Modern pollen-vegetation relationships along altitudinal vegetation belts in the Leigong Mountain of southwestern China

Understanding the distribution,dispersal,and correlation of modern pollen with vegetation in mountainous regions is essential for establishing accurate modern analogs for fossil pollen records.This study,conducted in Leigong Mountain on the YunnanGuizhou Plateau of southwestern China,involved the collection of 35 surface soil samples from diverse vegetation communities along an elevational gradient ranging from 1210 to 1875 meters.The results reveal a close correspondence between modern pollen assemblages and vegetation zones.Principal Component Analysis(PCA)results indicate that pollen assemblages can effectively distinguish between subtropical montane evergreen broad-leaved forest(SEBF)and subtropical montane deciduous broadleaved forest(SDBF).However,both SEBF and SDBF show significant overlap with subtropical montane evergreen-deciduous broad-leaved mixed forest(SEMF).Detrended Correspondence Analysis(DCA)results clearly distinguish the three vegetation zones,and the first axis of DCA shows a significant positive correlation with elevation(p<0.01,R=0.48).Discriminant Analysis(DA)successfully assigns 94.4%of the modern pollen samples to their respective vegetation zones.Pollen taxa such as Impatiens,Astertype,and Rosaceae exhibit significant indicative capabilities for the SEBF zone,effectively distinguishing this vegetation zone from others.Pinus and Alnus display overrepresentation in the Leigong Mountain region,while Quercus(D,deciduous-type)and Poaceae exhibit high representation in the SEBF zone.In the SEBF zone,both pollen diversity and richness are the lowest.Our study reveals the complex relationship between the richness and diversity of pollen and vegetation.The diversity and richness of tree and shrub pollen are found to be lower than those of the corresponding plants.The pollen-vegetation relationship elucidated in this study serves as a critical reference for reconstructing ancient environments from fossil pollen retrieved in this region. 展开更多

Fengbazhan(FBZ)and its derived varieties have been widely cultivated in China,accounting for 22%of China’s paddy fields.Therefore,evaluating the breeding.Effects of FBZ and elucidating its genetic compositions are effective strategies for interpreting the history of modern rice breeding.Using integrative bioinformatics analysis and population validation,we found that the expression of favorable genes on chromosome 6 was important for the breeding of FBZ-derived varieties and these favorable genes were gradually optimized during the breeding process,which was consistent with the conjecture of the‘Rice Core Germplasm Breeding Theory’.For several decades,tremendous efforts have been made by Chinese scientists in rice breeding to improve grain yield,nutritional quality and environmental performance,thereby achieving substantial progress in global food security.Several rice breeding technologies have been developed,including semi-dwarf breeding,utilization of heterosis,launching the‘Super Rice Project’,development of green super rice and molecular design breeding(Qian et al,2016;Bai et al,2018;Tang and Cheng,2018;Yu et al,2022).In southern China,rice can be divided into the early,middle and late rice,and the cultivation area in southern China accounts for approximately 80%of China’s rice cultivation area.Currently,several distinct rice varieties are widely cultivated in southern China. 展开更多

Objective To explore ancient and modern medication laws of aromatic Chinese medicines in treating angina pectoris, and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment.Methods With “angina pectoris” as the key word, ancient books prescriptions and Chinese patent medicines related to angina pectoris were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Traditional Chinese Medicine Database System, Chinese Medicine Prescription Database, New National Proprietary Chinese Medicine(2 nd edition), and Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2021. Core highfrequency aromatic Chinese medicines were defined, and their potential medication rules were analyzed and summarized. Microsoft Access 2010 was used for data management. Data analysis software, including Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for drug association rule analysis, and Cytoscape 3.7.2 for visual display.Results There were 67 ancient books prescriptions and 258 Chinese patent medicines containing aromatic Chinese medicines treating angina pectoris collected from relevant databases. In ancient books prescriptions, there were nine aromatic Chinese medicines with the frequency ≥10, and the most commonly used medicine was Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix), followed by Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium). There were 33 aromatic Chinese medicines with the frequency ≥10 in Chinese patent medicines, and the most commonly used medicine was Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), followed by Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma) and Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma). In ancient books prescriptions, the medicines mainly belonged to intenal-warming medicines, Qi-regulating medicines, and blood circulation promoting and blood stasis removing medicines.There were eight medicine pairs with confidence equal to 100% in ancient books prescriptions, the most frequently used pairs were Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma) +Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix), and Xiangfu(Cyperi Rhizoma) + Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium). In Chinese patent medicines, the aromatic Chinese medicine Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma) could be combined with many other Chinese medicines, among which the Confidence and Support of Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma) + Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) were at a high level.Conclusion Aromatic Chinese medicines for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease are mainly warm, and the flavors are mainly pungent, sweet, and bitter. They mainly access to the liver, gallbladder, and pericardium meridians. The treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease mainly focuses on warming heart pulse, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. 展开更多

When late Qing and early Republican-period Chinese reformers grappled with the challenges of creating a new poetic language and form in the early decades of the twentieth century, Zhou Zuoren (1885-1967), one of modern China's most influential intellectuals, believed that much could be learned from the experiments of modern Japanese poets who had overcome similar challenges in the decades following the Meiji restoration. Of all the verse forms Japanese poets were experimenting with, Zhou was particularly interested in modern haiku and tanka. Zhou felt that the modern haiku and tanka's rootedness in tradition on the one hand and their ability to express modern sensibilities on the other could offer a model for Chinese poets seeking to create a poetic voice that was at once modern, but also anchored in traditional poetics. This article will analyze some of Zhou's translations of modern haiku and tanka and illustrate how these translations led him to promote a new poetic form in China, typically referred to as "short verse" (xiaosh0. By further reading Zhou's critical essays on modern Japanese poetry against the writings of a number of Western modernist poets and translators who themselves were inspired by East Asian verse forms--Ezra Pound in particular--I will comment on the degree to which Zhou's promotion of short verse inspired by modern Japanese haiku and tanka challenges a perceived Western role in legitimizing East Asian forms as conducive to modernism. 展开更多

质子入射In靶激发L系特征X射线的角分布研究

本论文实验测量并分析了发射角以10°为间隔,125°-155°范围内,入射能量为250 keV的质子束激发In靶产生的特征L系X射线谱,根据实验测得能谱结果,综合考虑探测器的探测效率后,计算了不同探测角度下特征X射线的相对强度比L_(... 本论文实验测量并分析了发射角以10°为间隔,125°-155°范围内,入射能量为250 keV的质子束激发In靶产生的特征L系X射线谱,根据实验测得能谱结果,综合考虑探测器的探测效率后,计算了不同探测角度下特征X射线的相对强度比L_(ι)/L_(γ1);由相对强度比L_(ι)/L_(γ1)与二阶勒让德函数P_(2)(cosθ)之间的函数关系,发现特征X射线Lι在被测能量下呈各向异性发射,推得Lι特征X射线的各向异性参数β为-0.179±0.011,进而得到In靶L_(3)亚壳层的定向度A_(20)为-0.422±0.025,实验结果与理论预测一致.根据PWBA(Plane wave born approximation)模型和ECPSSR(Energy-loss coulomb-repulsion perturbed-stationary-state relativistic)模型,计算了250 keV质子入射下,In靶L亚壳层电离截面σ及Coster-Kronig跃迁矫正因子κ,在根据各向异性参数计算L_(3)亚壳层定向度的过程中考虑了Coster-Kronig跃迁的作用.分析认为本实验碰撞速度下,通过电子转移方式产生空穴的截面比直接电离小的多,所以没有对L_(3)亚壳层定向度进行电子转移因素的修正. 展开更多

专精特新企业对解决我国关键核心技术“卡脖子”问题具有重要意义,现有研究主要集中于创新机制和政策培育两方面,而新产品开发绩效作为专精特新企业可持续发展的重要途径,鲜有学者关注。为弥补现有研究不足,本文遵循“能力-行为”匹配视... 专精特新企业对解决我国关键核心技术“卡脖子”问题具有重要意义,现有研究主要集中于创新机制和政策培育两方面,而新产品开发绩效作为专精特新企业可持续发展的重要途径,鲜有学者关注。为弥补现有研究不足,本文遵循“能力-行为”匹配视角,将数字化能力与服务化导向纳入同一研究框架,构建影响专精特新企业新产品开发绩效的组态效应模型。运用fsQCA方法对48家专精特新企业进行实证检验,检验结果表明:(1)数字化能力和服务化导向之间存在“多重并发”效应,可以通过4种不同的组合路径实现高新产品开发绩效;(2)将4种高新产品开发绩效组合路径进一步聚类,可归结为强数字化资源协调能力的能力拉动型和强产品导向服务化的服务推动型,这两种类型下数字化感知能力与客户导向服务化均具有替代效应。本文从“能力-行为”匹配视角丰富新产品开发绩效的前因组态,并为专精特新企业提升新产品开发绩效提供实践建议。 展开更多
