How big countries may influence to the small countries such as Kyrgyzstan. Some approaches that are used for achieving results. Also were taken into account researches of some scientists. Kyrgyzstan is young, small independent country with democratic ideas for running country. The research focus on the whole situation in the country and in the globe, trends. The research methods used from the famous world scientists their findings, participation at the international conferences dedicated to the international diplomacy and etc. The main conclusions small independent country has to follow world trends and collaborate mutually with all countries. 展开更多

Open global socieW requires certain universalization of education, but professional communications are faced not only with a problem of language barrier, but also with national culture. School of thought, formed in traditions of particular cultural outlook, risks losing its face to the loss of national characteristics of the education system. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a minimally invasive and promising new method in cancer treatment. Cytotoxic reactive oxygen species (ROS) are generated by the tissueqocalized non-toxic sensitizer upon illumination and in the presence of oxygen. Thus, selective destruction of a targeted tumor may be achieved. Compared with traditional cancer treatment, PDI has advantages including higher selectivity and lower rate of toxicity. The high degree of selectivity of the proposed method was applied to cancer diagnosis using fluorescence. This article reviews previous studies done on PDT treatment and photodetection of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia, ovarian and breast cancer, and PDT application in treating non-cancer lesions. The article also highlights the clinical responses to PDT, and discusses the possibility of enhancing treatment efficacy by combination with immunotherapy and targeted therapy. 展开更多

A new neutral ternary samarium complex Sm(Phen)HL3 in which Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and HL is (1,3-bis(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-propanedione) was synthesized. A new neutral ternary samarium complex Sm(Phen)HL3 in which Phen is 1,10-phenanthroline and HL is (1,3-bis(1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-propanedione) was synthesized. Molecular structure of this complex was determined by X-ray diffraction. Under UV-light this complex is demonstrated bright red luminescence (λmax=647 nm), which was corresponding to the electric dipole 4G5/2→6H9/2 transition in Sm3+ ion. UV-absorption, excitation and emission spectra of the title compound were investigated. 展开更多
