We identify five phases in the formation of M&A from the beginning until the newest developments when economic sanctions were imposed.The paper summarizes the results of empirical analysis of mergers and acquisitions(M&A)of Russian companies over the period 1995-2013.To capture the time series behaviour of M&A processes,we fit an autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)model.We further analysed co-integration of M&A processes in Russia and US,China,and Germany.The results indicate German and Chinese M&A series have a long-term influence on Russian series,while no significant causal links were evidenced in the dataset between US and Russian series. 展开更多

However, it has a relatively low energy efficiency due to high humidity and a greater release of harmful substances during combustion. On the other hand, the coal reserve on earth is estimated at 500 years and the cost is relatively low. This causes the search for new ways of processing coal. One way to efficiently process coal, while reducing the humidity and content of harmful components is microwave treatment. The basic information for microwave exposure to coal is the temperature field. In this paper, an approximate-analytically nonlinear mathematical model for heating a flat coal mass is studied, provided that the absorbed microwave energy is removing by heat radiation and convection simultaneously. 展开更多

We report a large n... The stratotype region of the Ryazanian stage is located in the Oka River Basin near Ryazan, Central Russia. Since ammonites are very well studied here, we investigated other groups of macrofossils. We report a large number of bivalve genera: Arctica, Astarte, Buchia, Camptonectes, Chlamys, Ctenostreon, Entolium, Gomomya, Gresslya, Hartwellia, Lima, Meleagrinella, Modiolus, Oxytoma, and Pleuromya. The belemnites are represented by two cylindroteuthidid genera, Acroteuthis and Liobelus. In addition, brachiopods (Rhynchonellidae and Terebratulidae) and unidentifiable gastropod fragments have been revealed. The highest taxonomic diversity of macrofauna is observed in the Surites spasskensis ammonite Zone. 展开更多
