Adult male rats were anesthetized and divided into four groups: Control, no orthodontic appliance (OA);OA activated with 70 g;OA activated with 70 g and pretreated with diclofenac sodium (5 mg/kg, intramuscular);and diclofenac sodium alone. Six hours after the onset of the experiment the rats were reanesthetized and perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde. The brains were removed and fixed, and sections containing the CEA and LH were processed for Fos protein immunohistochemistry. The results show that in the control group, intramuscular injection of a ketamine/xylazine mixture did not induce IR-Fos cells in the CEA or LH. However, in the 70 g group, IR-Fos was the strongest observed展开更多

This paper analyzes the "three-in-one" value structure concerning rural civilization's being a cultural carrier, its subjective demands, and objective production,to understand and follow the diachronic evolution of the position and function of rural civilization values "from being a subject, through being an object,to being a subject." Based on this, this paper studies the construction of a subjective rural civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and explores a possible approach to rural revitalization through the rejuvenation of rural civilization.Accordingly, the basic idea and strategy is to boost the rejuvenation of rural civilization through innovative time-space integration; to establish rural civilization's subjective status and to always prioritize agricultural and rural development; to rediscover and redefine the principles, values and functions of the rural civilization construction in the new era; and to further advance campaigns of rural civilization constructions to integrate the development of urban civilization with that of rural civilization.展开更多

文摘By establishing a mathematical model and a basic analytical framework for the impact of resource endowments on carbon intensity,a traditional panel model without spatial panel effects was firstly constructed,a Durbin-Wu-Hausman test was conducted, and the model was set as a fixed-effects model based on the statistical values;secondly, the traditional panel model without spatial effects was estimated, and LM tests and robustness tests were conducted on the regression residuals. The LM test was then used to remove the fixed effect terms by the de-meaning method, and the Matlab 7.0 software was used to estimate the model. The stepwise introduction of variables was used to observe the effect of each variable on economic growth and to analyze the relationship between the magnitude and significance of the regression parameters of each variable. Finally, the path of conduction effect of resource endowment through mediating variable sinfluencing economic growth and carbon emissions, and thus carbon intensity, was constructed. The conclusion is that carbon intensity is inversely proportional to economic growth for a given level of carbon emissions. Therefore,if resource endowment promotes economic growth through mediating variables,it will lead to a decrease in carbon intensity, which is conducive to the achievement of emission reduction targets;conversely,if resource endowment hinders economic growth through mediating variables,it will lead to an increase in carbon intensity, which is not conducive to the achievement of emission reduction targets.

The brains were removed and fixed, and sections containing the CEA and LH were processed for Fos protein immunohistochemistry. The results show that in the control group, intramuscular injection of a ketamine/xylazine mixture did not induce IR-Fos cells in the CEA or LH. However, in the 70 g group, IR-Fos was the strongest observed
文摘In his first phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 29,2020,Japan’s new Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga expressed his willingness to“develop the overall relationship between Japan and Russia”and“stressed the need to put an end to the Northern Territories issue without leaving it to the next generation.”In response,Putin said that he intended to continue discussing all bilateral issues.1 The two sides also reaffirmed that they would“continue efforts to comprehensively advance Russia-Japan relations for the peoples of the two countries and the entire Asia-Pacific region.”2 Looking ahead to Russia-Japan relations after Suga came to power,it is still necessary to review the relations during the administration of his predecessor Shinzo Abe,who has made positive attempts,so as to better understand the features, cruxes and the future direction of Russia-Japan relations.
文摘XUNZI(313-238 B.C.)occupies a status in Chinese history similar to that of Aristotle in the West. His time came at the end of the great flowering of philosophical inquiry in the Warring States Period (475-221 B.C.),and his theories mark the final chapter in the evolution of ancient Confucian philosophy.
文摘There are several misunderstandings about“family”in today’s world:first,“individual”and“family”are viewed as two incompatible choices of values;second, the existential experience of“affection towards their relatives(qin qin)”is confused with the institutional expression of“family”in history;third, the asymmetric structure of“family”is wrongly taken as the root of a relationship between superiority and subordination;fourth, there is a false assumption that one’s role and responsibility within the family is incompatible with freedom as an individual in the modern world;fifth,“family”is merely viewed as a social organization, and its identity as a spiritual and cultural existence is largely neglected. In that sense, the inherent value of“family”is overlooked in the modern world.Reestablishing an idea of“family”surrounded by“individual consciousness”in the modern context can clarify the positive value of“family”,make“family”a solid guarantee for the achievements of“individuals”,and effectively relieve the negative consequences of the“individual standard”.Meanwhile, the modern world must also renew the relationship between“cultivating the moral self and regulating the family”and“running the state rightly and making the world peaceful”,and help“family”exert a more universal influence.“Family”must be reinterpreted as a basic pattern of human existence and the modern world must redefine the ontological meaning of“family”as a carrier of“relationships”,an“emotional encounter”,an“ethical principle”,a“way of understanding the world”and a“method to transcend spiritually”.

文摘China's reform and opening-up policy, launched in 1978,marks the start of the internationalization process of its social security system. This paper takes the notion of "a community with a shared future" as the perspective to analyze the internationalization of social security in the process of China's reform and opening up.Based on China's developments in globalization,it divides the internationalization process of China's social security from 1978 to 2018 into three stages: the stage of reshaping the domestic social security system with reference to the best international practice; the stage of achieving bilateral or multilateral alignment on the premise of equality and mutual benefit, and the stage of injecting Chinese wisdom in social security into the development of global social security. The trajectory of the development of China's social security internationalization shows the incremental evolution within the country, between nations, and in the world community. This paper studies the internationalization process to show China's grand achievements in the four decades of reform and opening-up and to demonstrate Chinese wisdom and confidence.

文摘Rural civilization is a pattern of human civilization that is profoundly linked with values.Rural revitalization means the rejuvenation of rural civilization under new historical circumstances. To that end,it is necessary to adopt a holistically interpreting mode that transcends individual cases, and to look through the wide-angle lens of civilization and grasp rural civilization's development trend of "prosperity-decline-rejuvenation," as well as its constructive route of "traditional construction-modern deconstructionneo-modern reconstruction." This paper analyzes the "three-in-one" value structure concerning rural civilization's being a cultural carrier, its subjective demands, and objective production,to understand and follow the diachronic evolution of the position and function of rural civilization values "from being a subject, through being an object,to being a subject." Based on this, this paper studies the construction of a subjective rural civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era and explores a possible approach to rural revitalization through the rejuvenation of rural civilization.Accordingly, the basic idea and strategy is to boost the rejuvenation of rural civilization through innovative time-space integration; to establish rural civilization's subjective status and to always prioritize agricultural and rural development; to rediscover and redefine the principles, values and functions of the rural civilization construction in the new era; and to further advance campaigns of rural civilization constructions to integrate the development of urban civilization with that of rural civilization.

文摘The existing research findings of our environmental history fail to attach due importance to the environmental history of ancient China. The studies of China's environmental history should extend the time scope further to more ancient times and raise interdisciplinary research awareness. Such studies can help us trace our sources of culture and ecology, and better understand the current world and humanity itself. Studies on the environmental history of ancient China also need to be equipped with corresponding research concepts, orientation and approaches.
