高精度液体注配料控制方法研究

为提高香精研发过程中配方试制精度,保证配方生产一致性,提出一种液体注配料控制方法。设计撞针行程可调节注料阀,通过常开和单点双模式注料以适应配料质量要求。常开模式采用顺馈+模糊PID控制;单点质量模式依据供给压力和撞针行程对单... 为提高香精研发过程中配方试制精度,保证配方生产一致性,提出一种液体注配料控制方法。设计撞针行程可调节注料阀,通过常开和单点双模式注料以适应配料质量要求。常开模式采用顺馈+模糊PID控制;单点质量模式依据供给压力和撞针行程对单点质量的影响,建立单点质量控制模型。并分别进行仿真验证及模型优化。试验结果表明,当撞针行程和供给压力分别为0.1 mm和0.3 MPa时,单点质量为1.8 mg,配方试制过程中,常开控制偏差在5%以内,注料整体偏差在0.2%以内,重复精度<0.2%,满足实验室配方试制研发需求。研究对保证液体注配料精度具有重要意义。 展开更多

顾及城郊农田生态服务价值的中心城区生态安全网络重构

针对中心城区日益凸显的农业、生态、城镇三类空间冲突问题,借鉴田园城市理论,创新性地提出一种利用城郊高生态价值农田细化城市生态安全网络,构建“三生”空间协调有序的国土空间格局的方法。利用防城港市遥感影像、国土调查和社会经... 针对中心城区日益凸显的农业、生态、城镇三类空间冲突问题,借鉴田园城市理论,创新性地提出一种利用城郊高生态价值农田细化城市生态安全网络,构建“三生”空间协调有序的国土空间格局的方法。利用防城港市遥感影像、国土调查和社会经济数据,在城郊耕地综合评价的基础上,采用评价结果修正的当量因子法评估其农田生态价值。进一步利用InVEST、MSPA及MCR模型初步构建市域生态安全网络,再将高生态价值农田作为临时生态节点完成网络重构,并进行对比分析。以重构的新网络指导中心城区的规划分区优化,并对市域和中心城区两级生态网络要素的空间管控规则及联合管理机制进行了探索。结果表明:(1)防城港市区单位面积农田生态价值为35540元/hm^(2),高生态价值农田较均匀的环城分部。(2)重构后的网络新增34个临时节点和51条绿带,延长48.425 km,增加808.89 hm^(2)生态源。(3)新网络能有效引导中心城区形成圈层发展结构,较原网络在连通性、有效性、稳定性上均有所提升。研究结果为注重协调发展的国土空间规划背景下区域空间格局优化提供了新的思路。 展开更多

中亚造山带南蒙古地区石炭纪--二叠纪岩浆活动及其构造意义

中亚造山带作为显生宙以来全球最大的增生型造山带,记录了古亚洲洋俯冲、增生、闭合的全过程。南蒙古地区位于中亚造山带南缘中段,其晚古生代先后发育弧岩浆活动以及与伸展活动相关的岩石组合,是研究陆壳增生和改造的热点区域。笔者结... 中亚造山带作为显生宙以来全球最大的增生型造山带,记录了古亚洲洋俯冲、增生、闭合的全过程。南蒙古地区位于中亚造山带南缘中段,其晚古生代先后发育弧岩浆活动以及与伸展活动相关的岩石组合,是研究陆壳增生和改造的热点区域。笔者结合区域地质特征及前人研究对南蒙古地区石炭纪--二叠纪这一关键时期的岩石组合做出系统梳理和总结,研究区石炭纪--二叠纪岩浆活动大致可以分为早石炭世(350~325 Ma),晚石炭世(320~305 Ma)和早二叠世(300~280Ma)3个阶段。早石炭世(350~325Ma)发育典型的弧岩浆岩且具有向南变年轻的趋势。此外,全岩Nd和锆石Hf同位素显示其主体具有显著的地幔贡献。综合前人认识,笔者认为这是古亚洲洋主洋盆以北多个次生的弧后洋盆俯冲后撤的结果。晚石炭世(320~305Ma)以高硅花岗岩为主,尤其315~310Ma的碱长花岗岩、碱长正长岩等是年轻弧地体重熔的产物,是俯冲大洋板片显著消耗的结束。早二叠世(300~280Ma)发育伸展相关的岩石组合(如A型花岗岩、双峰式火山岩和基性岩墙),这些岩浆活动显示高温特征,且具有显著的地幔物质贡献。结合前人工作,特别是笔者的前期工作,上述岩浆活动是由石炭纪板片后撤之后高角度俯冲诱发的俯冲板片断离所造成,且前人研究成果表明南蒙古东西两侧均有类似的岩石、构造和沉积记录。因此,笔者提出,古亚洲洋主洋盆泥盆纪--二叠纪多期次的俯冲后撤导致了其北侧一系列次生的弧后洋盆的开启、俯冲至闭合,上述过程伴随了中亚造山带南缘最后一次大规模侧向增生及其结束后板片断离诱发的垂向地壳增生。 展开更多

Post-fire recovery of Puya raimondii, vegetation and birds in the puna of Huascarán National Park, Perú

A large fire of 233 ha in Huascarán National Park in Peru provided an opportunity to compare plant and bird responses in burned and nearby unburned zones of the puna. Heights and live diameters of flagship Puya raimondii rosettes(assigned to four broad developmental phases), plant communities(66 species in 24 families and nine growth forms) and bird communities(77 species in six trophic guilds) were monitored after the fire. Although no mortality was observed, Puya raimondii plants were affected by the fire, losing approximately 60% of their photosynthetic area across all developmental phases, but recovered quickly during the first two years after fire. The comparison of Puya rosette recovery after fire was complicated by the changes in live rosette diameter for unburned plants, which showed plasticity of photosynthetic area linked to seasonal and annual fluctuations in precipitation in this relatively dry environment(decreased by 26% for mature adult plants over the study period). Fire caused an immediate change in the density, biomass and composition of vegetation. Although the species present remained similar, their abundances changed significantly immediately after the fire, with notable reductions in dominant tussock grasses. This provided opportunities for other plants, resulting in higher postfire diversity of plant species, genera, families and growth forms. In turn, the changes in vegetation after fire affected the composition of birds according to their trophic guild. Granivores largely disappeared,generalists were mostly unaffected, and other guilds showed a more complex response. As the vegetation recovered, most displaced birds returned within approximately one year. 展开更多

Evaluation of COVID-19 Cases and Vaccinations in the State of Georgia, United States: A Spatial Perspective

This study evaluates the distribution of COVID-19 cases and mass vaccination campaigns from January 2020 to April 2023. There are over 235,000 COVID-19 cases and over 733,000 vaccinations across the 159 counties in the state of Georgia. Data on COVID-19 was acquired from usafact.org while the vaccination records were obtained from COVID-19 vaccination tracker. The spatial patterns across the counties were analyzed using spatial statistical techniques which include both global and local spatial autocorrelation. The study further evaluates the effect of vaccination and selected socio-economic predictors on COVID-19 cases across the study area. The result of hotspot analysis reveals that the epicenters of COVID-19 are distributed across Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, and DeKalb counties. It was also affirmed that the vaccination records followed the same pattern as COVID-19 cases’ epicenters. The result of the spatial error model performed well and accounted for a considerable percentage of the regression with an adjusted R squared of 0.68, Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) 387.682 and Breusch-Pagan of 9.8091. ESDA was employed to select the main explanatory variables. The selected variables include vaccination, population density, percentage of people that do not have health insurance, black race, Hispanic and these variables accounted for 68% of the number of COVID-19 cases in the state of Georgia during the study period. The study concludes that both COVID-19 cases and vaccinated individuals have spatial peculiarities across counties in Georgia state. Lastly, socio-economic variables and vaccination are very important to reduce the vulnerability of individuals to COVID-19 disease. 展开更多

Racial and Ethnic Differences in Orthorexia Nervosa Symptomatology and Other Disordered Eating

While some research has explored racial and ethnic differences in disordered eating, this study may be the first to examine these differences in orthorexia nervosa, involving obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors concerning healthy eating, which negatively impact one’s life. Adult participants, recruited from college courses and social media, completed an online survey with the Orthorexia Nervosa Inventory (ONI) and the Eating Attitudes Test-26 (EAT-26). Regarding racial and ethnic background, 743 were White, 249 were Hispanic, 87 were Black, 61 were Asian or Pacific Islander, and 110 were biracial/multiracial. A MANCOVA revealed that the racial and ethnic groups did not differ on the ONI subscales assessing orthorexic behaviors, impairments, and emotions, after accounting for gender, BMI, and EAT-26 total scores that were covariates. In contrast, a second MANCOVA did reveal group differences on the EAT-26 subscales, after accounting for gender, BMI, and ONI total scores that were covariates. Black participants scored significantly lower than the other racial and ethnic groups on the subscale assessing dieting behaviors characteristic of anorexia nervosa, and the subscale assessing binge-eating and purging behaviors characteristic of bulimia nervosa. Further, Hispanic participants scored significantly lower than White participants on the latter subscale. These findings suggest that while orthorexic symptomatology does not differ based on race and ethnicity, a Black race and Hispanic ethnicity may be protective factors against disordered eating, perhaps related either to cultural norms concerning body image or to the resiliency and social support among the Black and Hispanic communities. 展开更多

[目的]阐释乔木林景观美学质量的主要影响因子,反映兴隆山保护区乔木林景观质量的高低。[方法]在甘肃兴隆山保护区油松纯林、青杄纯林、山杨-白桦混交林等6种乔木林景观林内设置18个典型样地。在对样地全面踏查的基础上,采用AHP法构建乔木林景观质量价值评价指标体系,对乔木林景观进行美学质量评价,按权重计算各乔木林景观的综合得分,根据综合得分情况,划分乔木林景观等级,分析景观因子对美学质量的影响。[结果]甘肃兴隆山保护区辽东栎-白桦混交林、山杨-白桦混交林和云杉-山杨混交林景观美学质量属于等级1,景观美学质量均处于较高水平;青杄纯林和落叶松纯林景观美学质量属于等级2,景观美学质量处于一般水平;油松纯林景观美学质量属于等级3,景观美学质量处于较低水平。运用景观学、生态学、森林培育学和园林学等相关知识,通过抚育间伐、修剪、移植和补植彩叶阔叶树种和其他植物等措施,调整林分空间,能有效地提高乔木林景观质量,形成良好的景观分布格局。[结论]乔木林景观美学质量的提升对于甘肃兴隆山保护区发展森林旅游业和资源环境的保护事业具有重要的现实意义。 展开更多

Soleus arthrogenic muscle inhibition following acute lateral ankle sprain correlates with symptoms and ankle disability but not with postural control

Background:Acute lateral ankle sprains(ALAS)are associated with long-term impairments and instability tied to altered neural excitability.Arthrogenic muscle inhibition(AMI)has been observed in this population;however,relationships with injury-related impairments are unclear,potentially due to the resting,prone position in which AMI is typically measured.Assessing AMI during bipedal stance may provide a better understanding of this relationship.Methods:AMI was assessed in 38 young adults(19 ALAS within 72 h of injury:10 males,21.4±2.7 years;19 healthy controls:10 males,21.9±2.2 years;mean±SD)using the Hoffmann reflex(H-reflex)during bipedal stance.Electrical stimulation was administered to identify the _(max)imal H-reflex(H_(max))and _(max)imal motor response(M_(max))from the soleus,fibularis longus,and tibialis anterior muscles.The primary outcome measure was the H_(max)/M_(max) ratio.Secondary outcomes included acute symptoms(pain and swelling),postural control during bipedal stance,and self-reported function.Results:No significant group-by-limb interactions were observed for any muscle.However,a significant group main effect was observed in the soleus muscle(F(1,35)=6.82,p=0.013),indicating significantly lower H_(max)/M_(max) ratios following ALAS(0.38±0.20)compared to healthy controls(0.53±0.16).Furthermore,lower H_(max)/M_(max) ratios in the soleus significantly correlated with acute symptoms and self-reported function but not with postural control.Conclusion:This study supports previous evidence of AMI in patients with ALAS,providing insight into neurophysiologic impacts of musculoskeletal injury.Our results suggest that assessing AMI in a standing position following acute injury may provide valuable insight into how AMI develops and guide potential therapeutic options to curb and offset the formation of joint instability. 展开更多

为了研究陕西省某农光互补发电项目对研究区域河势及防洪影响,采用HEC-RAS软件建立一维水动力模型并结合河道演变分析、水文分析、水面线计算及河道冲刷计算等分析方法,对该农光互补发电项目进行防洪影响研究和评价。模型采用有限体积... 为了研究陕西省某农光互补发电项目对研究区域河势及防洪影响,采用HEC-RAS软件建立一维水动力模型并结合河道演变分析、水文分析、水面线计算及河道冲刷计算等分析方法,对该农光互补发电项目进行防洪影响研究和评价。模型采用有限体积法对一维河道进行离散,对该工程的行洪水位进行数值计算。结果表明,在50年一遇洪水情况下,连霍高速跨河桥壅水高度0.23 m,壅水长度107.48 m;X319县道跨河桥壅水高度0.13 m,壅水长度60.75 m;郑西客运专线跨河桥壅水高度0.15 m,壅水长度70.09 m。在考虑桥梁的累计壅高水位影响后,项目场区范围内的现有堤防高度满足50年一遇防洪标准,该段河道可满足50年一遇设计洪水的行洪要求,50年一遇设计洪水不会对工程安全产生影响。工程所在罗敷河河道冲刷深度为0.5 m,冲刷深度较浅,河道水流冲刷不会对岸坡稳定性造成较大影响,在来水来沙条件不发生明显改变的条件下,河段岸线在未来一定时期内仍将保持相对稳定。该防洪影响研究可为工程后续建设提供防洪影响评价方面的技术支撑,可为类似项目防洪评价提供参考。 展开更多

BACKGROUND As one of the most common aesthetic surgical procedures carried out today,blepharoplasty should be in the repertoire of every plastic surgeon.The term blepharoplasty encompasses a wide range of techniques and options that must be tailored to the specific defect and patient one has to treat.A sound knowledge of the upper and lower eyelids’anatomy is essential for proper surgical execution.Trends have shifted towards more conservative methods(especially of the fat compartment)and sometimes in combination with augmentation techniques,helping to reach a rejuvenated appearance.AIM To present an overview of the surgical techniques considered for upper lid blepharoplasty and fat pad management,in addition to information on how a surgeon may approach the best treatment for his patient based on current publications in literature.METHODS We searched the literature published between 2013,to 2023 using Medline and Reference Citation Analysis.The database was searched using the keywords“upper blepharoplasty”AND“fat”.Papers without full text/abstracts and reviews were excluded.The search strategy followed the PRISMA.The American Society of Plastic Surgeons guidelines for Therapeutic Studies checklist was used to assess all articles.Two authors individually reviewed each article and rated them for importance and relevance to the topic.A consensus was sought and the most relevant studies.RESULTS After the application of the selection criteria used in our review,13 publications were found to address upper lid blepharoplasty specifically.Three of these studies were reviews and three were retrospective studies.Five publications were comparative studies and a further two were clinical trials.CONCLUSION The tendency of modern surgery is to be conservative,by removing adipose tissue only if strictly necessary and restoring the volume of the upper eyelid in a concept of beauty that espouses a"full"sight.There is no gold standard technique to achieve younger and enhanced eyelids.Long-term prospective comparative studies are fundamental in understanding which path is the best to follow. 展开更多

The aging of the periocular region has always aroused great interest.A fresh,young,and attractive sight determined an ever-greater attention to surgical and non-surgical techniques to obtain this result.In particular,the change in the concept of a young look,considered then“full”,led to the increasing use of surgical(fat grafting)or medical(hyaluronic acid)filling techniques.Eyelid rejuvenation became increasingly popular in the field of cosmetic treatments,with a focus on achieving a youthful and refreshed appearance.Among the various techniques available,the choice between using fat grafting or fillers presented a clinical dilemma.In particular,what surgery considered of fundamental importance was a long-lasting result over time.On the other hand,aesthetic medicine considered it fundamental not to have to resort to invasive treatments.But what was the reality?Was there one path better than the other,and above all,was there a better path for patients?The minireview aims to explore the physiopathology,diagnosis,treatment options,prognosis,and future studies regarding this dilemma.We analyzed the literature produced in the last 20 years comparing the two techniques.Current literature reveals advancements in biomaterials,stem cell research and tissue engineering held promise for further enhancing the field of eyelid rejuvenation.The choice between fat grafting and fillers in eyelid cosmetic treatments presented a clinical dilemma.Understanding physiopathology,accurately diagnosing eyelid aging,exploring treatment options,assessing prognosis,and conducting future studies were essential for providing optimal care to patients seeking eyelid rejuvenation. 展开更多

珠江三角洲河网水系复杂,联围众多,其中以中顺大围水系结构最为复杂、闸泵群联合调度难度最大。为充分挖掘水工程联合调度对水量水质的调控潜力,以中顺大围作为研究对象,构建中顺大围一维水动力-水质耦合模型,实现各闸泵调度方案下的围... 珠江三角洲河网水系复杂,联围众多,其中以中顺大围水系结构最为复杂、闸泵群联合调度难度最大。为充分挖掘水工程联合调度对水量水质的调控潜力,以中顺大围作为研究对象,构建中顺大围一维水动力-水质耦合模型,实现各闸泵调度方案下的围内水量水质过程模拟;在此基础上,建立闸泵群联合优化调度模型,实现在不同引换水条件下闸泵群调度方案的最优决策;最后基于水量水质模拟及调度模型研发了中顺大围河网水量水质调度模拟系统,实现中顺大围水动力特性模拟、污染物浓度及水质变化动态模拟、水污染应急调度及过程可视化,形成了中顺大围水系连通下基于闸泵群联合优化调度的水量-水质模拟调控技术体系。基于该系统对2个典型场景进行实例分析,结果表明:在进行优化调度的情况下,调度时段末围内COD和NH3-N的加权浓度分别相比不进行优化调度的情况改善了10.26%和27.27%,调度效果显著,可为中顺大围水量水质调度决策提供可靠的技术支撑。 展开更多

Hepatocrinology explores the intricate relationship between liver function and the endocrine system.Chronic liver diseases such as liver cirrhosis can cause endocrine disorders due to toxin accumulation and protein synthesis disruption.Despite its importance,assessing endocrine issues in cirrhotic patients is frequently neglected.This article provides a comprehensive review of the epidemiology,pathophysiology,diagnosis,and treatment of endocrine disturbances in liver cirrhosis.The review was conducted using the PubMed/Medline,EMBASE,and Scielo databases,encompassing 172 articles.Liver cirrhosis is associated with endocrine disturbances,including diabetes,hypoglycemia,sarcopenia,thyroid dysfunction,hypogonadotropic hypogonadism,bone disease,adrenal insufficiency,growth hormone dysfunction,and secondary hyperaldosteronism.The optimal tools for diagnosing diabetes and detecting hypoglycemia are the oral glucose tolerance test and continuous glucose monitoring system,respectively.Sarcopenia can be assessed through imaging and functional tests,while other endocrine disorders are evaluated using hormonal assays and imaging studies.Treatment options include metformin,glucagon-like peptide-1 analogs,sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors,and insulin,which are effective and safe for diabetes control.Established standards are followed for managing hypoglycemia,and hormone replacement therapy is often necessary for other endocrine dysfunctions.Liver transplantation can address some of these problems. 展开更多
