Totally implantable access ports(TIAPs)are used for patients with poor peripheral vascular support requiring central venous access.In recent years,TIAPs have been gradually accepted and promoted by patients,doctors,and nurses owing to their advantages of convenient carrying,a long maintenance period,low complications,and a high quality of life for patients.Currently,medical personnel that handle TIAP implantation and management in China are from different areas of healthcare,including surgery,internal medicine,radiology,nurse anesthesia,vascular access,etc.,and many only handle TIAP as a part of their duties.Therefore,the operating procedures and steps for the diagnosis and treatment of complications of TIAP vary from person to person,resulting in different incidence and treatment methods for complications in the implantation and use of TIAP in different medical units.Based on this,we have updated the Shanghai expert consensus on TIAPs from 2015 and explored the diagnosis and treatment procedures of related complications while continuing to emphasize standardized implantation and maintenance. 展开更多

Dynamic performance and parameter optimization of a half-vehicle system coupled with an inerter-based X-structure nonlinear energy sink

Inspired by the demand of improving the riding comfort and meeting the lightweight design of the vehicle, an inerter-based X-structure nonlinear energy sink(IXNES) is proposed and applied in the half-vehicle system to enhance the dynamic performance. The X-structure is used as a mechanism to realize the nonlinear stiffness characteristic of the NES, which can realize the flexibility, adjustability, high efficiency, and easy operation of nonlinear stiffness, and is convenient to apply in the vehicle suspension, and the inerter is applied to replacing the mass of the NES based on the mass amplification characteristic. The dynamic model of the half-vehicle system coupled with the IX-NES is established with the Lagrange theory, and the harmonic balance method(HBM) and the pseudo-arc-length method(PALM) are used to obtain the dynamic response under road harmonic excitation. The corresponding dynamic performance under road harmonic and random excitation is evaluated by six performance indices, and compared with that of the original half-vehicle system to show the benefits of the IX-NES. Furthermore, the structural parameters of the IX-NES are optimized with the genetic algorithm. The results show that for road harmonic and random excitation, using the IX-NES can greatly reduce the resonance peaks and root mean square(RMS) values of the front and rear suspension deflections and the front and rear dynamic tire loads, while the resonance peaks and RMS values of the vehicle body vertical and pitching accelerations are slightly larger.When the structural parameters of the IX-NES are optimized, the vehicle body vertical and pitching accelerations of the half-vehicle system could reduce by 2.41% and 1.16%,respectively, and the other dynamic performance indices are within the reasonable ranges.Thus, the IX-NES combines the advantages of the inerter, X-structure, and NES, which improves the dynamic performance of the half-vehicle system and provides an effective option for vibration attenuation in the vehicle engineering. 展开更多

Future inter-satellite clock comparison on high orbit will require optical time and frequency transmission technology between moving objects.Here,we demonstrate robust optical frequency transmission under the condition of variable link distance.This variable link is accomplished by the relative motion of a single telescope fixed on the experimental platform to a corner-cube reflector(CCR)installed on a sliding guide.Two acousto–optic modulators with different frequencies are used to separate forward signal from backward signal.With active phase noise suppression,when the CCR moves back and forth at a constant velocity of 20 cm/s and an acceleration of 20 cm/s^(2),we achieve the best frequency stability of 1.9×10^(-16) at 1 s and 7.9×10^(-19) at 1000 s indoors.This work paves the way for future studying optical frequency transfer between ultra-high-orbit satellites. 展开更多

于2021—2022年,在福建省上杭白砂国有林场,开展云山青冈种子不同贮藏时间(分别为30、60、90、120 d)、不同覆盖物(分别为稻草、黄土、阔叶凋落物、松针)对种子萌发特性的影响研究。结果表明:不同贮藏时间对云山青冈种子萌发特性影响存... 于2021—2022年,在福建省上杭白砂国有林场,开展云山青冈种子不同贮藏时间(分别为30、60、90、120 d)、不同覆盖物(分别为稻草、黄土、阔叶凋落物、松针)对种子萌发特性的影响研究。结果表明:不同贮藏时间对云山青冈种子萌发特性影响存在差异,其中,贮藏时间为120 d时,云山青冈种子胚根长度最大,为11.30 mm;贮藏时间为90 d时发芽率最高,为90%。不同覆盖物处理下,云山青冈种子萌发特性存在差异,与无覆盖物(对照)相比,稻草覆盖明显缩短种子持续发芽时间,降低了种子发芽率、发芽指数;而黄土覆盖不仅降低了种子持续发芽时间,而且种子发芽率、发芽势与发芽指数增加最大。综合结果表明,不同贮藏时间与覆盖物对云山青冈种子萌发特性产生明显影响,云山青冈种子最佳贮藏时间为90 d,播种后选择黄土进行覆盖能够提高种子发芽性状,促进云山青冈种子萌发。研究结果可为云山青冈育苗提供参考。 展开更多

Recently,the glymphatic system has been recognised as an important‘waste solutes transport channel’within the brain.1 Studies have shown that blockage of the glymphatic system leads to increased beta-amyloid deposits,accelerating the onset and progression of Alzheimer’s disease(AD).12 Given that cervical lymph nodes receive cerebrospinal fluid from the brain’s glymphatic system,34 we speculated that decompression of the lymphatic trunk and cervical lymphatic-venous anastomosis(LVA)could facilitate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the cranial glymphatic system,potentially accelerating the clearance of harmful beta-amyloid and tau proteins.We collaborated with surgeons who specialise in LVA supermicrosurgery for maxillofacial tumours and lymphoedema to develop a procedure to relieve the blockage of the glymphatic system.This surgery employs supermicrosurgery techniques to create LVA connecting the bilateral cervical,deep lymphatic vessels to the veins,resulting in lymphatic trunk decompression,which allows the lymph fluid in the high-pressure lymphatic vessels to flow into the low-pressure venous system.The goal of the minimally invasive surgery is to enhance the removal of proteins,such as beta-amyloid and tau,from the brain’s lymphatic systems to the maxillofacial lymphatic vessels,unclogging protein blockages within the brain.This extracranial procedure is safer than intracranial approaches. 展开更多

Airborne bacteria play key roles in terrestrial and marine ecosystems and human health,yet our understanding of bacterial communities and their response to the environmental variables lags significantly behind that of other components of PM_(2.5).Here,atmospheric fine particles obtained from urban and suburb Shanghai were analyzed by using the qPCR and Illumina Miseq sequencing.The bacteria with an average concentration of 2.12× 10^(3 )cells/m^(3),were dominated by Sphingomonas,Curvibacter,Acinetobacter,Bradyrhizobium,Methylobacterium,Halomonas,Aliihoeflea,and Phyllobacterium,which were related to the nitrogen,carbon,sulfur cycling and human health risk.Our results provide a global survey of bacterial community across urban,suburb,and high-altitude sites.In Shanghai(China),urban PM2.5 harbour more diverse and dynamic bacterial populations than that in the suburb.The structural equation model explained about 27%,41%,and 20%^78%of the variance found in bacteria diversity,concentration,and discrepant genera among urban and suburb sites.This work furthered the knowledge of diverse bacteria in a coastal Megacity in the Yangtze river delta and emphasized the potential impact of environmental variables on bacterial community structure. 展开更多

Tongue and pulse features of 668 asymptomatic patients infected with the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 omicron variant in Shanghai

OBJECTIVE: To characterize the tongue and pulse manifestations in asymptomatic coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) cases in Shanghai. METHODS: We conducted a clinical study of 668 patients with asymptomatic infections in which we analyzed the tongue and pulse features in the Shanghai New International Expo Center mobile cabin hospital. The medical records of the patients, including tongue color, tongue coating, and pulse manifestations, were reviewed by healthcare workers. RESULTS: In total, 668 COVID-19 cases were included in the study. Patient age ranged from 5 to 96 years, with a median of 44.0(IQR 33.0-53.0) years. Among the patients, 6.14% had comorbidities. The most common comorbid condition was diabetes(1.65%), followed by hypertension(0.89%), coronary heart disease(0.89%), thrombotic diseases(0.89%), congestive heart failure(0.60%), and stroke(0.45%). Pink-red(75.4%) was the most common tongue color, followed by red(23.4%) and pale red(1.2%). Tongue coating color and thickness were classified as white fur(9.28%), thin and yellow fur(48.65%), white greasy fur(8.98%), yellow greasy fur(24.70%), and less coating(8.39%). In addition, a large number of patients(n = 300, 44.91%) presented superficial and rapid pulses, and 250 patients(37.4%) exhibited a slippery pulse. CONCLUSION: Our preliminary results showed that wind, heat, and dampness were the main etiologies of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 Omicron(B.1.1.529) variant infection in traditional Chinese medicine. Furthermore, the main symptoms of the disease may be wind-heat invading the lung syndrome or damp-heat with the exuberance of virulence syndrome, which is of most significance in COVID-19 treatment. 展开更多

目的探讨肝爽颗粒治疗湿邪蕴热型慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床价值。方法选择2019年6月—2022年6月88例确诊为湿邪蕴热型慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组... 目的探讨肝爽颗粒治疗湿邪蕴热型慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝的临床价值。方法选择2019年6月—2022年6月88例确诊为湿邪蕴热型慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组给予恩替卡韦分散片及常规保肝治疗方案,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合肝爽颗粒治疗。随访观察3月比较两组临床疗程,并分别于治疗前、治疗后3月检测肝、肾功能、HBV-DNA水平及肝纤维化相关指标,并进行Child-Pugh评分,比较两组患者的差异。结果观察组总有效率90.91%(40/44)明显高于对照组75.00%(33/44),差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肝功能指标谷丙转氨酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、白蛋白(Albumin,ALB)及总胆红素(Total bilirubin,TBil)较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肝功能指标ALT、AST、ALB及TBil较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后HBV-DNA水平及CAP值较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HBV-DNA水平及CAP值较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肝纤维化四项指标均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肝纤维化四项指标均较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论联合肝爽颗粒治疗湿邪蕴热型慢性乙型肝炎合并非酒精性脂肪肝有更好的临床疗效,可以更好地促进肝功能恢复,降低肝脏脂肪变性及预防肝纤维化发生。 展开更多

早期阶段饥饿对鲢仔鱼存活和生长的影响

为研究首次摄食时间对鲢仔鱼摄食能力、存活和生长的影响,采用实验生态学方法,在水温(24±1)℃条件下,对鲢仔鱼开展了分别延迟0(摄食组)、2d、4d、6d投喂组和饥饿组的实验,实验为期30d。结果显示,鲢仔鱼在3日龄开口摄食,初次摄食率... 为研究首次摄食时间对鲢仔鱼摄食能力、存活和生长的影响,采用实验生态学方法,在水温(24±1)℃条件下,对鲢仔鱼开展了分别延迟0(摄食组)、2d、4d、6d投喂组和饥饿组的实验,实验为期30d。结果显示,鲢仔鱼在3日龄开口摄食,初次摄食率为36.67%,在11日龄抵达不可逆点(PNR),具有摄食能力的时间约8d。初次摄食时间对鲢仔鱼的存活率有较大影响,饥饿组仔鱼于15日龄全部死亡,而摄食组仔鱼在15日龄的存活率为69%。随着延迟投喂时间的延长,不同处理组鲢仔鱼在饥饿期间的全长特定生长率和体质量特定生长率均呈总体下降趋势;摄食组仔鱼在14日龄和30日龄的全长特定生长率均高于其他延迟投喂组。对形态比值数据进行主成分分析,结果显示:饥饿影响了鲢仔鱼的形态性状,饥饿组和摄食组形态上的差别主要是由头部形态和肌节高度差异引起;摄食组仔鱼从8日龄开始出现脊索弯曲,14日龄全部转入脊索弯曲期,而饥饿组仔鱼直到14日龄才首次出现脊索弯曲。研究表明,早期食物缺乏会对鲢仔鱼生长、形态和存活产生显著影响,在卵黄囊吸收完成的前后2d内建立初次摄食对仔鱼随后的生长发育至关重要。研究可为鲢早期补充过程和种群补充机制研究提供基础资料和参考。 展开更多

Submarine groundwater discharge(SGD)plays a major role as a conveyor of metals to coastal waters.However,the seasonal change of metal fluxes derived through SGD is unclear.Here,we evaluated the behaviours and fluxes of trace metals(Mn,Fe,Ba,Pb,U,Cr,Zn,Cu)in an estuary under different seasonal conditions.The behaviours of trace metals revealed that SGD was the source of Mn(3.51 mmol/(m^(2)·d)),Fe(0.174 mmol/(m^(2)·d))and Ba(0.024 mmol/(m^(2)·d)),but the Cu sink(−0.55μmol/(m^(2)·d))and other metals exhibited a seasonal source‒sink conversion.The seasonal variation of dissolved organic matter and the fresh groundwater proportion in subterranean estuaries may have an important effect on metals fluxes especially for the Fe,Mn and Ba.Our result shows that the single seasonal metal fluxes estimation applied to the annual scale will cause a large deviation,up to 3.6 times for Fe,5.5 times for Mn,and 15 times for Ba.Therefore,the influence of seasonal fluctuations on SGDderived metal fluxes cannot be ignored,and our findings will be important for comprehending the metal budget and cycle in nearshore environment. 展开更多

An Initial Analysis of a Strongly Lensed QSO Candidate Identified by LAMOST

From 2011 to 2021,LAMOST has released a total of 76,167 quasar data.We try to search for gravitationally lensed QSOs by limiting coordinate differences and redshift differences of these QSOs.The name,brightness,spectrum,photometry and other information of each QSO will be visually checked carefully.Special attention should be paid to check whether there are groups of galaxies,gravitationally lensed arcs,Einstein crosses,or Einstein rings near the QSOs.Through careful selection,we select LAMOST J160603.01+290050.8(A)and LAMOST J160602.81+290048.7(B)as a candidate and perform an initial analysis.Components A and B are336 apart and they display blue during photometric observations.The redshift values of components A and B are0.2%different,their Gaia_g values are 1.3%different,and their ugriz values are 1.0%or less different.For the spectra covering from 3690 to 9100?,the emission lines of C II,Mg,Hγ,OⅢ,and Hβare present for both components A and B and the ratio of flux(B)to flux(A)from LAMOST is basically a constant,around 2.2.However,no galaxies have been found between components A and B.Inada et al.identified them as binary quasars.But we accidentally find a galaxy group near components A and B.If the center of dark matter in the galaxy group is at the center between components A and B,components A and B are probably gravitationally lensed QSOs.We estimate that the Einstein mass is 1.46×10^(11)M_⊙and the total mass of the lens is1.34×10^(13)M_⊙.The deflection angle is 197 at positions A and B and the velocity dispersion is 261 km s^(-1).Theoretically,this candidate could be a pair of fold images of a strong lensing system by a galaxy group,and we will investigate the possibility when the redshifts of nearby galaxies are available. 展开更多

Background Internet gaming disorder(IGD)is an ideal model to study the mechanisms underlying synaptic deficits in addiction as it eliminates the confounding effects of substance use.Synaptic loss and deficits are hypothesised to underlie the enduring maladaptive behaviours and impaired cognitive function that contribute to IGD.Aims This study aimed to determine whether subjects with IGD have lower synaptic density than control subjects and the relationship between synaptic density and IGD severity.Methods Eighteen unmedicated subjects diagnosed with current IGD according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition criteria and 16 demographically matched healthy controls(HCs)participated in the study and underwent 18F-labelled difluoro-analogue of UCB-J(18F-SynVesT-1)positron emission tomography scans to assess the density of synaptic vesicle glycoprotein 2A(SV2A).The Internet Gaming Disorder Scale-Short Form(IGDS9-SF),Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Barratt Impulsiveness Scale Version 11(BIS-11),Stroop Colour-Word Test(SCWT),stop-signal paradigms and N-back tasks were administered to all subjects.Results Patients with IGD had significantly higher scores on the IGDS9-SF,HAMD,HAMA and BIS-11 than HCs.HCs performed better on the two-back and SCWT tests as well as in terms of stop-signal reaction times(SSRTs)in the stop-signal paradigms than patients with IGD.Lower uptake was found in the bilateral putamen,right pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and Rolandic operculum of patients with IGD compared with HCs.Furthermore,in the IGD group,IGDS9-SF scores and daily gaming hours were negatively correlated with the standardised uptake value ratios of 18F-SynVesT-1 in the bilateral putamen.Longer SSRTs were significantly associated with lower SV2A density in the right pregenual anterior cingulate cortex and right Rolandic operculum.Conclusions The in vivo results in this study suggest that lower synaptic density contributes to the severity and impairments in inhibitory control of IGD.These findings may provide further incentive to evaluate interventions that restore synaptic transmission and plasticity to treat IGD. 展开更多

目的探讨胎儿超声心动图对完全性肺静脉连接异常(TAPVC)的诊断价值,分析漏诊与误诊原因,提高TAPVC产前诊断的准确性。资料与方法回顾性分析2001年10月-2015年12月在南京医科大学附属南京儿童医院及上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中... 目的探讨胎儿超声心动图对完全性肺静脉连接异常(TAPVC)的诊断价值,分析漏诊与误诊原因,提高TAPVC产前诊断的准确性。资料与方法回顾性分析2001年10月-2015年12月在南京医科大学附属南京儿童医院及上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心24例经产后超声心动图证实为TAPVC胎儿的超声心动图检查资料。结果 24例TAPVC胎儿中,心上型14例、心内型7例、心下型2例、混合型1例。单纯性TAPVC 15例,合并其他心血管畸形9例,其中最常见的合并畸形为双侧右心房结构、单心房、单心室、共同房室瓣、肺动脉狭窄。超声的共同征象为四腔心观未见肺静脉回流入左心房内24例(100.0%)、左心房与降主动脉间见静脉共汇22例(91.7%)。24例胎儿中,漏诊1例,3例分别误诊为左侧上腔静脉残存、共同肺静脉干闭锁和左心房主静脉开放。结论胎儿超声心动图可准确诊断TAPVC,但易造成漏诊及误诊。 展开更多
