Physico-Chemicals Characterization of Quercetin from the <i>Carica papaya</i>Leaves by Different Extraction Techniques

Sonication extraction showed the highest percentage yield of crude extracts (6.76%) and the lowest from the supercritical fluid extraction (1.83%). The Infrared (IR) spectrum of cold-water extract demonstrated the most similarity of functional group to </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">q</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">uercetin.
