[Objective] This paper was to establish a method for quality assessment of Suyou Ⅰ duck. [Objective] This paper was to establish a method for quality assessment of Suyou Ⅰ duck. [Method] Semen was collected from 20 healthy drakes using back massage method,to determine semen volume,sperm motility,sperm density,sperm morphology and semen quality factor( SQF) of each individual.[Result]Semen was successfully collected from 15 out of 20 ducks. The results of semen quality assessment showed that the semen volume,sperm density,sperm motility,normal morphology ratio and SQF were( 0. 17 ± 0. 05) mL,( 25. 52 ± 4. 73) × 10~8 sperm/mL,( 0. 86 ± 0. 10),( 86. 93 ± 2. 13) % and( 387. 5 ±129. 25),respectively. The abnormal sperm ratio was( 13. 07 ±2. 13) %,among which the percentages of bent sperm,huge head sperm and damaged sperm were( 7. 70 ± 1. 97) %,( 2. 53 ± 1. 06) % and( 2. 83 ± 0. 79) %,respectively. [Conclusion]Semen quality of Suyou Ⅰ duck is generally high,and could be applied in the production and breeding. 展开更多

Effects of Green Forage on Production Performance and Egg Quality of Suyou No.1 Laying Duck

[ Objective ] The paper was to study the effects of green forage on production performance and egg quality of laying ducks. [ Method] According to one- factor randomized complete experimental design, 200 healthy Suyou No. 1 laying ducks aged 200 days were randomly divided into five groups, four repeats each group, and each repeat contained 10 laying ducks. Parts of formulated feed in groups I - IV were replaced with different types and quantities of green forage, and group V was set as control. The trim lasted for 42 d. [ Result] Replacing parts of formulated feed with green forage could improve the production performance of laying ducks (P 〉 0.05 ), and the economic benefits also increased. For egg quality, Haugh unit was improved ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; yolk color increased significantly ; compared to control group, yolk color was significantly increased in groups with 100 g chicory and 70 g clover (P 〈0.05 ), and was extremely increased in the group with 100 g clover (P 〈0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The group with 100 g chicory had the best effect on production performance of laying ducks, and the group with 100 g clover had the best coloring effect on yolk. 展开更多

基于CFD的发酵床网养鸭舍冬季环境模拟与优化 被引量:1

针对冬季规模化养殖鸭群集聚问题,对发酵床网养鸭舍温度、相对湿度和风速测试,构建鸭舍CFD模型,开展温度场、湿度场和气流场的环境模拟,提出鸭舍结构与装备的优化方案。结果表明:测试期间,舍内温度为9.80℃~17.68℃,舍内外平均温差8.29... 针对冬季规模化养殖鸭群集聚问题,对发酵床网养鸭舍温度、相对湿度和风速测试,构建鸭舍CFD模型,开展温度场、湿度场和气流场的环境模拟,提出鸭舍结构与装备的优化方案。结果表明:测试期间,舍内温度为9.80℃~17.68℃,舍内外平均温差8.29℃;舍内平均相对湿度为81.90%,略低于舍外;舍内风速为0.04~0.57 m/s。对原模型温度场、湿度场和气流场进行模拟,与实测结果进行对比,其平均相对误差为2.96%~7.67%。进一步将通风小窗开启角度从45°增大至50°,在位于湿帘侧的发酵床初始端和发酵床中心位置增设2台暖风机对原有鸭舍环境优化,模拟发现优化后模型的舍内温度从15.32℃提高到16.85℃,达到育成期蛋鸭生长最适温度;舍内平均湿度降至66.52%,较原来下降11.07%,低于高湿环境阈值;舍内平均风速从0.29 m/s提高到0.38 m/s,提高排除有害气体的能力。为同类型鸭舍改善舍内环境质量提供理论依据。 展开更多
