At present,the process of digital image information fusion has the problems of low data cleaning unaccuracy and more repeated data omission,resulting in the unideal information fusion.In this regard,a visualized multi...At present,the process of digital image information fusion has the problems of low data cleaning unaccuracy and more repeated data omission,resulting in the unideal information fusion.In this regard,a visualized multicomponent information fusion method for big data based on radar map is proposed in this paper.The data model of perceptual digital image is constructed by using the linear regression analysis method.The ID tag of the collected image data as Transactin Identification(TID)is compared.If the TID of two data is the same,the repeated data detection is carried out.After the test,the data set is processed many times in accordance with the method process to improve the precision of data cleaning and reduce the omission.Based on the radar images,hierarchical visualization of processed multi-level information fusion is realized.The experiments show that the method can clean the redundant data accurately and achieve the efficient fusion of multi-level information of big data in the digital image.展开更多

Social work enabled targeted poverty alleviation aims to form a two–way force to implement targeted poverty alleviation policies in a bid to create a new situation featuring top–down policy guidance and bottom–up social engagement. Social work enabled targeted poverty alleviation addresses the bureaucratic defects of government dominance, upgrades the narrow conception of targeted poverty alleviation as individual aid, and pays more attention to the interactions between the poor and environmental elements and the interactions within and between systems from the perspective of eco–system. In practice, this type of poverty alleviation is manifested as social work driven integral specialized poverty alleviation. By organically combining the four systems of subjects, service objects, work processes and implementation results, it advances current targeted poverty alleviation from the mid–shallow level to the deep level. It is expected to fulfill the intrinsic policy objectives of targeted poverty alleviation and explore a supporting system for realizing the modernization of national governance system and capacity in rural areas.展开更多

Quantitative assessments of the impacts of climate change and anthropogenic activities on runoff help us to better understand the mechanisms of hydrological processes.This study analyzed the dynamics of mountainous ru...Quantitative assessments of the impacts of climate change and anthropogenic activities on runoff help us to better understand the mechanisms of hydrological processes.This study analyzed the dynamics of mountainous runoff in the upper reaches of the Shiyang River Basin(USRB)and its sub-catchments,and quantified the impacts of climate change and human activities on runoff using the improved double mass curve(IDMC)method,which comprehensively considers the effects of precipitation and evapotranspiration on runoff,instead of only considering precipitation as before.The results indicated that the annual runoff depth in the USRB showed a slightly increased trend from 1961 to 2018,and sub-catchments were increased in the west and decreased in the east.The seasonal distribution pattern of runoff depth in the USRB and its eight sub-catchments all showed the largest in summer,followed by autumn and spring,and the smallest in winter with an increasing trend.Quantitative assessment results using the IDMC method showed that the runoff change in the USRB is more significantly affected by climate change,however,considerable differences are evident in sub-catchments.This study further developed and improved the method of runoff attribution analysis conducted at watershed scale,and these results will contribute to the ecological protection and sustainable utilization of water resources in the USRB and similar regions.展开更多
