The main excitation source is the train passing throug...Results of in-situ vibration measurement carried out at Tianjin West Elevated Railway Station which has the trains running on the station structure were reported. The main excitation source is the train passing through the station. Vibration measurements were recorded in the vertical direction of the supporting track beam, the platform and the steel truss beam of the waiting hall, as well as in the vertical, longitudinal and transverse directions of the roof arch base of the station. Acceleration time responses were obtained. The maximum value, vibration level and one-third octave band RMS spectra of the measured accelerations were studied. The propagation of vibration in different structural floors was discussed. The influence of train speed, distance to the vibration source and the type of train on the structural vibration were analyzed. Results show that the vibration level increases with the train speed, while it attenuates with the distance to the track. Furthermore, the vibration responses of different structural floors were compared, and it is noted that the vertical vibration of the bottom slab of the platform is most severe and the transverse vibration of the roof arch base is the smallest. The results provide reference on the vibration characteristics and vibration energy distribution of this type of "Train on building frame" system used as an elevated railway station.展开更多

This new shear wall is a doubl...In order to further improve the seismic performance of RC shear walls, a new composite shear wall with concrete filled steel tube (CFT) columns and concealed steel trusses is proposed. This new shear wall is a double composite shear wall; the first composite being the use of three different force systems, CFT, steel truss and shear wall, and the second the use of two different materials, steel and concrete. Three 1/5 scaled experimental specimens: a traditional RC shear wall, a shear wall with CFT columns, and a shear wall with CFT columns and concealed steel trusses, were tested under cyclic loading and the seismic performance indices of the shear walls were comparatively analyzed. Based on the data from these experiments, a thorough elastic-plastic finite element analysis and parametric analysis of the new shear walls were carried out using ABAQUS software. The finite element results of deformation, stress distribution, and the evolution of cracks in each phase were compared with the experimental results and showed good agreement. A mechanical model was also established for calculating the load-carrying capacity of the new composite shear walls. The results show that this new type of shear wall has improved seismic performance over the other two types of shear wails tested.展开更多

The regulatory model of China is a traditional Gaussian plume model similar to ISC. This paper demonstrates the advantages of ISC3 over the regulatory model of China by comparing their predicted ground level concentrations (GLC) along downwind distance to the Alaska tracer field data. The field experiment features buoyant release of effluent at elevated height over a flat terrain and local flows influenced by building downwash. ISC3 shows much better space-time correlation and probability distribution than the China regulatory model, which frequently underestimates the GLC for effluent released with significant plume rise under stable atmospheric conditions. The performance of ISC3 is greatly enhanced by incorporating the state-of-the-art knowledge of boundary layer meteorology. In particular, ISC3 employs the PRIME model for building downwash.展开更多
This article analyzes the characteristics of PON and WiMAX convergence network planning.Based on user coverage ratio,WiMAX channel allocation,cell radius,carrier-to-noise ratio threshold,and bandwidth constraint,we pr...This article analyzes the characteristics of PON and WiMAX convergence network planning.Based on user coverage ratio,WiMAX channel allocation,cell radius,carrier-to-noise ratio threshold,and bandwidth constraint,we propose a mixed integer programming model solved by a Branch-Band and Heuristic Search method.Finally,the simulation result is given and analyzed.The planning method based on a mixed integer programming model can save 20 percentage of the overall planning cost,compared with the greedy algorithm.The relationship between the convergence network planning cost and frequency usage is also analyzed.The optimized planning result with the lowest cost can be acquired through the best frequency usage.展开更多

[Methods]Gingival inflammation was established by LPS injection. Male SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups: normal control group( no treatment group),solvent control group,model group( LPS injection),HLJD low dose group( 0. 25 g/kg),HLJD medium dose group( 0. 50 g/kg),HLJD high dose group( 1. 00 g/kg),and metronidazole and fenbufen capsule( MFC) group. Water intake and urine volume were observed through metabolic cage feeding; gingival tissue protein expressions were detected by LC-ESI-MS/MS method; oxidative stress-related molecules such as total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD) and hydrogen peroxidase catalase( CAT) were detected by the biochemical kit combined with a microplate reader; expressions of TSC related with energy metabolism-related signaling pathway were detected by western blotting. [Results]When rat gingivitis was injected by LPS,both water intake and urine volume were decreased,the levels of T-SOD and CAT were decreased,and the expressions of fructose-bisphosphate aldolase C,triosephosphate isomerase 1 and TSC2 were increased. Huanglian Jiedu Decoration can increase water intake and urine volume,increase the levels of T-SOD and CAT,reduce the expressions of fructose-bisphosphate aldolase C and triosephosphate isomerase 1,and inhibit the expression of energy metabolism-related pathway molecule TSC2. [Conclusions] Huanglian Jiedu Decoration can treat rat gingivitis through inhibiting energy metabolism and oxidative stress such as TSC signal pathway and glycolysis related molecules.展开更多

A PL spectral bandwidth of 158 nm is achieved with a five-layer stack of InAs QDs which has a 11-nm thick GaAs spacer layer. We investigate the optical and the structurM properties of the multilayer-stacked InAs/GaAs QDs with different GaAs spacer layer thicknesses. The results show that the spacer thickness is a key parameter affecting the multi-stacked InAs/GaAs QDs for wide-spectrum emission.展开更多

The Upper Ordovician Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks are important oil and gas reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,Northwest China,with obviously distinct reservoir properties among different oilfields.As a case area o...The Upper Ordovician Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks are important oil and gas reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,Northwest China,with obviously distinct reservoir properties among different oilfields.As a case area of the above carbonate reservoirs correlation,Tahe and Tazhong oilfields are chosen for the study through an integrated analysis of biostratigraphic isochronous framework,cores,thin sections,logs,and strontium isotopes.The research shows that the two areas were respectively attributed to different carbonate platforms during the Lianglitag Formation depositional phase.For the Lianglitag Formation,five fourth-order sequences may be divided in Tazhong,whereas only four fourth-order sequences are preserved in Tahe that correspond to the lower ones observed in Tazhong.The Lianglitag Formation carbonate platform in Tahe was characterized by ramp and/or weak rimmed types,with low depositional rates(37 μm/a),higher whole-rock clastic contents,and higher 87 Sr/86 Sr isotope ratios of carbonate matrix,showing relatively deep-water environment and evident terrigenous input for carbonate deposition.However,a strongly rimmed carbonate platform was developed in Tazhong,with high depositional rates of 250 m/a and less whole-rock clastic contents,indicating a high-energy depositional environment.Because of the sedimentary environment differences mentioned above,less high-energy facies but relatively intense syndepositional(early diagenetic) sea-water cementation of carbonates were developed in Tahe,and ubiquitous high-energy reef and shoal facies,with a frequent exposure to subaerial,and weak syndepositional sea-water cementation of carbonates in Tazhong.Therefore,fewer primary pores occurred in the Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks of Tahe,whereas more primary pores were preserved in the same lithostratigraphic unit of the Tazhong(No.1 fault zone).Available high-energy reef-shoal facies and early diagenesis,with more primary pores preserved,provided a key material basis for the Lianglitag Formation carbonate reservoirs that largely occurred in Tazhong.展开更多
In the three-dimensional(3D) contour measurement,the phase shift profilometry(PSP) method is the most widely used one.However,the measurement speed of PSP is very low because of the multiple projections.In order to im...In the three-dimensional(3D) contour measurement,the phase shift profilometry(PSP) method is the most widely used one.However,the measurement speed of PSP is very low because of the multiple projections.In order to improve the measurement speed,color grating stripes are used for measurement in this paper.During the measurement,only one color sinusoidal fringe is projected on the measured object.Therefore,the measurement speed is greatly improved.Since there is coupling or interference phenomenon between the adjacent color grating stripes,a color correction method is used to improve the measurement results.A method for correcting nonlinear error of measurement system is proposed in this paper,and the sinusoidal property of acquired image after correction is better than that before correction.Experimental results show that with these correction methods,the measurement errors can be reduced.Therefore,it can support a good foundation for the high-precision 3D reconstruction.展开更多

A geometrical optics approach and an ABCD ray matrix theory are used throughout. Magnesium(Mg)or its alloys are widely tested as potential orthopedic implants,particularly as biodegradable alloys for fracture fixation due to their mechanical properties are close to those of bone.Currently,availabl...Magnesium(Mg)or its alloys are widely tested as potential orthopedic implants,particularly as biodegradable alloys for fracture fixation due to their mechanical properties are close to those of bone.Currently,available Mg or its alloys are confronted with challenges in passing regulatory biosafety tests prior to clinical trials due to its fast degradation and associated degradation products.The degradation of Mg is accompanied by the release of Mg ions,the rise of pH and osmolality in surrounding environments.According to the standard of ISO 10993 Part 13,the pH value shall be appropriate to the site of intended use maintaining in an appropriate range.Approaches to overcome these challenges include the selection of adequate alloying elements,proper surface treatment techniques and control of the degradation rate of Mg or its alloys developed as orthopedic implants.To date,Mg or its alloy-based bone implants have not yet been widely used in clinical applications as medical implants.This review critically summarized published methods to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg and its alloys.The current progress on in vitro cytotoxicity and in vivo biocompatibility properties of these metals was also reviewed.This review aimed to provide a reference for further research and development(R&D)of biodegradable Mg and its alloys with regard to the evaluation of their corrosion process and biocompatibility and facilitation of their translation to clinical applications.展开更多
Compared with paclitaxel,sirolimus has been more used in the treatment of vascular restenosis gradually as an anti-proliferative drug,but few basic studies have elucidated its mechanism.The anti-proliferative effects ...Compared with paclitaxel,sirolimus has been more used in the treatment of vascular restenosis gradually as an anti-proliferative drug,but few basic studies have elucidated its mechanism.The anti-proliferative effects of sirolimus or paclitaxel have been demonstrated by numerous studies under normoxia,but few studies have been achieved focusing hypoxia.In this study,porcine carotid artery injury model and classical cobalt chloride hypoxia cell model were established.Sirolimus nanoparticles(SRM-NPs),paclitaxel nanoparticles(PTX-NPs)and blank nanoparticles(Blank-NPs)were prepared respectively.The effect of RPM-NPs on the degree of stenosis,proliferative index and the expression of PCNA after 28 days of porcine carotid artery injury model was evaluated.Compared with saline group and SRM groups,SRM-NPs group suppressed vascular stenosis,proliferative index and the expression of PCNA(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Endothelial cell(EC)and smooth muscle cell(SMC)were pre-treated with cobaltous chloride,followed by SRM-NPs,PTX-NPs,Blank-NPs or PBS control treating,the effects on cell proliferation,HIF-1 expression and glycolysis were detected.SRM-NPs could inhibit EC and SMC proliferation under hypoxia,while PTX-NPs couldn't(P<0.001).Significant differences between sirolimus and paclitaxel NPs in anti-proliferation effect under normoxia and hypoxia may due to the different inhibitory effects on HIF-1αexpression and glycolysis.In conclusion,these results suggest that sirolimus can inhibit the proliferation of hypoxic cells more effectively than paclitaxel.These observations may provide a basis for understanding clinical vascular stenosis therapeutic differences between rapamycin and paclitaxel.展开更多

Airborne GNSS-R is an important experimental platform, b...The Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry(GNSS-R) has been proven to be a powerful technique for retrieving geophysical parameters of ocean and land. Airborne GNSS-R is an important experimental platform, because it is not only needed as validation for spaceborne application, but also possesses the advantages to be capable of remote sensing of small and medium scale targets, such as rivers and lakes. This paper presents an overview of China's airborne GNSS-R campaign conducted on May 30, 2014, in Henan. The campaign has two objectives, i.e.:(1) to examine the capability of a GNSS-R payload developed by National Space Science Center,Chinese Academy of Sciences(NSSC, CAS) for airborneobservations and(2) to study the algorithms for soil moisture and river remote sensing, including altimetry and flow velocity measurement. A previous paper has presented results of soil moisture retrieval as part I, and in this paper,initial results of the Yellow River remote sensing are presented as part II. This paper presents the river altimetry results and explores a new potential application of GNSS-R technology, which is used to detect the flow velocity of the river. The river surface height results observed by code delay altimetry method were consistent with the height results of GPS dual-frequency differential positioning altimetry. The GNSS-R altimetry results showed that decimeter level heights were achieved in 1-min sliding average. Comparing with in situ measurements, the GNSSR flow velocity result was reasonable; the error was about0.027 m/s, which indicated the validity and feasibility of using GNSS-R technique to detect river flow velocity.展开更多

We firstly constructed a manufacturing chain network and analyzed its three relationship structures among suppliers with the presence of different relationship densities, and found that all the three relationships brought about the game of production technical standards between partnership-rich and partnership-scanty suppliers. Then we built a two-party payoff matrix, and analyzed the two-party game and evolutionary stable strategy, based on replication dynamic equation and asymmetric evolutionary game theory. The evolutionary stable strategies of two parties under varying payoff parameters were validated through numerical simulation. Finally, we proposed some suggestions for both those manufacturers with more partners and fewer partners, respectively.展开更多

Huanglian Jiedu Decoration can increase water intake and urine volume,increase the levels of T-SOD and CAT,reduce the expressions of fructose-bisphosphate aldolase C and triosephosphate isomerase 1,and inhibit the expression of energy metabolism-related pathway molecule TSC2. [Conclusions] Huanglian Jiedu Decoration can treat rat gingivitis through inhibiting energy metabolism and oxidative stress such as TSC signal pathway and glycolysis related molecules.

文摘We report the effect of the GaAs spacer layer thickness on the photoluminescence (PL) spectral bandwidth of InAs/GaAs self-assembled quantum dots (QDs). A PL spectral bandwidth of 158 nm is achieved with a five-layer stack of InAs QDs which has a 11-nm thick GaAs spacer layer. We investigate the optical and the structurM properties of the multilayer-stacked InAs/GaAs QDs with different GaAs spacer layer thicknesses. The results show that the spacer thickness is a key parameter affecting the multi-stacked InAs/GaAs QDs for wide-spectrum emission.

文摘The Upper Ordovician Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks are important oil and gas reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,Northwest China,with obviously distinct reservoir properties among different oilfields.As a case area of the above carbonate reservoirs correlation,Tahe and Tazhong oilfields are chosen for the study through an integrated analysis of biostratigraphic isochronous framework,cores,thin sections,logs,and strontium isotopes.The research shows that the two areas were respectively attributed to different carbonate platforms during the Lianglitag Formation depositional phase.For the Lianglitag Formation,five fourth-order sequences may be divided in Tazhong,whereas only four fourth-order sequences are preserved in Tahe that correspond to the lower ones observed in Tazhong.The Lianglitag Formation carbonate platform in Tahe was characterized by ramp and/or weak rimmed types,with low depositional rates(37 μm/a),higher whole-rock clastic contents,and higher 87 Sr/86 Sr isotope ratios of carbonate matrix,showing relatively deep-water environment and evident terrigenous input for carbonate deposition.However,a strongly rimmed carbonate platform was developed in Tazhong,with high depositional rates of 250 m/a and less whole-rock clastic contents,indicating a high-energy depositional environment.Because of the sedimentary environment differences mentioned above,less high-energy facies but relatively intense syndepositional(early diagenetic) sea-water cementation of carbonates were developed in Tahe,and ubiquitous high-energy reef and shoal facies,with a frequent exposure to subaerial,and weak syndepositional sea-water cementation of carbonates in Tazhong.Therefore,fewer primary pores occurred in the Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks of Tahe,whereas more primary pores were preserved in the same lithostratigraphic unit of the Tazhong(No.1 fault zone).Available high-energy reef-shoal facies and early diagenesis,with more primary pores preserved,provided a key material basis for the Lianglitag Formation carbonate reservoirs that largely occurred in Tazhong.

文摘In the three-dimensional(3D) contour measurement,the phase shift profilometry(PSP) method is the most widely used one.However,the measurement speed of PSP is very low because of the multiple projections.In order to improve the measurement speed,color grating stripes are used for measurement in this paper.During the measurement,only one color sinusoidal fringe is projected on the measured object.Therefore,the measurement speed is greatly improved.Since there is coupling or interference phenomenon between the adjacent color grating stripes,a color correction method is used to improve the measurement results.A method for correcting nonlinear error of measurement system is proposed in this paper,and the sinusoidal property of acquired image after correction is better than that before correction.Experimental results show that with these correction methods,the measurement errors can be reduced.Therefore,it can support a good foundation for the high-precision 3D reconstruction.

文摘Image relaying is presented as a technique for aligning beams onto mm-sized target of high power laser. On the basis of summarizing the preceeding work on the near-field image relaying of multiple spatial filters, the far-filed image relaying is suggested firstly. The near-field and far-field image relaying properties of multiple spatial filters in laser beams automatic alignment system are analyzed. A geometrical optics approach and an ABCD ray matrix theory are used throughout. The reasonable and optimum scheme for automatically aligning multi-pass beam paths is presented and demonstrated on the multi-pass amplifier system of the SG-III prototype.

文摘Magnesium(Mg)or its alloys are widely tested as potential orthopedic implants,particularly as biodegradable alloys for fracture fixation due to their mechanical properties are close to those of bone.Currently,available Mg or its alloys are confronted with challenges in passing regulatory biosafety tests prior to clinical trials due to its fast degradation and associated degradation products.The degradation of Mg is accompanied by the release of Mg ions,the rise of pH and osmolality in surrounding environments.According to the standard of ISO 10993 Part 13,the pH value shall be appropriate to the site of intended use maintaining in an appropriate range.Approaches to overcome these challenges include the selection of adequate alloying elements,proper surface treatment techniques and control of the degradation rate of Mg or its alloys developed as orthopedic implants.To date,Mg or its alloy-based bone implants have not yet been widely used in clinical applications as medical implants.This review critically summarized published methods to improve the corrosion resistance of Mg and its alloys.The current progress on in vitro cytotoxicity and in vivo biocompatibility properties of these metals was also reviewed.This review aimed to provide a reference for further research and development(R&D)of biodegradable Mg and its alloys with regard to the evaluation of their corrosion process and biocompatibility and facilitation of their translation to clinical applications.

文摘Compared with paclitaxel,sirolimus has been more used in the treatment of vascular restenosis gradually as an anti-proliferative drug,but few basic studies have elucidated its mechanism.The anti-proliferative effects of sirolimus or paclitaxel have been demonstrated by numerous studies under normoxia,but few studies have been achieved focusing hypoxia.In this study,porcine carotid artery injury model and classical cobalt chloride hypoxia cell model were established.Sirolimus nanoparticles(SRM-NPs),paclitaxel nanoparticles(PTX-NPs)and blank nanoparticles(Blank-NPs)were prepared respectively.The effect of RPM-NPs on the degree of stenosis,proliferative index and the expression of PCNA after 28 days of porcine carotid artery injury model was evaluated.Compared with saline group and SRM groups,SRM-NPs group suppressed vascular stenosis,proliferative index and the expression of PCNA(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Endothelial cell(EC)and smooth muscle cell(SMC)were pre-treated with cobaltous chloride,followed by SRM-NPs,PTX-NPs,Blank-NPs or PBS control treating,the effects on cell proliferation,HIF-1 expression and glycolysis were detected.SRM-NPs could inhibit EC and SMC proliferation under hypoxia,while PTX-NPs couldn't(P<0.001).Significant differences between sirolimus and paclitaxel NPs in anti-proliferation effect under normoxia and hypoxia may due to the different inhibitory effects on HIF-1αexpression and glycolysis.In conclusion,these results suggest that sirolimus can inhibit the proliferation of hypoxic cells more effectively than paclitaxel.These observations may provide a basis for understanding clinical vascular stenosis therapeutic differences between rapamycin and paclitaxel.

文摘The Global Navigation Satellite System Reflectometry(GNSS-R) has been proven to be a powerful technique for retrieving geophysical parameters of ocean and land. Airborne GNSS-R is an important experimental platform, because it is not only needed as validation for spaceborne application, but also possesses the advantages to be capable of remote sensing of small and medium scale targets, such as rivers and lakes. This paper presents an overview of China's airborne GNSS-R campaign conducted on May 30, 2014, in Henan. The campaign has two objectives, i.e.:(1) to examine the capability of a GNSS-R payload developed by National Space Science Center,Chinese Academy of Sciences(NSSC, CAS) for airborneobservations and(2) to study the algorithms for soil moisture and river remote sensing, including altimetry and flow velocity measurement. A previous paper has presented results of soil moisture retrieval as part I, and in this paper,initial results of the Yellow River remote sensing are presented as part II. This paper presents the river altimetry results and explores a new potential application of GNSS-R technology, which is used to detect the flow velocity of the river. The river surface height results observed by code delay altimetry method were consistent with the height results of GPS dual-frequency differential positioning altimetry. The GNSS-R altimetry results showed that decimeter level heights were achieved in 1-min sliding average. Comparing with in situ measurements, the GNSSR flow velocity result was reasonable; the error was about0.027 m/s, which indicated the validity and feasibility of using GNSS-R technique to detect river flow velocity.

文摘This paper presents the game of production technical standards between downstream and upstream suppliers on a manufacturing supply chain network when the two parties have different partnership densities, namely, the numbers of replaceable and mature manufacturing partners. We firstly constructed a manufacturing chain network and analyzed its three relationship structures among suppliers with the presence of different relationship densities, and found that all the three relationships brought about the game of production technical standards between partnership-rich and partnership-scanty suppliers. Then we built a two-party payoff matrix, and analyzed the two-party game and evolutionary stable strategy, based on replication dynamic equation and asymmetric evolutionary game theory. The evolutionary stable strategies of two parties under varying payoff parameters were validated through numerical simulation. Finally, we proposed some suggestions for both those manufacturers with more partners and fewer partners, respectively.
