Carbon peak and carbon neutrality(dual-carbon)are important targets for the international response to climate change.The Silk Road Economic Belt is a strategic resource region and is important for future ecological en...Carbon peak and carbon neutrality(dual-carbon)are important targets for the international response to climate change.The Silk Road Economic Belt is a strategic resource region and is important for future ecological environment and tourism development.Based on the“dual-carbon”targets,the Single index quantification,Multiple index synthesis,and Poly-criteria integration evaluation model were used in this study to measure the coordinated development index of the ecological environment,public service,and tourism economy along the Silk Road Economic Belt and to analyze its spatial and temporal evolution.Further,it explores the dynamic evolution and development trend of the three systems using the Kernel Density and Grey Markov Prediction Model.The results show that the coordinated development index along this region needs to be improved during the study period.Furthermore,the coordinated development index of the Southwest region is relatively higher than that of the Northwest region.From the development trend of the three systems,all of them develop in a stable manner;however,the tourism economy system is easily affected by external disturbances.The coordinated development index of the three systems changes dynamically and tends to be in a good state of coordination.There is a certain spatial and temporal heterogeneity.The gravity center of the coordinated development index has been in the Southwest region.During the forecast period,the coordinated development index along this region will improve significantly,while insufficient and unbalanced development will continue.展开更多
Sustainable growth is a prerequisite for high-quality development,and inclusive green growth is regarded as an important way to realize sustainable growth.This paper constructs a tourism inclusive green growth index(I...Sustainable growth is a prerequisite for high-quality development,and inclusive green growth is regarded as an important way to realize sustainable growth.This paper constructs a tourism inclusive green growth index(IGGI)system based on the 2018 Asian Development Bank IGGI.Using Shandong Province from 2017 to 2019,the entropy weight method is utilized to explore the degree of coupling and coordination among the subsystems of tourism inclusive green growth.The study shows that:(1)the tourism IGGI continues to grow;(2)in the tourism inclusive green growth system,the social equity subsystem shows a trend of steady improvement;and(3)in the system,there is a slight discordance between the economic growth subsystem and the environmental sustainability subsystem.The study aims to provide the scientific basis for the high-quality development of tourism and theoretical support for the field of tourism and environmental sustainability.展开更多
Because its data structure creates a digital transaction ledger,block-chain will build a more transparent and publicly verifiable system that will fundamentally change the way of our transaction activities,asset value...Because its data structure creates a digital transaction ledger,block-chain will build a more transparent and publicly verifiable system that will fundamentally change the way of our transaction activities,asset value,contract performance,and sharing data across industries.Since 2015,"blockchain"has become the hottest topic to the world’s major financial giants.This paper first introduces the principle and characteristics of block-chain technology.The block-chain technology based on encryption algorithms builds a global distributed secure network database that records and updates transaction information through decentralized chain connections and block chronological arrangement.Secondly,it focuses on the technological innovation of block-chain in financial systems.Block-chain technology solves the problems of decentralization,information security,and information disclosure in financial transactions.Thirdly,we put the emphasis on the block-chain technology application prospect in the field of finance.The block-chain technology will be used in digital currency,payment and clearing,smart contracts,as well as financial transactions.At last,we lead a warning that the application of blockchain technology could bring financial risks,which includes a technical problem,resource problem,and competition problem.Our conclusion is that block-chain will change the credit management mode of the traditional financial system.But due to the shortcomings of technical maturity,resources reserve,and the regulation of competition,the application value of block-chain in financial field will face risk.Therefore,monetary authorities should reserve talents and technologies of block-chain,and strengthen the basic research,practical application and standardization research of block-chain.According to the domestic and international situation,the authorities should issue legal digital currency,build internationally competitive Chinese block-chain products,and continuously explore effective regulatory model blockchain to secure a healthy and sustainable development of the chain block industry.展开更多
