Background In early adolescence,youth are highly prone to suicidal behaviours.Identifying modifiable risk factors during this critical phase is a priority to inform effective suicide prevention strategies.Aims To expl...Background In early adolescence,youth are highly prone to suicidal behaviours.Identifying modifiable risk factors during this critical phase is a priority to inform effective suicide prevention strategies.Aims To explore the risk and protective factors of suicidal behaviours(ie,suicidal ideation,plans and attempts)in early adolescence in China using a social-ecological perspective.Methods Using data from the cross-sectional project‘Healthy and Risky Behaviours Among Middle School Students in Anhui Province,China',stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 5724 middle school students who had completed self-report questionnaires in November 2020.Network analysis was employed to examine the correlates of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts at four levels,namely individual(sex,academic performance,serious physical llness/disability,history of self-harm,depression,impulsivity,sleep problems,resilience),family(family economic status,relationship with mother,relationship with father,family violence,childhood abuse,parental mental illness),school(relationship with teachers,relationship with classmates,school-bullying victimisation and perpetration)and social(social support,satisfaction with society).Results In total,37.9%,19.0%and 5.5%of the students reported suicidal ideation,plans and attempts in the past 6 months,respectively.The estimated network revealed that suicidal ideation,plans and attempts were collectively associated with a history of self-harm,sleep problems,childhood abuse,school bullying and victimisation.Centrality analysis indicated that the most influential nodes in the network were history of self-harm and childhood abuse.Notably,the network also showed unique correlates of suicidal ideation(sex,weight=0.60;impulsivity,weight=0.24;family violence,weight=0.17;relationship with teachers,weight=-0.03;school-bullying perpetration,weight=0.22),suicidal plans(social support,weight=-0.15)and suicidal attempts(relationship with mother,weight=-0.10;parental mental llness,weight=0.61).Conclusions This study identified the correlates of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts,and provided practical implications for suicide prevention for young adolescents in China.Firstly,this study highlighted the importance of joint interventions across multiple departments.Secondly,the common risk factors of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts were elucidated.Thirdly,this study proposed target interventions to address the unique influencing factors of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts.展开更多
In the context of economic globalization,while multinational enterprises from developed countries occupy a high-end position in the global value chain,enterprises from developing countries are often marginalized in th...In the context of economic globalization,while multinational enterprises from developed countries occupy a high-end position in the global value chain,enterprises from developing countries are often marginalized in the world market.In China,resource-based state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are tasked with the mission of safeguarding resource security,and their internationalization development ideas and strategic deployment are significantly and fundamentally different from those of other non-state-owned enterprises and large multinational corporations.This study provides ideas for the globalization policies of enterprises in developing countries.We consider J Group in western China as a case and discuss its productive investment and global production network development from 2010 to 2019.We found that J Group was‘Partly'globalized,and there are multiple core nodes with the characteristics of centralized and decentralized coexistence in the production network;in addition,the overall layout centre shifted to Southeast Asia and China;however,its global production was restricted by the enterprise's investment security considerations,support and restrictions of the home country,political security risk of the host country,and sanctions from the West.These findings provide insights for future research:under the wave of anti-globalization and'internal circulation as the main body',resource SOEs should consider the potential risk of investment,especially keeping the middle and downstream industrial chain in China as much as possible.展开更多

In the present work,pulsed gas–liquid hybrid discharge plasma coupled with graphene/Cd S catalyst was evaluated to eliminate bisphenol A(BPA)in wastewater.The optimization of a series of process parameters was perfor...In the present work,pulsed gas–liquid hybrid discharge plasma coupled with graphene/Cd S catalyst was evaluated to eliminate bisphenol A(BPA)in wastewater.The optimization of a series of process parameters was performed in terms of BPA degradation performance.The experimental results demonstrated that nearly 90%of BPA(20 mg l^(-1))in the synthetic wastewater(p H=7.5,σ=10μS m^(-1))was degraded by the plasma catalytic system over 0.2 g l^(-1)graphene/Cd S at 19k V with a 4 l min^(-1)air flow rate and 10 mm electrode gap within 60 min.The BPA removal rate increased with increasing the discharge voltage and decreasing the initial BPA concentration or solution conductivity.Nevertheless,either too high or too low an air flow rate,electrode gap,catalyst dosage or initial solution p H would lead to a decrease in BPA degradation.Moreover,optical emission spectroscopy was used to gain information on short-lived reactive species formed from the pulsed gas–liquid hybrid discharge plasma system.The results indicated the existence of several highly oxidative free radicals such as·O and·OH.Finally,the activation pathway of O_(3)on the catalyst surface was analyzed by density functional theory.展开更多

The Kenya Rift Valley is relatively prone to underground erosion ground fissures and associated disasters,which gravely hinder local engineering construction and economic development.In this research,we performed fiel...The Kenya Rift Valley is relatively prone to underground erosion ground fissures and associated disasters,which gravely hinder local engineering construction and economic development.In this research,we performed field and experimental studies on ground fissures in the Kenya Rift Valley area,and determined the structural characteristics of underground erosion fissures.Based on a geological survey of the area,we generalized a geological model for typical ground fissures and reproduced the intermediate process of ground fissure propagation using a large-scale physical model test.Further,the development process of underground erosion fissures were categorized into four stages:uniform infiltration,preferential infiltration,cavity expansion,and collapse formation stages.During the development of underground erosion fissures,water content was distributed symmetrically along the fissures,and these fissures acted as the primary infiltration paths of water.When the ground collapsed,the increase in negative pore water pressure was greater,whereas the increase in positive pore water pressure was less in the shallow soil;moreover,in the deep soil,the increase in positive pore water pressure was greater than that of negative pore water pressure.Additionally,the earth pressure increment initially increased and then decreased with the development of erosion.During underground erosion collapse,the water content and pore water pressure appeared to increase and decrease rapidly.These results can be employed to predict the occurrence of underground erosion ground fissures and the resulting soil collapse.展开更多
ObjectiveTo present an approach to phenotyping ACEs and explore the association between ACEs and adolescent health risky behaviors based on the social context of China.Methods Totally,5,726 adolescents aged 12-18 year...ObjectiveTo present an approach to phenotyping ACEs and explore the association between ACEs and adolescent health risky behaviors based on the social context of China.Methods Totally,5,726 adolescents aged 12-18 years were investigated about their ACEs in the family,peer,school,and personal domains and the occurrence of six types of risky health behaviors(i.e.,smoking,drinking,sexual intercourse,self-harm,and suicidal ideation and attempts).Latent class analysis(LCA)was used to explore the ACE patterns.Results Six latent classes of ACEs were identified,including low adversity,school adversity,school adversity and peer victimization,peer victimization,maltreatment and peer victimization,and high adversity,and associated with risky health behaviors in adolescents.Being physically punished by a teacher,experiencing sexual abuse,and experiencing family trauma most strongly differentiated from the six AcE classes and were correlated with an increased risk for risky adolescent health behaviors.ConclusionThis study supports a positive association between ACEs and risky adolescent health behaviors.Peer victimization,school adversity and associated contexts need to be considered in future ACEstudies.展开更多

It was found that PANI-TiO2 composites and PANI nanotubes both behaved with significant photocatalytic activities towards AZO dyes, during 2 h photocatalytic processes under natural light, the degradation ratio was 94.2% and 97.2% respectively (methyl orange and orange II). The morphology of such products was characterized by SEM. The specific surface area of such composite nanotubes was 14.7 m2/g compared to normal polyaniline which was 0.27 m2/g. IR and X-ray diffraction characterizations showed that the chemical chain of the composite nanotubes was identical to that of the doped PANI. It may provide a new way for photodegradation of organic contaminants by using conjugated polymer with dimensional structure.展开更多

The effective secondary electron emission coefficient and the effective electric field for ions were demonstrated to be important for determining the breakdown voltage of radio frequency glow discharge at near atmospheric pressure. The constant of A was estimated to be 64:t=4 cm-lTorr-1, which was proportional to the first Townsend coefficient and could be employed to evaluate the gas breakdown voltage. The reduction in the breakdown voltage of radio frequency glow discharge with excitation frequency was studied and attributed to the electron trapping effect in the discharge gap.展开更多

Desertification is one of the most serious eco-environmental problems around Qinghai Lake.Based on GIS and RS,GIS analysis was used to obtain the information of spatial-temporal change and different pattern of deserti...Desertification is one of the most serious eco-environmental problems around Qinghai Lake.Based on GIS and RS,GIS analysis was used to obtain the information of spatial-temporal change and different pattern of desertification in each county around Qinghai Lake in four phases of1976,1987,1995 and 2006.Using the function of intersect and overlay supported by ARCGIS,with analyzing attributes of vector RS images,we obtained transition data and established transfer matrix of land-use types in recent 30 years,besides,protracted land-use transition maps of all desertification classes.In further,we analyzed transition quantity and direction of desertification in each county,moreover,reconstructed the process of spatial-temporal evolution of desertification.The results are showed below:(1)it's the transition between desertified land and others but not in the desertified that played the main role in Gangcha and Gonghe County,while the transfer between desertified lands were greater than that with other land-use types in Haiyan County.(2)Extremely severe desertified land mainly distributes in Ketu and Sand Islands that belongs to Haiyan County,and moderate desertified land in riversides of Gangcha County,also,the light desertification expanded too rapidly to become the most desertified land-use type in the surrounding of Qinghai Lake since 1976.(3)By using relative change rate of desertified land,the regional variability rank from top to toe was Gangcha,Haiyan and Gonghe.展开更多
3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2)/MoS_(2)Z-scheme layered heterojunction photocatalyst was fabricated by oil bath and hydrothermal methods.The heterojunction with narrow band gap of~1.95 eV exten...3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2)/MoS_(2)Z-scheme layered heterojunction photocatalyst was fabricated by oil bath and hydrothermal methods.The heterojunction with narrow band gap of~1.95 eV extended the photoresponse to near-infrared region,which showed obvious photothermal effect due to the introduction of MoS_(2) with broad spectrum response.MoS_(2) nanosheets were anchored onto the surface of flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2) nanosheets,thereby forming efficient layered heterojunctions,the solar-driven photocatalytic efficiency in degradation of highly toxic dichlorophenol and reduction of hexavalent chromium was improved to 98.5%and 99.2%,which was~4 and 7 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2),respectively.In addition,the photocatalytic hydrogen production rate reached 496.78 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1),which was~6 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2).The excellent photocatalytic performance can be ascribed to the promoted photothermal effect,as well as,the formation of compact Z-scheme layered heterojunctions.The 3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous structure provided adequate surface active-sites,which was conducive to the mass transfer.Moreover,the high stability of the prepared photocatalyst further promoted its potential practical application.This strategy also provides new insights for fabricating layered Zscheme heterojunctions photocatalysts with highly photothermal-photocatalytic efficiency.展开更多

Herein, we have reported the designed synthesis of two-dimensional Cu-Cu O heterojunction nanosheets(2D Cu-Cu O NS) based on 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane(APTES, KH550) aided synthetic strategy. The APTES can act as both the ligand and alkali(-OH) source to guide the large-scale synthesis of 2D Cu-based precursor, which can transform into 2D Cu-Cu O NS by the controllable post-treatment.The Si species from APTES can protect the particles from the severe aggregation and growth, guaranteeing the formation of 2D sheets composed of small-sized Cu-Cu O heterojunction(about 20 nm). The heterojunction interfaces can provide plentiful active sites to boost the catalytic ability. The 2D sheets can provide large accessible surface, being conducive to the contact of the catalyst and reactants. Benefiting from above virtues, the 2D Cu-Cu O NS showed the superior catalytic performance for the reduction of a series of nitro compounds, being superior to most reported non-noble metal-based catalysts. Notably,it exhibited good re-cycled performance with no obvious performance degradation after 10 consecutive catalysis. The present study will be promising to promote the application of the Cu-based catalysts, due to its ability to control the morphology and potential for the large-scale synthesis.展开更多
Small Ag clusters confined in the channels of ordered mesoporous anatase TiO2 have been fabricated via a vacuum-assisted wet-impregnation method, utilizing well-ordered mesoporous anatase TiO2 with high thermal stabil...Small Ag clusters confined in the channels of ordered mesoporous anatase TiO2 have been fabricated via a vacuum-assisted wet-impregnation method, utilizing well-ordered mesoporous anatase TiO2 with high thermal stability as the host. The composites have been characterized in detail by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy, N2 adsorption, UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that small Ag clusters are formed and uniformly confined in the channels of mesoporous TiO2 with an obvious confinement effect. The presence of strong AgO interactions involving the Ag clusters in intimate contact with the pore walls of mesoporous TiO2 is confirmed by XAFS analysis, and favors the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, as shown by steady-state surface photovoltage spectroscopy and transient-state surface photovoltage measurements. The ordered mesoporous Ag/TiO2 composites exhibit excellent solar-light-driven photocatalytic performance for the degradation of phenol. This is attributed to the synergistic effects between the small Ag clusters acting as traps to effectively capture the photogenerated electrons, and the surface plasmon resonance of the Ag clusters promoting the absorption of visible light. This study clearly demonstrates the high-efficiency utilization of noble metals in the fabrication of high-performance solar-light-driven photocatalysts.展开更多

Our established UHPLC-TOF/MS method coupled with orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA) model based on 18 ginsenosides was applied to discriminate the sources of raw medicinal materials in ginseng products, and nested PCR strategy was used to discover 6 novel single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)sites in functional dammarenediol synthase(DS) gene for genetic authentication of P. ginseng and P. quinquefolius for the first time.OPLS-DA model could identify the sources of raw ginseng materials are real or not. SNP markers were applied to identify ginseng fresh samples as well as commercial products, and proved to be successful. This established molecular method can tell exact source information of adulterants, and it was highly sensitive and specific even when total DNA amount was only 0.1 ng and the adulteration was as low as 1%. Therefore, this study made an attempt at the exploration of new type SNP marker for variety authentication and function regulation at the same time, and the combination of chemical and molecular discrimination methods provided the comprehensive evaluation and authentication for the sources of ginseng herbs and products.展开更多

Herein, we report the easy and large-scale synt...The development of effective catalysts for the catalytic conversion of the harmful nitrophenol (NP) into the useful aminophenol (AP) has received extensive interest. Herein, we report the easy and large-scale synthesis of strongly coupled Ag/TiO2 heterojunctions based on the coordinated action of organic components with a multi-kind metal precursor. The heterojunctions were effective and stable catalysts for the photothermal catalytic reduction of 4-NP to 4-AP. In the synthesis, critic acid, ethylene glycol AgNO3, and tetrabutyl titanate were dissolved and coordinated in water. Under heating, a precursor gel having a uniform distribution of Ag and Ti was gradually formed. Via calcination in air, the Ti precursor was transformed into TiO2, accompanied by the reduction of Ag+ to Ag nanoparticles. The formation of Ag/TiO2 composites with intimate interface contact benefited from the uniform distribution of different components in the precursor gel. The Ag/TiO2 functioned as an effective catalyst for the reduction of 4-NP, exhibiting higher activity than the many reported Ag-based catalysts. The catalytic reaction over Ag/TiO2 had a small to with good activity and reuse performance. After 10 cycles of reuse, the conversion efficiency exhibited no obvious change. Importantly, the conversion of 4-NP was significantly enhanced under light irradiation provided by a 150-W Xe lamp (the visible light from cutoff have equal function), but ultraviolet light did not promote the conversion. The conversion time was reduced from 620 to 270 s with light irradiation (15 ~C). The reaction rate under light irradiation (0.014 s-1) was approximately three times higher than that in the dark at 15 ~C (0.0044 s-1) and even better than that in the dark at 25 ~C (0.01 s-l). A series of experiments indicated that the light irradiation promoted the conversion of 4-NP because of the localized surface plasmon resonance effect of Ag, which generated hot e- and h~ particles and local heating around the particles via their absorption of the light.展开更多

Two hundred and fifty-three healthy men (age...This study aimed to investigate the correlations among androgen receptor (AR) CAG repeat polymorphism, sex hormones and penile length in healthy Chinese young adult men. Two hundred and fifty-three healthy men (aged 22.8 ± 3.1years) were enrolled. The individuals were grouped as CAG short (CAGs) if they harbored repeat length of 〈20 or as CAG long (CAGL) if their CAG repeat length was 〉20. Body height/weight, penile length and other parameters were examined and recorded by the specified physicians; CAG repeat polymorphism was determined by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method; and the serum levels of the sex hormones were detected by radioimmunoassay. Student's t-test or linear regression analysis was used to assess the associations among AR CAG repeat polymorphism, sex hormones and penile length. This investigation showed that the serum total testosterone (T) level was positively associated with the AR CAG repeat length (P = 0.01); whereas, no significant correlation of T or AR CAG repeat polymorphism with the penile length was found (P = 0.593). Interestingly, an inverse association was observed between serum prolactin (PRL) levels and penile length by linear regression analyses (β = -0.024, P = 0.039, 95% confidence interval (CI): -0.047, 0). Collectively, this study provides the first evidence that serum PRL, but not T or AR CAG repeat polymorphism, is correlated with penile length in the Han adult population from northwestern China.展开更多

文摘Background In early adolescence,youth are highly prone to suicidal behaviours.Identifying modifiable risk factors during this critical phase is a priority to inform effective suicide prevention strategies.Aims To explore the risk and protective factors of suicidal behaviours(ie,suicidal ideation,plans and attempts)in early adolescence in China using a social-ecological perspective.Methods Using data from the cross-sectional project‘Healthy and Risky Behaviours Among Middle School Students in Anhui Province,China',stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 5724 middle school students who had completed self-report questionnaires in November 2020.Network analysis was employed to examine the correlates of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts at four levels,namely individual(sex,academic performance,serious physical llness/disability,history of self-harm,depression,impulsivity,sleep problems,resilience),family(family economic status,relationship with mother,relationship with father,family violence,childhood abuse,parental mental illness),school(relationship with teachers,relationship with classmates,school-bullying victimisation and perpetration)and social(social support,satisfaction with society).Results In total,37.9%,19.0%and 5.5%of the students reported suicidal ideation,plans and attempts in the past 6 months,respectively.The estimated network revealed that suicidal ideation,plans and attempts were collectively associated with a history of self-harm,sleep problems,childhood abuse,school bullying and victimisation.Centrality analysis indicated that the most influential nodes in the network were history of self-harm and childhood abuse.Notably,the network also showed unique correlates of suicidal ideation(sex,weight=0.60;impulsivity,weight=0.24;family violence,weight=0.17;relationship with teachers,weight=-0.03;school-bullying perpetration,weight=0.22),suicidal plans(social support,weight=-0.15)and suicidal attempts(relationship with mother,weight=-0.10;parental mental llness,weight=0.61).Conclusions This study identified the correlates of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts,and provided practical implications for suicide prevention for young adolescents in China.Firstly,this study highlighted the importance of joint interventions across multiple departments.Secondly,the common risk factors of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts were elucidated.Thirdly,this study proposed target interventions to address the unique influencing factors of suicidal ideation,plans and attempts.

文摘In the context of economic globalization,while multinational enterprises from developed countries occupy a high-end position in the global value chain,enterprises from developing countries are often marginalized in the world market.In China,resource-based state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are tasked with the mission of safeguarding resource security,and their internationalization development ideas and strategic deployment are significantly and fundamentally different from those of other non-state-owned enterprises and large multinational corporations.This study provides ideas for the globalization policies of enterprises in developing countries.We consider J Group in western China as a case and discuss its productive investment and global production network development from 2010 to 2019.We found that J Group was‘Partly'globalized,and there are multiple core nodes with the characteristics of centralized and decentralized coexistence in the production network;in addition,the overall layout centre shifted to Southeast Asia and China;however,its global production was restricted by the enterprise's investment security considerations,support and restrictions of the home country,political security risk of the host country,and sanctions from the West.These findings provide insights for future research:under the wave of anti-globalization and'internal circulation as the main body',resource SOEs should consider the potential risk of investment,especially keeping the middle and downstream industrial chain in China as much as possible.

文摘In the present work,pulsed gas–liquid hybrid discharge plasma coupled with graphene/Cd S catalyst was evaluated to eliminate bisphenol A(BPA)in wastewater.The optimization of a series of process parameters was performed in terms of BPA degradation performance.The experimental results demonstrated that nearly 90%of BPA(20 mg l^(-1))in the synthetic wastewater(p H=7.5,σ=10μS m^(-1))was degraded by the plasma catalytic system over 0.2 g l^(-1)graphene/Cd S at 19k V with a 4 l min^(-1)air flow rate and 10 mm electrode gap within 60 min.The BPA removal rate increased with increasing the discharge voltage and decreasing the initial BPA concentration or solution conductivity.Nevertheless,either too high or too low an air flow rate,electrode gap,catalyst dosage or initial solution p H would lead to a decrease in BPA degradation.Moreover,optical emission spectroscopy was used to gain information on short-lived reactive species formed from the pulsed gas–liquid hybrid discharge plasma system.The results indicated the existence of several highly oxidative free radicals such as·O and·OH.Finally,the activation pathway of O_(3)on the catalyst surface was analyzed by density functional theory.

文摘The Kenya Rift Valley is relatively prone to underground erosion ground fissures and associated disasters,which gravely hinder local engineering construction and economic development.In this research,we performed field and experimental studies on ground fissures in the Kenya Rift Valley area,and determined the structural characteristics of underground erosion fissures.Based on a geological survey of the area,we generalized a geological model for typical ground fissures and reproduced the intermediate process of ground fissure propagation using a large-scale physical model test.Further,the development process of underground erosion fissures were categorized into four stages:uniform infiltration,preferential infiltration,cavity expansion,and collapse formation stages.During the development of underground erosion fissures,water content was distributed symmetrically along the fissures,and these fissures acted as the primary infiltration paths of water.When the ground collapsed,the increase in negative pore water pressure was greater,whereas the increase in positive pore water pressure was less in the shallow soil;moreover,in the deep soil,the increase in positive pore water pressure was greater than that of negative pore water pressure.Additionally,the earth pressure increment initially increased and then decreased with the development of erosion.During underground erosion collapse,the water content and pore water pressure appeared to increase and decrease rapidly.These results can be employed to predict the occurrence of underground erosion ground fissures and the resulting soil collapse.

文摘ObjectiveTo present an approach to phenotyping ACEs and explore the association between ACEs and adolescent health risky behaviors based on the social context of China.Methods Totally,5,726 adolescents aged 12-18 years were investigated about their ACEs in the family,peer,school,and personal domains and the occurrence of six types of risky health behaviors(i.e.,smoking,drinking,sexual intercourse,self-harm,and suicidal ideation and attempts).Latent class analysis(LCA)was used to explore the ACE patterns.Results Six latent classes of ACEs were identified,including low adversity,school adversity,school adversity and peer victimization,peer victimization,maltreatment and peer victimization,and high adversity,and associated with risky health behaviors in adolescents.Being physically punished by a teacher,experiencing sexual abuse,and experiencing family trauma most strongly differentiated from the six AcE classes and were correlated with an increased risk for risky adolescent health behaviors.ConclusionThis study supports a positive association between ACEs and risky adolescent health behaviors.Peer victimization,school adversity and associated contexts need to be considered in future ACEstudies.

文摘By comparing the changes from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development's results of Programme for International Student Assessment(PISA)2018 and 2022,it is found that 15-year-old students in East Asian countries and economies maintain a commanding lead in reading,mathematics,and science.These students from regions such as Singapore,Japan,the Republic of Korea,Hong Kong(China),Macao(China),and Chinese Taipei not only sustain their academic excellence but also experience improvements in learning efficiency and their sense of belonging at school.Drawing on the PISA 2022 data,this study analyzes students'learning time investment,out-of-school-hours(OsH)services,and their relationship with student academic performance.The results show that the above countries and economies have achieved encouraging results in academic burden reduction by decreasing learning time in regular school lessons,controlling homework time,and providing OsH services.These distinctive policy interventions can serve as valuable reference points for the Chinese Mainland's ongoing implementation of the"double reduction"policy while facilitating an informed judgment of potential risks.

文摘Polyaniline (PANI) composite nanotubes (90-130 nm in diameter) containing titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanoparticles (about 10 nm in diameter) were synthesized through a self-assembly process in the presence of a-naphthalenesulfonic acid (a-NSA) as the dopant. It was found that PANI-TiO2 composites and PANI nanotubes both behaved with significant photocatalytic activities towards AZO dyes, during 2 h photocatalytic processes under natural light, the degradation ratio was 94.2% and 97.2% respectively (methyl orange and orange II). The morphology of such products was characterized by SEM. The specific surface area of such composite nanotubes was 14.7 m2/g compared to normal polyaniline which was 0.27 m2/g. IR and X-ray diffraction characterizations showed that the chemical chain of the composite nanotubes was identical to that of the doped PANI. It may provide a new way for photodegradation of organic contaminants by using conjugated polymer with dimensional structure.

文摘A tree-ring width chronology developed from Pinus tabulaeformis tree-rings of Hasi Mountain was employed to analyze responses of tree-ring to different climatic metrics.Correlation analyses between tree-ring chronology and precipitation and temperature suggest that tree growth is both limited by precipitation and temperature,and moisture is the principal limiting factor of tree-ring width.To find a suitable moisture index to be reconstructed,three moisture indices considering precipitation and evaporation even water balance are chosen to be analyzed.The results suggest that the PDSI is an appropriate index as predictor of tree-ring width and can be used to reconstruct in this area.

文摘A one-dimensional self-consistent fluid model was developed for radio frequency glow discharge in helium at near atmospheric pressure, and was employed to study the gas breakdown characteristics in terms of breakdown voltage. The effective secondary electron emission coefficient and the effective electric field for ions were demonstrated to be important for determining the breakdown voltage of radio frequency glow discharge at near atmospheric pressure. The constant of A was estimated to be 64:t=4 cm-lTorr-1, which was proportional to the first Townsend coefficient and could be employed to evaluate the gas breakdown voltage. The reduction in the breakdown voltage of radio frequency glow discharge with excitation frequency was studied and attributed to the electron trapping effect in the discharge gap.
文摘Malignant hyperthermia(MH)is a genetic disorder of skeletal muscle cells that affects muscle cytoplasmic calcium homeostasis,with high mortality and low morbidity.Generally,it presents with non-specific signs of a hypermetabolic response,including high fever,tachycardia,and elevated end-tidal carbon dioxide(ETCO_(2)).The successful treatment lies in the timely recognition and early use of dantrolene.[1]As an inhibitor of Ca2+release through ryanodine receptor(RYR)channels,the skeletal muscle relaxant dantrolene has proven to be both a valuable experimental probe of intracellular Ca2+signaling and a lifesaving treatment for MH.[2]Dominant mutations in the skeletal muscle RYR1 gene are well-recognized causes of both malignant hyperthermia susceptibility(MHS)and central core disease(CCD).

文摘Desertification is one of the most serious eco-environmental problems around Qinghai Lake.Based on GIS and RS,GIS analysis was used to obtain the information of spatial-temporal change and different pattern of desertification in each county around Qinghai Lake in four phases of1976,1987,1995 and 2006.Using the function of intersect and overlay supported by ARCGIS,with analyzing attributes of vector RS images,we obtained transition data and established transfer matrix of land-use types in recent 30 years,besides,protracted land-use transition maps of all desertification classes.In further,we analyzed transition quantity and direction of desertification in each county,moreover,reconstructed the process of spatial-temporal evolution of desertification.The results are showed below:(1)it's the transition between desertified land and others but not in the desertified that played the main role in Gangcha and Gonghe County,while the transfer between desertified lands were greater than that with other land-use types in Haiyan County.(2)Extremely severe desertified land mainly distributes in Ketu and Sand Islands that belongs to Haiyan County,and moderate desertified land in riversides of Gangcha County,also,the light desertification expanded too rapidly to become the most desertified land-use type in the surrounding of Qinghai Lake since 1976.(3)By using relative change rate of desertified land,the regional variability rank from top to toe was Gangcha,Haiyan and Gonghe.

文摘3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2)/MoS_(2)Z-scheme layered heterojunction photocatalyst was fabricated by oil bath and hydrothermal methods.The heterojunction with narrow band gap of~1.95 eV extended the photoresponse to near-infrared region,which showed obvious photothermal effect due to the introduction of MoS_(2) with broad spectrum response.MoS_(2) nanosheets were anchored onto the surface of flower-like hierarchical mesoporous Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2) nanosheets,thereby forming efficient layered heterojunctions,the solar-driven photocatalytic efficiency in degradation of highly toxic dichlorophenol and reduction of hexavalent chromium was improved to 98.5%and 99.2%,which was~4 and 7 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2),respectively.In addition,the photocatalytic hydrogen production rate reached 496.78 μmol h^(-1)g^(-1),which was~6 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(4)O_(5)I_(2).The excellent photocatalytic performance can be ascribed to the promoted photothermal effect,as well as,the formation of compact Z-scheme layered heterojunctions.The 3D flower-like hierarchical mesoporous structure provided adequate surface active-sites,which was conducive to the mass transfer.Moreover,the high stability of the prepared photocatalyst further promoted its potential practical application.This strategy also provides new insights for fabricating layered Zscheme heterojunctions photocatalysts with highly photothermal-photocatalytic efficiency.

文摘The morphology and heterojunction engineering are effective ways to boost the performance of Cubased catalysts. Herein, we have reported the designed synthesis of two-dimensional Cu-Cu O heterojunction nanosheets(2D Cu-Cu O NS) based on 3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane(APTES, KH550) aided synthetic strategy. The APTES can act as both the ligand and alkali(-OH) source to guide the large-scale synthesis of 2D Cu-based precursor, which can transform into 2D Cu-Cu O NS by the controllable post-treatment.The Si species from APTES can protect the particles from the severe aggregation and growth, guaranteeing the formation of 2D sheets composed of small-sized Cu-Cu O heterojunction(about 20 nm). The heterojunction interfaces can provide plentiful active sites to boost the catalytic ability. The 2D sheets can provide large accessible surface, being conducive to the contact of the catalyst and reactants. Benefiting from above virtues, the 2D Cu-Cu O NS showed the superior catalytic performance for the reduction of a series of nitro compounds, being superior to most reported non-noble metal-based catalysts. Notably,it exhibited good re-cycled performance with no obvious performance degradation after 10 consecutive catalysis. The present study will be promising to promote the application of the Cu-based catalysts, due to its ability to control the morphology and potential for the large-scale synthesis.
文摘Small Ag clusters confined in the channels of ordered mesoporous anatase TiO2 have been fabricated via a vacuum-assisted wet-impregnation method, utilizing well-ordered mesoporous anatase TiO2 with high thermal stability as the host. The composites have been characterized in detail by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectroscopy, N2 adsorption, UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicate that small Ag clusters are formed and uniformly confined in the channels of mesoporous TiO2 with an obvious confinement effect. The presence of strong AgO interactions involving the Ag clusters in intimate contact with the pore walls of mesoporous TiO2 is confirmed by XAFS analysis, and favors the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs, as shown by steady-state surface photovoltage spectroscopy and transient-state surface photovoltage measurements. The ordered mesoporous Ag/TiO2 composites exhibit excellent solar-light-driven photocatalytic performance for the degradation of phenol. This is attributed to the synergistic effects between the small Ag clusters acting as traps to effectively capture the photogenerated electrons, and the surface plasmon resonance of the Ag clusters promoting the absorption of visible light. This study clearly demonstrates the high-efficiency utilization of noble metals in the fabrication of high-performance solar-light-driven photocatalysts.

文摘Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolius have similar bioactive components and morphological characteristics, but they are known to have different medicinal values, high-sensitive and accurate method is expected to identify the sources of ginseng products and evaluate the quality, but with a huge challenge. Our established UHPLC-TOF/MS method coupled with orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA) model based on 18 ginsenosides was applied to discriminate the sources of raw medicinal materials in ginseng products, and nested PCR strategy was used to discover 6 novel single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)sites in functional dammarenediol synthase(DS) gene for genetic authentication of P. ginseng and P. quinquefolius for the first time.OPLS-DA model could identify the sources of raw ginseng materials are real or not. SNP markers were applied to identify ginseng fresh samples as well as commercial products, and proved to be successful. This established molecular method can tell exact source information of adulterants, and it was highly sensitive and specific even when total DNA amount was only 0.1 ng and the adulteration was as low as 1%. Therefore, this study made an attempt at the exploration of new type SNP marker for variety authentication and function regulation at the same time, and the combination of chemical and molecular discrimination methods provided the comprehensive evaluation and authentication for the sources of ginseng herbs and products.
文摘The development of effective catalysts for the catalytic conversion of the harmful nitrophenol (NP) into the useful aminophenol (AP) has received extensive interest. Herein, we report the easy and large-scale synthesis of strongly coupled Ag/TiO2 heterojunctions based on the coordinated action of organic components with a multi-kind metal precursor. The heterojunctions were effective and stable catalysts for the photothermal catalytic reduction of 4-NP to 4-AP. In the synthesis, critic acid, ethylene glycol AgNO3, and tetrabutyl titanate were dissolved and coordinated in water. Under heating, a precursor gel having a uniform distribution of Ag and Ti was gradually formed. Via calcination in air, the Ti precursor was transformed into TiO2, accompanied by the reduction of Ag+ to Ag nanoparticles. The formation of Ag/TiO2 composites with intimate interface contact benefited from the uniform distribution of different components in the precursor gel. The Ag/TiO2 functioned as an effective catalyst for the reduction of 4-NP, exhibiting higher activity than the many reported Ag-based catalysts. The catalytic reaction over Ag/TiO2 had a small to with good activity and reuse performance. After 10 cycles of reuse, the conversion efficiency exhibited no obvious change. Importantly, the conversion of 4-NP was significantly enhanced under light irradiation provided by a 150-W Xe lamp (the visible light from cutoff have equal function), but ultraviolet light did not promote the conversion. The conversion time was reduced from 620 to 270 s with light irradiation (15 ~C). The reaction rate under light irradiation (0.014 s-1) was approximately three times higher than that in the dark at 15 ~C (0.0044 s-1) and even better than that in the dark at 25 ~C (0.01 s-l). A series of experiments indicated that the light irradiation promoted the conversion of 4-NP because of the localized surface plasmon resonance effect of Ag, which generated hot e- and h~ particles and local heating around the particles via their absorption of the light.
文摘This study aimed to investigate the correlations among androgen receptor (AR) CAG repeat polymorphism, sex hormones and penile length in healthy Chinese young adult men. Two hundred and fifty-three healthy men (aged 22.8 ± 3.1years) were enrolled. The individuals were grouped as CAG short (CAGs) if they harbored repeat length of 〈20 or as CAG long (CAGL) if their CAG repeat length was 〉20. Body height/weight, penile length and other parameters were examined and recorded by the specified physicians; CAG repeat polymorphism was determined by the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method; and the serum levels of the sex hormones were detected by radioimmunoassay. Student's t-test or linear regression analysis was used to assess the associations among AR CAG repeat polymorphism, sex hormones and penile length. This investigation showed that the serum total testosterone (T) level was positively associated with the AR CAG repeat length (P = 0.01); whereas, no significant correlation of T or AR CAG repeat polymorphism with the penile length was found (P = 0.593). Interestingly, an inverse association was observed between serum prolactin (PRL) levels and penile length by linear regression analyses (β = -0.024, P = 0.039, 95% confidence interval (CI): -0.047, 0). Collectively, this study provides the first evidence that serum PRL, but not T or AR CAG repeat polymorphism, is correlated with penile length in the Han adult population from northwestern China.
