A non-random sample selection of 314 high school students from Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon was made. An instrument with 25 statements was created to measure the image of The University of Montemorelos (reliability a = 0.956). The methodologies that were utilized in the validation were factorial analysis and confirmatory analysis, with the latter made with structural equations. In the factorial analysis, it was observed that the statements were grouped into four dimensions, as it was initially planned. With the exception of one item, all the other statements were grouped in the proposed dimension. In the confirmatory validation utilizing structural equations, all the selected criteria were fulfilled.展开更多

Is it an indicator of the workplace satisfaction level, according to the perception of Hitachi Chemical employees in Montemorelos, Nuevo León, México? This study's design is both explanatory and cross-sectional. The sample size was composed of 143 Hitachi Chemical employees of Montemorelos, Nuevo León, México. For the data collection, two instruments were used: the first instrument was used to measure the quality of organizational climate and the second was focused on measuring the workplace satisfaction level. As a result, the level of organizational climate quality is in fact a predictor of workplace satisfaction of Hitachi Chemical employees. After the regression analysis, it was found that the variable, level of organizational climate, explained a 71.4% variance in the dependent variable, work satisfaction. It was determined that organizational climate is a strong predictor of work satisfaction perceived by employees of Hitachi Chemicals, Montemorelos, Nuevo León, México. It can be established that the greater the levels of organizational climate experienced by the employees, the greater the level of work satisfaction will be.展开更多

Mexican handicrafts contribute to 20.3% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the cultural sector, that is, 0.6% of the National GDP. This research is quantitative, descriptive, and transversal. The sample selection was made for convenience so certain criteria could be met. In total, 70 tourists were surveyed in the handicraft commerce area. For the data retrieval, an instrument with the “Sustainability SWOT” (sSWOT) was designed, which consists of eight dimensions (trends, environmental challenges, threats, opportunities, strengths, weaknesses, which to prioritize, and where to act). The instrument consists of 22 items with a single Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5 (1 = Null to 5 = Excellent). The study showed that 54.29% of the tourists who visit Chiapas perceive that handicrafts have a regular impact on the small producer’s quality of life, while the remaining 45.71% point out that the impact is greater.展开更多

An ion sensitive field effect transistor (ISFET) has been used as pH microsensor and an instrumentation amplifier as the read-out circuit. The ISFET structure is conformed by the channel length and ratio of MOS transistor, gate extended and the selective membrane, for which silicon nitride (Si3N4) is employed as an ion selective element. The complete design includes shielding around the pH microsensor and the readout circuit to avoid leakage of current to the substrate. The readout circuit is composed by three operational amplifiers and resistances that form the instrumentation amplifier, with a ±2.5 V bias has a 50 dB gain, power supply rejection ratio (PSSR) of 120 dB and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 127 dB. The complete system is integrated in a 1.12 mm2 silicon area;it presents a 59 mV/pH linearity, within a concentration range of 2 to 12 of pH level, making it a good alternative for biological or medical applications.展开更多

Sb2O3 was used as the precursor of Sb, and the molar ratio of nsn:nsb was held constant. FTIR and TGA/DTA were used to examine the influence of the Sn precursor on the formation and thermal decomposition of the Sn and Sn-Sb complexes. The calcination products obtained from heating the Sn and Sn-Sb complexes at 500℃ in air were analyzed using XRD and TEM analysis. The results revealed that the SnO2 and Sb-doped SnO2 formation temperatures depended on the nature of the Sn precursor. The calcination products were found to be SnO2 and Sb-doped SnO2 particles, which crystallized in a tetragonal cassiterite structure with a highly preferred (110) planar orientation. The Sn precursor and the presence of Sb in the SnO2 matrix strongly influenced the crystallinity and lattice parameters.展开更多
