国外尖端智库关于“一带一路”的评议及对其回应

国外尖端智库认为,在逆全球化和保护主义抬头背景下,“一带一路”为区域和全球经济合作、政治合作提供了有效路径;但也认为,“一带一路”是中国扩张地缘势力、输出过剩产能和文化影响的方式,并由于缺乏透明性,以及沿线国情复杂,民众存在债务负担、腐败、环境破坏等方面的担忧,“一带一路”项目前景堪忧。回应指出,“一带一路”是顺应经济全球化、中国所搭建的最广泛国际合作平台,本着共商共建共享原则推动建设,其项目可以取得持续良好进展;但也指出,中国需要加强与沿线国家政策沟通,加大对沿线国家债务偿还能力的关注与研究,并从政府、商界及学术界各层面改进“一带一路”国际传播,用国际社会听得懂的方式讲述中国故事。
