This relaxation law is also regarded as “universal-law” for dielectric relaxations;and is also termed as power law. This empirical Curie-von Schewidler relaxation law is then used to derive fractional differential equations describing constituent expression for capacitor. In this paper, we give simple mathematical treatment to derive the distribution of relaxation rates of this Curie-von Schweidler law, and show that the relaxation rate follows Zipf’s power law distribution. We also show the method developed here give Zipfian power law distribution for relaxing time constants. Then we will show however mathematically correct this may be, but physical interpretation from the obtained time constants distribution are contradictory to the Zipfian rate relaxation distribution. In this paper, we develop possible explanation that as to why Zipfian distribution of relaxation rates appears for Curie-von Schweidler Law, and relate this law to time variant rate of relaxation. In this paper, we derive appearance of fractional derivative while using Zipfian power law distribution that gives notion of scale dependent relaxation rate function for Curie-von Schweidler relaxation phenomena. This paper gives analytical approach to get insight of a non-Debye relaxation and gives a new treatment to especially much used empirical Curie-von Schweidler (universal) relaxation law.展开更多

Global aviation contributes about 2% of global greenhouse gas emissions and supports 8% of the world economic activity in terms of GDP. With the phenomenal growth in air trafficking by the national and international airliners the total carbon space available for flying is getting progressively diminished and the consequential emission levels are also becoming alarming over passage of time. The paper describes the concept of evolution of Green Transport system with focus on manufacturing of green aircraft and sustainable green marketing involving green supply chain. This entails introduction of New and innovative technologies, including aircraft designing, improving operational efficiency, air traffic control & monitoring etc;combined with emission mitigation efforts towards sustainable growth of the industry, can make enormous improvements in emission control and reduction in a planned and system-based manner. These integrated approaches are proposed to be used to harmonize the systems and processes that can essentially constitute the suggested framework of the Green Aviation Transport system. The paper, inter alia, discusses various conceptual, strategic, technological and economic and environmental dimensions of the Green Aviation transport system with focus on creating new Green Marketing opportunities for the aviation industry in future.展开更多

Freedom is on the march. Throughout Asia and Africa, the ardor for liberty is spreading. The quest for the inalienable fights of human beings has gained universal appeal. It is now recognized that state sovereignty is a shield against external aggression. It cannot be used as a sword against one's own nationals. Human rights abuses in any land deserve world-wide condem- nation because "injustice anywhere is a threat to iustice everywhere."展开更多
