Objective: This study aims to improve the health level of patients with diabetes in the community through health management measures under the concept of health management. Methods: Community residents were selected to detect, collate and analyze the social demographic information, body mass index, fasting blood glucose and blood lipid level of diabetic patients before and after health management. Results: The study showed that after the implementation of health management education in the community, the detection rate of diabetes patients increased, but the population was no longer mainly elderly patients, but mainly people under 60 years old. The levels of body mass index, fasting blood glucose, triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly decreased (all P Conclusion: Through the investigation of patients before and after health management in residential communities, this study shows that the correct implementation of health management can effectively improve the physiological indicators of diabetes patients, improve the level of health quality, and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes patients in communities. 展开更多

The values of identification coefficient in the grey relational analysis are taken based on the experience,so the accuracy of the results is affected. This article uses the improved fuzzy grey relational analysis to analyze the main factors influencing farm produce logistics. The results show that the number of storage companies has a great impact on the development of farm produce logistics,followed by the farm produce processing machinery capacity,rural transport infrastructure,farm produce market conditions and government financial support for agriculture,while the total number of Internet users in rural areas has an limited impact on the development of farm produce logistics. 展开更多

In this paper, an evolutionary model of bus transport network in B-space is developed. It includes the effect of the overlapping ratio of new route on network performance and overcomes the disadvantage, i.e. lack of economic consideration, in the evolutionary bus transport network model in P-space proposed by Chen et al (2007). The degree distribution functions are derived by using the mean-field method and the master equation method, separately. The relationship between the new stop ratio of a route, λ, and the error in exponential of degree distribution function from the mean-field method is developed as ASlope= λ/(1 -λ) + ln(1-λ). Finally, the bus transport networks of Hangzhou and Nanjing are simulated by using this model, and the results show that some characteristic index values of the simulated networks are closer to the empirical data than those from Chen's model. 展开更多

With the transformation of China’s industry and demographic structure,urban shrinkage,especially the resource-based cities due to their single industrial structure,tend to emerge gradually.Using empirical and quantitative methods,this paper explores the evolution mechanism of urban shrinkage in Hegang,a resource-based city in China.Our findings suggest that there are many correlations or cyclic relationships among variables,which provide an empirical confirmation for the complexity of urban shrinkage process.The result shows there is a time delay of about four to five years between the mining industry and the changes of demographic profile,economic performance and built environment variables.The development of Hegang has formed a path dependence on resource-based industries.Furthermore,the time lags between demographic profile and economic performance variables are not obvious,and the real estate market has a certain sensitivity to perceive population loss and economic change.Besides,market led public service facilities are more sensitive to the changes of population outflow and economic recession than government led public service facilities.The study findings could offer insights for other resource-based cities in developing countries to employ on the economic development policies issues. 展开更多

Illustrations are given covering terminology, description, and treatment from different perspectives of uncertainty management and risk management. Furthermore, the paper retains that project risk management (PRM) processes might be modified to facilitate an uncertainty management perspective, and we support that project uncertainty management (PUM) can enlarge its contribution to improving project management performance, which will result in a significant change in emphasis compared with most risk management. 展开更多

Operational risk events have severely impacted the development of third-party payment(TPP)platforms,and have even led to a discussion on the operational risk capital charge settlement by relevant international regulators.However,prior studies have mostly focused on qualitative mechanism analysis,and have rarely examined quantitative risk assessment based on actual operational risk events.Therefore,this study attempts to assess the operational risk on TPP platforms in China by constructing a systematic framework incorporating database construction and risk modeling.First,the operational risk database that covers 202 events between Q1,2014,and Q2,2020 is constructed.Then,specific causes are clarified,and the characteristics are analyzed from both the trend and loss severity perspectives.Finally,the piecewise-defined severity distribution based-Loss Distribution Approach(PSD-LDA)with double truncation is utilized to assess the operational risk.Two main conclusions are drawn from the empirical analysis.First,legal risk and external fraud risk are the two main causes of operational risk.Second,the yearly Value at Risk and Expected Shortfall are 724.46 million yuan and 1081.98 million yuan under the 99.9%significance level,respectively.Our results are beneficial for both TPP platform operators and regulators in managing and controlling operational risk. 展开更多

The fabrication process of Cu/Al2O3/MgF2/Au double-barrier metal/insulator/metal junction (DMIMJ) was introduced, and more stable light emission from this junction was successfully observed. The light emission physical mechanism of the junction was discussed. Results show that light emission spectrum of this structure locates at wavelength of 250-700 nm with two peaks at around 460 nm and 640 nm, which moves towards shorter wavelength region in comparison with that of the Al/Al2O3/Au junction. The light emission efficiency of this junction ranges from 0.7×10^-5-2.0×10^-5, which is 1 to 2 orders higher than that of the single-barrier Al/Al2O3/Au junction. The improved properties of this structure should be due to the electrons resonant tunneling effect in the double-barrier. 展开更多

We prove that the dominance core of each balanced multi-choice TU game, where each player has identical activity level r, coincides with the dominance core of its corresponding r-replica of exchange economy. We also give an extension of the concept of the cover of the game proposed by Shapley and Shubik (J Econ Theory 1: 9-25, 1969) to multi-choice TU games and derive some sufficient conditions for the nonemptyness of the core of multi-choice TU game by using the relationship among replica economies, multi-choice TU games and their covers. 展开更多

By introducing a stochastic element to the double-jump diffusion framework to measure the Knight uncertainty of asset return process,the model of dynamic portfolio choice was built,which maximized the expected utility of terminal portfolio wealth.Through specifying the state function of uncertainty-aversion,it utilized the max-min method to derive the analytical solution of the model to study the effect of time-varying,jumps,and Knight uncertainty of asset return process on dynamic portfolio choice and their interactions.Results of comparative analysis show:the time-varying results in positive or negative intertemporal hedging demand of portfolio,which depends on the coefficient of investor's risk aversion and the correlation coefficient between return shift and volatility shift;the jumps in asset return overall reduce investor's demand for the risky asset,which can be enhanced or weakened by the jumps in volatility;due to the existing of Knight uncertainty,the investor avoids taking large position on risky asset,and improves portfolio's steady and immunity;the effects of the time-varying,jumps,and Knight uncertainty are interactive. 展开更多

A bounded confidence model of opinion dynamics in multi-group projects is presented in which each group's opinion evolution is driven by two types of forces:(i) the group's cohesive force which tends to restore the opinion back towards the initial status because of its company culture;and(ii) nonlinear coupling forces with other groups which attempt to bring opinions closer due to collaboration willingness.Bifurcation analysis for the case of a two-group project shows a cusp catastrophe phenomenon and three distinctive evolutionary regimes,i.e.,a deadlock regime,a convergence regime,and a bifurcation regime in opinion dynamics.The critical value of initial discord between the two groups is derived to discriminate which regime the opinion evolution belongs to.In the case of a three-group project with a symmetric social network,both bifurcation analysis and simulation results demonstrate that if each pair has a high initial discord,instead of symmetrically converging to consensus with the increase of coupling scale as expected by Gabbay's result(Physica A 378(2007) p.125 Fig.5),project organization(PO) may be split into two distinct clusters because of the symmetry breaking phenomenon caused by pitchfork bifurcations,which urges that apart from divergence in participants' interests,nonlinear interaction can also make conflict inevitable in the PO.The effects of two asymmetric level parameters are tested in order to explore the ways of inducing dominant opinion in the whole PO.It is found that the strong influence imposed by a leader group with firm faith on the flexible and open minded follower groups can promote the formation of a positive dominant opinion in the PO. 展开更多

The Au/Al2O3/Al metal/insulator/metal junction(MIMJ) and Au/SiO2/Si metal/insulator/Si junction(MISJ) have been constructed successfully. The light emission of these junctions was mediated by surface plasmon-polaritons(SPPs) under surface roughness. The light emission from MISJ was more uniform and stable than that from MIMJ. The light power of MISJ was about 2~3 orders higher than that of MIMJ. The light emission spectrum of MISJ was analyzed especially. In the spectrum, there was one main peak located at the wavelength of 610 nm^640 nm, which was mainly due to the couple of SPP with the surface roughness at the Au/air and Au/SiO2 interfaces. A weak peak located at the shorter wavelength region in the spectrum was also found, which was caused by the direct radiation of doped-Si plasma oscillation. 展开更多

Their spectrum wavelength including main wave peak(locates at 450 nm^500 nm) of the double-barrier junction shows a "blue shift" in comparison with that of the single-barrier Metal/Insulator/Semiconductor(MIS) or Metal/Insulator/Metal(MIM) junction(wave peak locates at 620 nm^740 nm). Goal-conditioned reinforcement learning(RL)is an interesting extension of the traditional RL framework,where the dynamic environment and reward sparsity can cause conventional learning algorithms to fail.Reward shaping is a practical approach to improving sample efficiency by embedding human domain knowledge into the learning process.Existing reward shaping methods for goal-conditioned RL are typically built on distance metrics with a linear and isotropic distribution,which may fail to provide sufficient information about the ever-changing environment with high complexity.This paper proposes a novel magnetic field-based reward shaping(MFRS)method for goal-conditioned RL tasks with dynamic target and obstacles.Inspired by the physical properties of magnets,we consider the target and obstacles as permanent magnets and establish the reward function according to the intensity values of the magnetic field generated by these magnets.The nonlinear and anisotropic distribution of the magnetic field intensity can provide more accessible and conducive information about the optimization landscape,thus introducing a more sophisticated magnetic reward compared to the distance-based setting.Further,we transform our magnetic reward to the form of potential-based reward shaping by learning a secondary potential function concurrently to ensure the optimal policy invariance of our method.Experiments results in both simulated and real-world robotic manipulation tasks demonstrate that MFRS outperforms relevant existing methods and effectively improves the sample efficiency of RL algorithms in goal-conditioned tasks with various dynamics of the target and obstacles. 展开更多

How to Construct a Lower Risk FOF Based on Correlation Network? The Method of Principal Component Risk Parity Asset Allocation

In order to build a low-risk Fund of Funds(FOF), from the perspective of correlation, the principal component factor is used to improve the traditional risk parity model. Principal component analysis is used to decompose the underlying assets and generate unrelated principal component factors,and then the authors can construct a principal component risk parity portfolio. The proposed empirical results based on China’s mutual fund market show that the performance of principal component risk parity portfolio(PCRPP) is better than that of equal weight portfolio(EWP) and traditional risk parity portfolio(RPP). That is to say, not only the PCRPP in this paper has much lower risk than EWP and RPP, but also slightly better than EWP and RPP in terms of average return. Moreover, the study of dividing the underlying assets shows that the PCRPP in this paper is not sensitive to the underlying assets. The PCRPP in this paper is better than EWP and RPP for both the better performing funds and the worse performing funds. In addition, the empirical results on dynamic portfolio adjustments show that it is not appropriate to adjust asset allocation too frequently when the expected rate of return is calculated using the arithmetic mean. 展开更多
