Here, large-scale and uniform hexagonal zinc oxide(ZnO) nanosheet films were deposited onto indium tin oxide(ITO)-coated transparent conducting glass substrates via a facile galvanic displacement deposition process. Compared with other commonly used solution methods, this process avoids high temperature and electric power as well as supporting agents to make it simple and cost-effective. The as-fabricated ZnO nanosheet films have uniform hexagonal wurtzite structure. The photoelectrochemical(PEC) cell based on ZnO nanosheet film/ITO photoelectrode was also fabricated and its performance was improved by optimizing the solution concentration. A higher photocurrent density of*500 l A cm^(-2)under AM 1.5 G simulated illumination of 100 m W cm^(-2)with zero bias potential(vs. Ag/AgCl electrode) was obtained, which may ascribe to the increased surface-to-volume ratio of disordered Zn O nanosheet arrays. Our developed method may be used to deposit other oxide semiconductors, and the Zn O nanosheet film/ITO PEC cell can be used to design low-cost optoelectronic and photoelectrochemical devices. 展开更多

In order to evaluate the influence of the seal structure on door closing force, nonlinear finite element method is introduced to analyze compression deformation of a door seal for SANTANA (name of the car made by Shanghai Volkswagen Co. Ltd). MSC. Marc software is used to analyze the large deformation of the seal and the compression test is done to prove the computational results. The results show that the compression loads of the door seal are larger than the standard value of Shanghai Volkswagen Co. Ltd and the seal structure needs to be optimized. There are consistent relationships between calculating results and experimental results and the simulation method is effective. 展开更多

Crystal data: triclinic, space group P1^1, Z = 2, C14H8Br2N2S2, Mr = 428.16, a = 6.9410(5), b = 11.0150(9), c = 11.1760(8) A, α = 70.3390(10),β = 76.1860(10), γ = 79.5490(10)°, V= 776.59(10) A^3, Dc = 1.831 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 5.478 mm^-1, F(000) = 416, R = 0.0487 and wR = 0.1453 for 2456 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(/). X-ray analysis reveals that the two thiophene rings are significantly twisted with an average dihedral angle of 57.45°. The molecule adopts a photo-active antiparaUel conformation and the distance between the two reactive C atoms of thiophene rings is 3.465(8)A. These structural elements which exhibit a suitable geometry are extensively explored for photochromic behavior in the crystalline state. 展开更多
