinflammation through modulation of signaling pathways,but also disrupt metabolic processes and alter the expression of genes involved in oligodendrocyte development and function.In this review,we summarize the effects of general anesthetic agents on oligodendrocytes.We anticipate that future research will continue to explore these effects and develop strategies to decrease the incidence of adverse reactions associated with the use of general anesthetic agents. 展开更多

Bacterial species of the genus Lysobacter are environmentally ubiquitous with strong antifungal biocontrol potential.Heat-stable antifungal factor(HSAF)secreted by the biocontrol bacterium Lysobacter enzymogenes OH11 has broad-spectrum and highly efficient antifungal activity.Studying the biosynthetic regulations of HSAF would lay an important foundation for strain engineering toward improved HSAF production.In this work,we demonstrate that Le0752,an orotidine-5´-phosphate decarboxylase enzyme(ODCase)catalyzing a pivotal step of the UMP de novo biosynthesis pathway,is vital for HSAF-mediated antimicrobial activities and growth of L.enzymogenes OH11,but not for twitching motility.This gene regulates the production of HSAF by affecting the expression of lafB,a key gene in the HSAF biosynthesis operon,through the transcription factor Clp.Interestingly,bioinformatics analysis revealed that Le0752 belongs to the Group III ODCases,whereas its homologs in the closely related genera Xanthomonas and Stenotrophomonas belong to Group I,which contains most ODCases from Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria and cyanobacteria.Moreover,the Group I ODCase PXO_3614 from the Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae PXO99A strain complemented the Le0752 mutant in regulating HSAF-mediated antagonistic activity.Together,these results highlight the important requirement of de novo pyrimidine biosynthetic enzymes for antibiotic HSAF production in L.enzymogenes,which lays an important foundation for improving HSAF production via metabolic flow design and for dissecting the regulatory functions of bacterial ODCases. 展开更多

Molten salt is used as primary coolant flowing through graphite moderator channel of a molten salt reactor.Working at high temperature under radiation environment,the pore network structure of nuclear graphite should be well understood.In this paper,X-ray tomography is employed to study the 3D pore structure characteristics of nuclear grades graphite of IG-110,NBG-18 and NG-CT-10,and permeability simulation through geometries are performed.The porosity,number of pores and throats,coordination number and pore surface are obtained.NGCT-10 is of similar microstructure to IG-110,but differs significantly from NBG-18.The absolute permeabilities of IG-110,NG-CT-10 and NBG-18 are 0.064,0.090 and0.106 mD,respectively.This study provides basis for future research on graphite infiltration experiment. 展开更多

Chilled chicken has become the mainstream of chicken consumption.In order to explore the effect of post-mortem aging on water-soluble flavor precursors of chicken,pH,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)degradation,flavor nucleosides,free amino acids and water-soluble low molecular weight peptides were determined using Qingyuan partridge yellow-feathered broilers as material during 0-4℃ post-mortem aging in 48 h.The results showed that the pH value fell to the limit pH 5.64(4 h)in chicken breast and 6.21(3 h)in thigh.Regardless of chicken breast or thigh,ATP dropped rapidly within 3 h.It was found that the K-value in chicken thigh was the lowest at 2 h indicating the freshness was the best.Considering the equivalent umami concentration(EUC),the value at 3 h and 4 h was relatively high,but the corresponding electronic tongue umami value was not high,which further showed that the water-soluble low molecular taste peptide played an important role on the post-mortem aging process.Combined with cluster analysis and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA),it was preliminarily inferred that the optimal time for chilled chicken during 0-4℃ post-mortem aging was 2 h,which could provide a theoretical basis for the further processing of fresh chicken. 展开更多

An 8×10 GHz receiver optical sub-assembly (ROSA) consisting of an 8-channel arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) and an 8-channel PIN photodetector (PD) array is designed and fabricated based on silica hybrid integration technology. Multimode output waveguides in the silica AWG with 2% refractive index difference are used to obtain fiat-top spectra. The output waveguide facet is polished to 45° bevel to change the light propagation direction into the mesa-type PIN PD, which simplifies the packaging process. The experimentM results show that the single channel I dB bandwidth of AWG ranges from 2.12nm to 3.06nm, the ROSA responsivity ranges from 0.097 A/W to 0.158A/W, and the 3dB bandwidth is up to 11 GHz. It is promising to be applied in the eight-lane WDM transmission system in data center interconnection. 展开更多

This study is one of the first to focus on the unexpected drug leakage from discoidal recombinant high-density lipoproteins(d-rHDLs)as a consequence of remodeling process,mainly associated with lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT)during their metabolic process.Here,a newly monocholesterylsuccinate(CHS)modified paclitaxel-loaded drHDLs(cP-d-rHDLs)were constructed successfully through structural modification,thus aiming to improve the performance of d-rHDLs.And next their in vitro physiochemical properties and pharmacokinetics in SpragueeDawley rats were elaborately investigated.Collectively our studies demonstrated that cP-d-rHDLs,whose remodeling behaviors were restrained effectively after structural modification,exhibited more excellent and promising properties as novel delivery vehicles for anti-cancer agents. 展开更多

The problem considered is a mode Ⅲ crack lying parallel to the interface of an exponential-type functional graded material (FGM) strip bonded to a linear-type FGM substrate with infinite thickness. By applying the Fourier integral transform, the problem was reduced as a Cauchy singular integral equation with an unknown dislocation density function. The collocation method based on Chebyshev polynomials proposed by Erdogan and Gupta was used to solve the singular integral equation numerically. With the numerical solution, the effects of the geometrical and physical parameters on the stress intensity factor (SIF) were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn: (a) The region affected by the interface or free surface varies with the material rigidity, and higher material rigidity will lead to bigger affected region. (b) The SIF of the crack in the affected region and parallel to the micro-discontinuous interface is lower than those of the weak discontinuous cases. Reducing the weak-discontinuity of the interface will be beneficial to decrease the SIF of the interface-parallel crack in the region affected by the interface. (c) The effect of the free surface on SIF is more remarkable than that of the interface, and the latter is still more notable than that of the material rigidity. When the effects of the interface and free surface are fixed, increase of the material rigidity will enhance the value of SIF. 展开更多

The period and quality factor of the Chandler wobble(CW)are useful for constraining the Earth’s internal structure properties,such as the mantle elasticity.It has been shown that the CW is mainly excited by a combination of atmospheric and oceanic processes;hence based on a deconvolution method,we can remove them from the excitation sequence of the CW to estimate its period P and quality factor Q.We finally re-estimate P=432.3±0.8 days and Q=85±15 for the CW.Based on those two estimates,we investigate the relationship between the geomagnetic jerks and the excitation sequences of the CW.The geomagnetic jerks or jerk bounds are well consistent with the sudden changes of the excitation sequences of the CW.This demonstrates that the geomagnetic jerks could be a possible excitation source of the CW.It is crucial for understanding the excitation of the CW and for deeper geophysical insights into the geomagnetic jerks. 展开更多
