In our scheme, only three laser beams are employed, and their directions are all the same as the direction of the two trapped ions' alignment. Under certain conditions, our desired states are obtained as the steady-state solution of the master equation of the system.展开更多

The result is the same as that in the renormalization group (RG) approach. It gives us an insight into the anomalous exponent in the asymptotic solution of the modified porous medium equation in the RG approach. Based on this discussion, we can see that the anomalous dimension appears naturally in the problem and the nonlinearity reflects the anomalous long-time behavior of the system.展开更多

Two strategies are considered to complete the task. The first one uses entanglement concentration to purify the channel to a maximally entangled one. The second one teleports the state through the nonmaximally entangled coherent channel directly. We find that the probabilities of successful teleportations for the two strategies are depend on the amplitudes of the coherent states and the mean fidelity of teleportation using the first strategy is always less than that of the second strategy.展开更多
