Objective:Using data mining method to dig and sort out the prescriptions with Acorus tatarinowiiPolygala tenuifolia drug pair,and summarize the medication characteristics and compatibility of their prescriptions after...Objective:Using data mining method to dig and sort out the prescriptions with Acorus tatarinowiiPolygala tenuifolia drug pair,and summarize the medication characteristics and compatibility of their prescriptions after preliminary screening.Methods:By searching the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,a standardized database of prescriptions was established,and the properties,tastes and meridian tropism of prescriptions were classified,and the indications of prescriptions and core combinations of traditional Chinese medicines were analyzed.Results:178 prescriptions were collected,of which 210 were related.Most of the drugs were warm in nature and sweet in taste,and mainly return to the heart and kidney meridians.Under the same confidence and different support,the core drug combination for treating brain diseases was Acorus tatarinowiiPolygala tenuifolia-Ginseng,and the core drug combination for treating asthenia was Acorus tatarinowii-Poria cocos-Rehmannia glutinosa-Polygala tenuifolia.Conclusion:The compatibility characteristics of the prescriptions containing Acorus Tatarinowii and Polygala tenuifolia in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions are remarkable,which provides reference for scientific guidance of clinical rational drug use and basic research of prescriptions containing Acorus tatarinowii and Polygala tenuifolia.展开更多

BACKGROUND Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a refractory intestinal disease with alternating onset and remission and a long disease course,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.The goal of treatme...BACKGROUND Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a refractory intestinal disease with alternating onset and remission and a long disease course,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.The goal of treatment is to control clinical symptoms,induce and maintain remission,promote mucosal healing,and reduce recurrence.Clinical trials have shown unsatisfactory clinical response rates.As a supplementary alternative medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has a rich history and has shown good results in the treatment of UC.Because of the quality of herbal medicine and other factors,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is not stable enough.The mechanism underlying the effect of Jianpi Qingchang Huashi Recipe(JPQCHSR)on inducing UC mucosal healing is not clear.AIM To investigate the potential mechanism of JPQCHSR for the treatment of UC based on network pharmacology and molecular docking.METHODS Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform was used to extract the active components and action targets of JPQCHSR,and the target names were standardized and corrected through UniProt database.The related targets of UC were obtained through GeneCards database,and the intersection targets of drugs and diseases were screened by jvenn online analysis tool.The visual regulatory network of"Traditional Chinese medicine-active components-target-disease"was constructed using Cytoscape software,the protein interaction network was constructed using STRING database,and enrichment analysis of gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways was conducted through R software.At last,the active components were docked with the core target through SYBYL-X 2.1.1 software.RESULTS Through database analysis,a total of 181 active components,302 targets and 205 therapeutic targets were obtained for JPQCHSR.The key compounds include quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol,etc.The core targets involved STAT3,AKT1,TP53,MAPK1,MAPK3,JUN,TNF,etc.A total of 2861 items were obtained by GO enrichment analysis,and 171 items were obtained by KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)pathway enrichment analysis.The results of molecular docking showed that the key active components in JPQCHSR had certain affinity with the core target.CONCLUSION The treatment of UC with JPQCHSR is a complex process of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway regulation.The mechanism of this Recipe in the treatment of UC can be predicted through network pharmacology and molecular docking,so as to provide theoretical reference for it to better play its therapeutic role.展开更多
[Objectives] To explore the effects of Danqu capsules(the prescription of Lei Zhongyi, the master of traditional Chinese medicine for the syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood of coronary heart disease)...[Objectives] To explore the effects of Danqu capsules(the prescription of Lei Zhongyi, the master of traditional Chinese medicine for the syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood of coronary heart disease) on arterial blood pressure, heart rate and myocardial tension time index in rats. [Methods] A total of 50 SD rats, weighing(300±20) g, were randomly and evenly divided into Danqu capsule observation groups(low, middle and high-dose groups) and control groups(saline group and captopril group). Under anesthesia, the rats in each group were administered with 0.6, 1.2 and 2.4 g/kg of Danqu capsule suspension, 1 mL/100 g of saline and 10 mg/kg of captopril, respectively through duodena, and their systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure difference and heart rate were measured and recorded by RM6240 multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system before administration, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 90 and 120 min after the administration, respectively, and the myocardial tension time index was calculated. [Results] Compared with the saline group, the systolic, diastolic and mean pressure reduced 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 90 and 120 min after the administration, and the pulse pressure difference did not change significantly in the Danqu capsule groups(low, middle and high-dose groups), and the heart rate slowed down and the myocardial tension time index reduced in the high-dose Danqu capsule group. Compared with the captopril group, the Danqu capsule groups showed similar blood pressure-reducing effect. [Conclusions]Danqu capsules have obvious effect of lowering blood pressure and myocardial tension time index. High-dose Danqu capsules has the effect of slowing down the heart rate. The blood pressure-lowering effect of Danqu capsules shows a dose-dependent manner. Clinically, they can be used in patients with coronary heart diseases and hypertension, suggesting that they should be used with caution in patients with hypotension.展开更多

Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the mediating role of professional commitment of undergraduate nursing students between positive psychological capital(PsyCap)and learning burnout.Materials and Meth...Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the mediating role of professional commitment of undergraduate nursing students between positive psychological capital(PsyCap)and learning burnout.Materials and Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to survey 442 students of a bachelor’s degree in freshman to the junior in a medical college in Shaanxi Province.Results:Professional commitment was positively related to positive PsyCap(=0.487,P<0.01),while positive PsyCap and professional commitment were negatively related to learning burnout(r=−0.456,r=−0.411,P all<0.01).There are certain mediating effects of professional commitment in the relationship between positive PsyCap and learning burnout.The mediating effect value of professional commitment is−0.065,accounting for 16.08%of the total effect.Conclusion:Nursing educators in medical colleges and universities should focus on developing and training the positive PsyCap of undergraduate nursing students,thereby enhancing and stabilizing their professional commitment level and reducing the risk of learning burnout.展开更多
Objective:Acupuncture is considered an important part of the alternative medical treatment of tumors.However,it is still unclear whether acupuncture has a direct effect on inhibition of tumor growth.The purpose of thi...Objective:Acupuncture is considered an important part of the alternative medical treatment of tumors.However,it is still unclear whether acupuncture has a direct effect on inhibition of tumor growth.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of acupuncture treatment on tumors in BALB/c mice that were or were not administered cyclophosphamide.Methods:A 4T1 breast carcinoma mouse model for this study was established.When the mice developed 5 mm × 5 mm visible subcutaneous tumors,they were subjected to acupuncture and/or cyclophosphamide (CTX) treatment for 15 days.Results:Acupuncture and CTX treatment both reduced the size of the solid tumors.When used in conjunction,the tumor size reduction was even more obvious.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that acupuncture had a significant effect on induction of tumor cell necrosis and inhibition of angiogenesis.Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of CD34 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9),which were related to angiogenesis,decreased after treatment with either acupuncture or CTX.However,when the two treatments were used in conjunction,they showed a synergistic effect on inhibiting the expression of CD34.However,the synergistic effect was not observed onMvMP-9 expression.Conclusion:Acupuncture plays an important role in improving the effect of chemotherapy by inhibiting angiogenesis.展开更多

[Methods]One hundred an...[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of Danlou Tablet( DLT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. [Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]DLT can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.展开更多
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of external counterpulsation combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic foot of grade 0-2.Methods:62 patients with diabetic foot f...Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of external counterpulsation combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic foot of grade 0-2.Methods:62 patients with diabetic foot from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and external counterpulsation group according to different treatment schemes,31 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous lipoic acid,and the external counterpulsation group was given external counterpulsation combined with intravenous lipoic acid.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the blood flow parameters,ankle brachial index and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.54%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(48.38%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the vessel diameter of dorsalis pedis artery(2.552±0.024mm)and ankle brachial index(0.923±0.036)in ECP group were significantly higher than those in control group(1.864±0.020)and ankle brachial index(0.843±0.030)(P<0.05).After the control group and the external counterpulsation group were treated,the levels of serum of VEGF,bFGF、IGF-1(85.479±4.239,148.27±14.25,62.33±3.75;94.163±8.917,200.88±14.58,81.35±1.08)was significantly higher than that before treatment(57.264±0.801,106.44±3.83,30.90±0.42;57.133±0.850,106.78±3.69,31.01±0.56),the levels of MMP-2(2.035±0.08,1.417±0.21)after treatment in the control group and the external counter stroke group after treatment(2.035±0.08,1.417±0.21)was significantly lower than that after treatment.The levels of VEGF,bFGF and IGF-1 in ECP group were significantly higher than those in control group,and MMP-2 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of external counterpulsation combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetic foot with grade 0-2 is significant,which can effectively improve the blood flow parameters of dorsal foot artery,ankle brachial index and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity,with less adverse reactions.展开更多

Objective:The study shows that Gegen Qinlian decoction(GGQL)is feasible in the treatment of influenza.It is explained from traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology,and the formula is tested in vitro...Objective:The study shows that Gegen Qinlian decoction(GGQL)is feasible in the treatment of influenza.It is explained from traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology,and the formula is tested in vitro.The results show that Gegen Qinlian decoction has a good inhibitory effect on influenza virus.Methods:Search TCMSP database to get the components and targets of GGQL,and construct the compound target network.Then search OMIM database and Disgenet database to obtain influenza genes,and the common genes were obtained by VennDiagram.STRING database was used to construct gene function association network.Finally,David database was used to analyze GO enrichment and pathway enrichment.Results:146 ingredients and 128 targets were obtained,588 genes were obtained.46 common genes were obtained by VennDiagram,and import the common genes into the STRING database and construct the gene function association network,then the network information data was imported into Cytoscape software for topology analysis.Finally,13 enriched GO clusters and 7 enriched pathway clusters were obtained by David database,and construct the targets-GO-pathway network.Conclusion:Network pharmacology of GGQL reveal that the target and the pathway of the drug was closely related to influenza,and the results of this study have been verified with published experimental studies,which shows that GGQL has not only theoretical basis for the treatment of influenza,but also in vitro experiments support this conclusion.展开更多
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of XuanFei TongFu method in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:The relevant literatures on the treatment of sepsis by Xuanfei Tongfu method,published by PubMed,Medline and th...Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of XuanFei TongFu method in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:The relevant literatures on the treatment of sepsis by Xuanfei Tongfu method,published by PubMed,Medline and the Cochrane library,CNKI,WEIPU Database,WANFANG Database until December 2019 were searched by computer.Revman 5.3 was used to analyze the relevant literatures that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and to evaluate the influence of Xuanfei Tongfu method on gastrointestinal function,adverse reactions of gastrointestinal,28 day mortality.Results:a total of 17 randomized controlled clinical trials(RCTS)involving a total of 984 patients were included.Xuanfei Tongfu decoction combined with the control group can improve intestinal function.Xuanfei Tongfu decoction can reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions,but there is no statistical significance,and reducing mortality of 28 days(RR=0.64,95%CI(0.42,0.99),P=0.04),reducing the APACHEⅡ[SMD=-0.90,95%CI(-1.49,-0.31),P=0.0003],reducing of Il-6[SMD=-0.36,95%CI(-0.62,-0.1),P=0.007],and improving IL-10 were all better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The method of Xuanfei Tongfu can enhance the gastrointestinal function,reduce the gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and improve the prognosis of sepsis patients.It may be achieved by regulating the body's immune inflammatory response.展开更多

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Bupleurum on fever by means of network pharmacology,and to provide ideas for further experimental study.Methods:The effective components and targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Bu...Objective:To explore the mechanism of Bupleurum on fever by means of network pharmacology,and to provide ideas for further experimental study.Methods:The effective components and targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Bupleurum were extracted by searching TCM systematic pharmacology database(TCMSP),and got to the effective components and targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction.By searching GeneCards database,disGeNET database,OMIM database and symmap database to extract the disease target of fever.And the"protein interaction network"was constructed with the protein interaction relationship in HINT database as the background network,and the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were carried out on the targets by using R software and DAVID database.Results:726 kinds of effective components of Xiaochaihu Decoction were obtained from TCMSP database,including 215 kinds of effective components of Bupleurum,677 targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction and 516 targets of Bupleurum.A total of 7305 fever-related genes were obtained from the disease database,and 400 key targets of Bupleurum for fever treatment were obtained by mapping drug targets and disease targets GAPDH,AKT1,INS,IL-6 and VEGFA,are the targets with high node connectivity in PPI network.The results of GO enrichment of key targets by R software are cofactor binding and coenzyme binding.KEGG enrichment pathway of key targets involves infection,cancer,immune system diseases and so on.Conclusion:This study preliminarily verified the effect and mechanism of Bupleurum on fever,and provided reference for further study.展开更多
[Objectives]To analyze the efficacy of Compound Qingdai Capsule in the treatment of psoriasis and conduct a systematic evaluation.[Methods]The clinical total effective rate,PASI index score,IL-17 level,IL-23 level,TNF...[Objectives]To analyze the efficacy of Compound Qingdai Capsule in the treatment of psoriasis and conduct a systematic evaluation.[Methods]The clinical total effective rate,PASI index score,IL-17 level,IL-23 level,TNF-level,and adverse reactions were analyzed.TSA 0.9 software was used to conduct sequential analysis of the total effective rate,and subgroup analysis was performed according to the average age of the experimental group.[Results]Single application of Compound Qingdai Capsule or in combination with other methods in the treatment of psoriasis was superior to non-Compound Qingdai Capsule group,and the side effects were less than non-Compound Qingdai Capsule group;the n≥40 year-old group had certain heterogeneity,suggesting that the difference was statistically significant,and the effective rate was higher than that of the control group.The funnel plot showed that the graph was asymmetrical,and there may be publication bias or the possibility of low-quality literature.The TSA results indicated that the actual sample size was far lower than the expected sample size,and the cumulative Z value did not reach the TSA cut-off value and more trials need to be included to confirm the efficacy.[Conclusions]Compound Qingdai Capsule has a clear curative effect on psoriasis,and its safety is high.This study can provide relevant evidence for the effectiveness of Chinese patent drugs(CPD)in treating psoriasis.展开更多

文摘Intestinal flora imbalance is closely related to the occurrence and development of various diseases,however,the relationship between intestinal flora and chronic kidney disease has also become a hot topic.Intestinal flora imbalance,intestinal pathogenic bacteria and toxins increase,causing renal damage,chronic kidney disease patients also have a decrease in intestinal beneficial bacteria,an increase in pathogenic bacteria,more and more experimental studies show that the treatment of chronic Kidney disease is closely related to maintaining the balance of intestinal flora.However,at this stage,it has not been widely used in clinical practice by improving the protection of intestinal flora imbalance and delaying the deterioration of renal function.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the research on the improvement of intestinal flora imbalance in the treatment of chronic kidney disease by traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and provides a new perspective for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.

文摘Objective:Using data mining method to dig and sort out the prescriptions with Acorus tatarinowiiPolygala tenuifolia drug pair,and summarize the medication characteristics and compatibility of their prescriptions after preliminary screening.Methods:By searching the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions,a standardized database of prescriptions was established,and the properties,tastes and meridian tropism of prescriptions were classified,and the indications of prescriptions and core combinations of traditional Chinese medicines were analyzed.Results:178 prescriptions were collected,of which 210 were related.Most of the drugs were warm in nature and sweet in taste,and mainly return to the heart and kidney meridians.Under the same confidence and different support,the core drug combination for treating brain diseases was Acorus tatarinowiiPolygala tenuifolia-Ginseng,and the core drug combination for treating asthenia was Acorus tatarinowii-Poria cocos-Rehmannia glutinosa-Polygala tenuifolia.Conclusion:The compatibility characteristics of the prescriptions containing Acorus Tatarinowii and Polygala tenuifolia in the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions are remarkable,which provides reference for scientific guidance of clinical rational drug use and basic research of prescriptions containing Acorus tatarinowii and Polygala tenuifolia.

文摘Exosomes,nanoscale extracellular vesicles(EVs)derived from the invagination of the endosomal membrane,are secreted by a majority of cell types.As carriers of DNA,mRNA,proteins,and microRNAs,exosomes are implicated in regulating biological activities under physiological and pathological conditions.Kidney-derived exosomes,which vary in origin and function,may either contribute to the pathogenesis of disease or represent a potential therapeutic resource.Membranous nephropathy(MN),an autoimmune kidney disease characterized by glomerular damage,is a predominant cause of nephrotic syndrome.Notably,MN,especially idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN),often results in end-stage renal disease(ESRD),affecting approximately 30%of patients and posing a considerable economic challenge to healthcare systems.Despite substantial research,therapeutic options remain ineffective at halting IMN progression,underscoring the urgent need for innovative strategies.Emerging evidence has implicated exosomes in IMN’s pathophysiology;Providing a fresh perspective for the discovery of novel biomarkers and therapeutic strategies.This review aims to scrutinize recent developments in exosome-related mechanisms in IMN and evaluate their potential as promising therapeutic targets and diagnostic biomarkers,with the hope of catalyzing further investigations into the utility of exosomes in MN,particularly IMN,ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes in these challenging disease settings.

文摘BACKGROUND Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a refractory intestinal disease with alternating onset and remission and a long disease course,which seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.The goal of treatment is to control clinical symptoms,induce and maintain remission,promote mucosal healing,and reduce recurrence.Clinical trials have shown unsatisfactory clinical response rates.As a supplementary alternative medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has a rich history and has shown good results in the treatment of UC.Because of the quality of herbal medicine and other factors,the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is not stable enough.The mechanism underlying the effect of Jianpi Qingchang Huashi Recipe(JPQCHSR)on inducing UC mucosal healing is not clear.AIM To investigate the potential mechanism of JPQCHSR for the treatment of UC based on network pharmacology and molecular docking.METHODS Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform was used to extract the active components and action targets of JPQCHSR,and the target names were standardized and corrected through UniProt database.The related targets of UC were obtained through GeneCards database,and the intersection targets of drugs and diseases were screened by jvenn online analysis tool.The visual regulatory network of"Traditional Chinese medicine-active components-target-disease"was constructed using Cytoscape software,the protein interaction network was constructed using STRING database,and enrichment analysis of gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathways was conducted through R software.At last,the active components were docked with the core target through SYBYL-X 2.1.1 software.RESULTS Through database analysis,a total of 181 active components,302 targets and 205 therapeutic targets were obtained for JPQCHSR.The key compounds include quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol,etc.The core targets involved STAT3,AKT1,TP53,MAPK1,MAPK3,JUN,TNF,etc.A total of 2861 items were obtained by GO enrichment analysis,and 171 items were obtained by KEGG(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes)pathway enrichment analysis.The results of molecular docking showed that the key active components in JPQCHSR had certain affinity with the core target.CONCLUSION The treatment of UC with JPQCHSR is a complex process of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway regulation.The mechanism of this Recipe in the treatment of UC can be predicted through network pharmacology and molecular docking,so as to provide theoretical reference for it to better play its therapeutic role.

文摘[Objectives] To explore the effects of Danqu capsules(the prescription of Lei Zhongyi, the master of traditional Chinese medicine for the syndrome of intermingling of phlegm and static blood of coronary heart disease) on arterial blood pressure, heart rate and myocardial tension time index in rats. [Methods] A total of 50 SD rats, weighing(300±20) g, were randomly and evenly divided into Danqu capsule observation groups(low, middle and high-dose groups) and control groups(saline group and captopril group). Under anesthesia, the rats in each group were administered with 0.6, 1.2 and 2.4 g/kg of Danqu capsule suspension, 1 mL/100 g of saline and 10 mg/kg of captopril, respectively through duodena, and their systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure difference and heart rate were measured and recorded by RM6240 multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system before administration, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 90 and 120 min after the administration, respectively, and the myocardial tension time index was calculated. [Results] Compared with the saline group, the systolic, diastolic and mean pressure reduced 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 90 and 120 min after the administration, and the pulse pressure difference did not change significantly in the Danqu capsule groups(low, middle and high-dose groups), and the heart rate slowed down and the myocardial tension time index reduced in the high-dose Danqu capsule group. Compared with the captopril group, the Danqu capsule groups showed similar blood pressure-reducing effect. [Conclusions]Danqu capsules have obvious effect of lowering blood pressure and myocardial tension time index. High-dose Danqu capsules has the effect of slowing down the heart rate. The blood pressure-lowering effect of Danqu capsules shows a dose-dependent manner. Clinically, they can be used in patients with coronary heart diseases and hypertension, suggesting that they should be used with caution in patients with hypotension.

文摘Gut microbiota imbalances play an important role in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),but no single pathogenic microorganism critical to IBD that is specific to the IBD terminal ileum mucosa or can invade intestinal epithelial cells has been found.Invasive Escherichia coli(E.coli)adhesion to macrophages is considered to be closely related to the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.Further study of the specific biological characteristics of adherent invasive E.coli(AIEC)may contribute to a further understanding of IBD pathogenesis.This review explores the relationship between AIEC and the intestinal immune system,discusses the prevalence and relevance of AIEC in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis patients,and describes the relationship between AIEC and the disease site,activity,and postoperative recurrence.Finally,we highlight potential therapeutic strategies to attenuate AIEC colonization in the intestinal mucosa,including the use of phage therapy,antibiotics,and anti-adhesion molecules.These strategies may open up new avenues for the prevention and treatment of IBD in the future.

文摘Objective:The objective of this study is to explore the mediating role of professional commitment of undergraduate nursing students between positive psychological capital(PsyCap)and learning burnout.Materials and Methods:A cluster sampling method was used to survey 442 students of a bachelor’s degree in freshman to the junior in a medical college in Shaanxi Province.Results:Professional commitment was positively related to positive PsyCap(=0.487,P<0.01),while positive PsyCap and professional commitment were negatively related to learning burnout(r=−0.456,r=−0.411,P all<0.01).There are certain mediating effects of professional commitment in the relationship between positive PsyCap and learning burnout.The mediating effect value of professional commitment is−0.065,accounting for 16.08%of the total effect.Conclusion:Nursing educators in medical colleges and universities should focus on developing and training the positive PsyCap of undergraduate nursing students,thereby enhancing and stabilizing their professional commitment level and reducing the risk of learning burnout.
文摘Objective:Acupuncture is considered an important part of the alternative medical treatment of tumors.However,it is still unclear whether acupuncture has a direct effect on inhibition of tumor growth.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of acupuncture treatment on tumors in BALB/c mice that were or were not administered cyclophosphamide.Methods:A 4T1 breast carcinoma mouse model for this study was established.When the mice developed 5 mm × 5 mm visible subcutaneous tumors,they were subjected to acupuncture and/or cyclophosphamide (CTX) treatment for 15 days.Results:Acupuncture and CTX treatment both reduced the size of the solid tumors.When used in conjunction,the tumor size reduction was even more obvious.Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that acupuncture had a significant effect on induction of tumor cell necrosis and inhibition of angiogenesis.Immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of CD34 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9),which were related to angiogenesis,decreased after treatment with either acupuncture or CTX.However,when the two treatments were used in conjunction,they showed a synergistic effect on inhibiting the expression of CD34.However,the synergistic effect was not observed onMvMP-9 expression.Conclusion:Acupuncture plays an important role in improving the effect of chemotherapy by inhibiting angiogenesis.

文摘[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of Danlou Tablet( DLT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. [Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]DLT can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.

文摘Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of external counterpulsation combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic foot of grade 0-2.Methods:62 patients with diabetic foot from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and external counterpulsation group according to different treatment schemes,31 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous lipoic acid,and the external counterpulsation group was given external counterpulsation combined with intravenous lipoic acid.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the blood flow parameters,ankle brachial index and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.54%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(48.38%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the vessel diameter of dorsalis pedis artery(2.552±0.024mm)and ankle brachial index(0.923±0.036)in ECP group were significantly higher than those in control group(1.864±0.020)and ankle brachial index(0.843±0.030)(P<0.05).After the control group and the external counterpulsation group were treated,the levels of serum of VEGF,bFGF、IGF-1(85.479±4.239,148.27±14.25,62.33±3.75;94.163±8.917,200.88±14.58,81.35±1.08)was significantly higher than that before treatment(57.264±0.801,106.44±3.83,30.90±0.42;57.133±0.850,106.78±3.69,31.01±0.56),the levels of MMP-2(2.035±0.08,1.417±0.21)after treatment in the control group and the external counter stroke group after treatment(2.035±0.08,1.417±0.21)was significantly lower than that after treatment.The levels of VEGF,bFGF and IGF-1 in ECP group were significantly higher than those in control group,and MMP-2 was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of external counterpulsation combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetic foot with grade 0-2 is significant,which can effectively improve the blood flow parameters of dorsal foot artery,ankle brachial index and common peroneal nerve conduction velocity,with less adverse reactions.

文摘Objective:The study shows that Gegen Qinlian decoction(GGQL)is feasible in the treatment of influenza.It is explained from traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacology,and the formula is tested in vitro.The results show that Gegen Qinlian decoction has a good inhibitory effect on influenza virus.Methods:Search TCMSP database to get the components and targets of GGQL,and construct the compound target network.Then search OMIM database and Disgenet database to obtain influenza genes,and the common genes were obtained by VennDiagram.STRING database was used to construct gene function association network.Finally,David database was used to analyze GO enrichment and pathway enrichment.Results:146 ingredients and 128 targets were obtained,588 genes were obtained.46 common genes were obtained by VennDiagram,and import the common genes into the STRING database and construct the gene function association network,then the network information data was imported into Cytoscape software for topology analysis.Finally,13 enriched GO clusters and 7 enriched pathway clusters were obtained by David database,and construct the targets-GO-pathway network.Conclusion:Network pharmacology of GGQL reveal that the target and the pathway of the drug was closely related to influenza,and the results of this study have been verified with published experimental studies,which shows that GGQL has not only theoretical basis for the treatment of influenza,but also in vitro experiments support this conclusion.

文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of XuanFei TongFu method in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:The relevant literatures on the treatment of sepsis by Xuanfei Tongfu method,published by PubMed,Medline and the Cochrane library,CNKI,WEIPU Database,WANFANG Database until December 2019 were searched by computer.Revman 5.3 was used to analyze the relevant literatures that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and to evaluate the influence of Xuanfei Tongfu method on gastrointestinal function,adverse reactions of gastrointestinal,28 day mortality.Results:a total of 17 randomized controlled clinical trials(RCTS)involving a total of 984 patients were included.Xuanfei Tongfu decoction combined with the control group can improve intestinal function.Xuanfei Tongfu decoction can reduce gastrointestinal adverse reactions,but there is no statistical significance,and reducing mortality of 28 days(RR=0.64,95%CI(0.42,0.99),P=0.04),reducing the APACHEⅡ[SMD=-0.90,95%CI(-1.49,-0.31),P=0.0003],reducing of Il-6[SMD=-0.36,95%CI(-0.62,-0.1),P=0.007],and improving IL-10 were all better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The method of Xuanfei Tongfu can enhance the gastrointestinal function,reduce the gastrointestinal adverse reactions,and improve the prognosis of sepsis patients.It may be achieved by regulating the body's immune inflammatory response.

文摘With the wide spread of COVID-19,some studies have confirmed that novel coronavirus enters the cell through the binding of spike protein and ACE2 protein,which has the risk of causing the virus to enter the cell to accelerate its transmission.ACEI and ARB are the key drugs for the treatment of hypertension and are widely used in clinic.They are good for ventricular and vascular remodeling in patients with hypertension,coronary heart disease and heart failure.ACEI and ARB drugs may increase the expression of ACE2 in lung tissue and increase the risk of aggravation of the disease.According to the advice of hypertension experts:for mild ordinary COVID-19 patients with hypertension,we can consider discontinuing ACEI and ARB drugs,while for severe COVID-19 patients with hypertension,ACEI and ARB drugs should be stopped immediately.During the discontinuation period,temporary replacement therapy with diuretics,dipine and vasodilatation hypotensive drugs can be considered.

文摘Objective:To explore the mechanism of Bupleurum on fever by means of network pharmacology,and to provide ideas for further experimental study.Methods:The effective components and targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Bupleurum were extracted by searching TCM systematic pharmacology database(TCMSP),and got to the effective components and targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction.By searching GeneCards database,disGeNET database,OMIM database and symmap database to extract the disease target of fever.And the"protein interaction network"was constructed with the protein interaction relationship in HINT database as the background network,and the GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were carried out on the targets by using R software and DAVID database.Results:726 kinds of effective components of Xiaochaihu Decoction were obtained from TCMSP database,including 215 kinds of effective components of Bupleurum,677 targets of Xiaochaihu Decoction and 516 targets of Bupleurum.A total of 7305 fever-related genes were obtained from the disease database,and 400 key targets of Bupleurum for fever treatment were obtained by mapping drug targets and disease targets GAPDH,AKT1,INS,IL-6 and VEGFA,are the targets with high node connectivity in PPI network.The results of GO enrichment of key targets by R software are cofactor binding and coenzyme binding.KEGG enrichment pathway of key targets involves infection,cancer,immune system diseases and so on.Conclusion:This study preliminarily verified the effect and mechanism of Bupleurum on fever,and provided reference for further study.

文摘[Objectives]To analyze the efficacy of Compound Qingdai Capsule in the treatment of psoriasis and conduct a systematic evaluation.[Methods]The clinical total effective rate,PASI index score,IL-17 level,IL-23 level,TNF-level,and adverse reactions were analyzed.TSA 0.9 software was used to conduct sequential analysis of the total effective rate,and subgroup analysis was performed according to the average age of the experimental group.[Results]Single application of Compound Qingdai Capsule or in combination with other methods in the treatment of psoriasis was superior to non-Compound Qingdai Capsule group,and the side effects were less than non-Compound Qingdai Capsule group;the n≥40 year-old group had certain heterogeneity,suggesting that the difference was statistically significant,and the effective rate was higher than that of the control group.The funnel plot showed that the graph was asymmetrical,and there may be publication bias or the possibility of low-quality literature.The TSA results indicated that the actual sample size was far lower than the expected sample size,and the cumulative Z value did not reach the TSA cut-off value and more trials need to be included to confirm the efficacy.[Conclusions]Compound Qingdai Capsule has a clear curative effect on psoriasis,and its safety is high.This study can provide relevant evidence for the effectiveness of Chinese patent drugs(CPD)in treating psoriasis.
